每次行過「蘇媽•蘇媽」都想試下,今天難得有機會到荃灣找好友吃晚飯,就乘勢過來。「蘇媽•蘇媽」荃灣店位於大壩街,大大的招牌非常好找。餐廳座無虛席,似乎頗受歡迎。點餐後,店員會即時為食客倒上一碗熱湯。味道當然是正宗馬來西亞風味,藥材味濃,顏色深,苦澀中又帶少許鮮甜。而且還可以無限refill。而他們的肉骨茶更提供多款選擇,有骨有肉,任君揀選。筆者點的是豬腳彎,即是帶皮的豬腳。肉質熬得軟腍入味,厚厚一片,口感十足。筆者之所以對「蘇媽•蘇媽」感興趣就是緣於這個綠色飯。飯粒加入了斑蘭、椰漿,煮成馬拉特色青綠椰漿飯(讀音就是辣死你嗎)。入口有點清香,蘸參巴醬一起食更會帶點辣感。選擇配咖哩雞肉,惹味香辣,但略嫌肉質有點「鞋」。椰漿飯另外還附有半隻雞蛋、乾魚仔、蝦片、青瓜和花生,頗為豐富。見到幾乎每枱都會點這客椰香咖央多士,所以筆者也跟風。麵包烘得香脆,中間的咖央醬更是精華所在,塗得夠厚,入口香甜重椰味。同行朋友對其讚不絕口。食多士又點少得拉茶?據講起泡越多,味道就越好,熱飲杯上的確起了一層高高的泡沫,飲落茶味也是頗為濃厚。…Read More

「蘇媽 ﹒蘇媽」馬拉文就係解「甚麼都有」,所以店舖提供唔同正宗嘅馬來西亞菜式,部份材料嚟自原國,務求做到原汁原味🇲🇾店內設計復古懷舊,富有傳統馬拉風格。 即使開咗分店,店外都依然出現人龍,大受街坊歡迎👍🏼💗無限添飲肉骨茶肉骨茶加咗20款藥材煲足兩個多小時,尤其當歸味最濃烈,湯頭微暖唔算太熱,充滿藥材香,茶底濃但冇苦澀味反而有回甘,藥材味已經比馬拉個d已經淡咗少少。另外帶d豬肉嘅鮮甜味,飲落香醇順喉🍲💗百吉爹肉骨茶大雜錦 ($145)有齊5款肉類,棒棒骨炆到骨肉分離,肉質偏瘦不過都幾淋,豬肉味濃,食到絲絲嫩肉🍗;豬手帶皮,筋位口感爽脆富骨膠原,佢係唔係屬於炆到軟冧個種保留咬口,挑剔嘅係仲有d豬毛;三層肉食落較鬆化帶油香,肥脂同瘦肉比例係1:3,已經相對較瘦🐷;豬肚好新鮮,食落爽口彈牙,清潔得好乾淨所以冇羶味;雞腳唔會煲到軟爛,由於彈性十足要花時間下,呢個好睇個人喜好,悲傷小姐就係鐘意呢款有嚼頭嘅🐥。將辣椒碎、蒜蓉、黑豉油同頭抽拌勻後,用嚟配肉食更惹味🧄底下加咗吸湯一流嘅豆卜同金菇🍄呢款仲送油炸鬼同響鈴,好可惜係冧哂一d都唔脆。呢鍋湯冇原裝肉骨茶咁重藥材味,多咗一份肉嘅甜味,味道比易接受,不過比較油膩🤔💗招牌砂煲老鼠粉($78)老鼠粉其實就係銀針粉,口感QQ咁證明冇煮過火。加咗兩款特調嘅豉油炒成,雖然睇落好深色,但食落好香唔會咸。面頭舖上滿滿嘅肉碎、豬油渣、江魚仔🐟、 蝦米碎🦐、蔥、炸蒜同流心蛋,非常足料,撈勻後份量有成3碗多。脆脆嘅豬油渣帶油香,豬肉碎惹味又唔鞋,其他配料鹹鹹地又脆口,生雞蛋趁熱撈勻變成熟蛋碎,一齊食口感非常豐富🍳💗椰香咖央多士($26)多士即叫即製,厚度切得適中,烘得香脆唔太燶🍞平均搽上綿滑嘅咖央醬,每啖都食到椰香同班蘭香,內餡甜而不膩,不過牛油嘅份量可以再多d。咖央落得足夠,悲傷小姐貪心dd 可以再塗厚就更加香濃🥥💗馬拉沙嗲串燒($85/6串)串燒可以試哂牛、雞、豬三款。雖然燒得焦焦地有炭火香,但有d燒過火肉質就普通🍢尤其牛肉最韌較難咬開,勝在牛味濃; 雞肉就過熟未算最嫩滑; 豬肉係最驚喜,甚至係食過最好食嘅豬串燒。肉質彈牙外食落超juicy,而且一d都唔肥膩。當然沙嗲先係主角,帶濃烈嘅香茅同椰香味,但花生香唔算突出,汁底味道偏甜而且唔辣,唔夠最惹味🥘💗玻璃魷魚配通菜($48)通菜新鮮無渣,淥完都保持翠綠,食落爽脆。晶瑩剔透嘅魷魚非常爽口,唔韌而且冇雪味,份量對得住個價錢🦑面頭嘅炸蒜同辣油係提味嘅關鍵,惹味十足🌶唔好睇少佢細細pat,辣味慢慢滲出嚟相當刺激。💗怡保肥仔芽菜($46)芽菜比香港嘅較肥同短,但食落更清甜多汁,而且入口爽脆。只係放落高湯灼熟,再落少少豉油、胡椒粉同蔥花調味,食咗咁多濃味嘅菜式,食番個清淡嘅蔬菜解除口中嘅咸味同油膩感🥬💗馬來西亞拉茶($22)跟足馬拉沖法,加入煉奶同淡奶,來回拉8-10下,令奶味平均。飲落幼滑香醇,茶味層次豐富,香氣比較特別☕️相比港式奶茶,最大分別係奶味偏重,而且較甜。悲傷小姐作為奶茶控都覺得甜度適中,而且有特色風味🥛…Read More
