老婆逢星期五嘅興趣班卒之完結咗,所以,今晚專登同佢出嚟食餐好嘅,無麩質,又要少肉,就想起早前食友推介嘅「鍋心」,因為佢哋以海鮮粥鍋打響名堂。餐廳好近佐敦站,兩分鐘步程就到,甫入到去,雖然只喺平日晚上,已近乎座無虛席,非常熱鬧。全部位都喺卡位,目測所見,分4人座、6人座,而啲卡座都幾闊落,舒服好坐。正所謂工欲善其事,必先利其器,枱上一早已放齊各類「架生」,鉸剪、鉗、鋼夾……一應俱全,食蟹都變得無難度。此外,向來食火鍋,另一大配角就喺醬料,除咗醬油,店家就另外配備一整碟紅椒粒、蔥花、蒜蓉及沙薑供客人使用,唔夠可以再問。顧名思義,呢度主打就喺粥底火鍋及其海鮮靚料,玩法以套餐形式,揀鍋底,再揀基本海鮮組合,共4款由$208-$278(以每人計),之後自選時令海鮮及各人再揀4款火鍋料。當然,唔夠可以再額外追加,但小弟就覺得基本套餐已好夠食,因為,臨尾仲可以熬個精華海鮮粥。順便講埋有咩飲啦,汽水、啤酒呢啲基本嘢都有,特別啲嘅仲有土耳其汽水、自家製冷泡茶,此外,更供應Movenpick雪糕,定價都相宜。平常食火鍋,嗌汽水喺指定動作,不過,一來老婆晌度,佢向來講健康,飲汽水就唔好喇,二來店家有啲自家製冷泡茶,口味都特別,就嗌嚟試試。老婆就鍾意雪梨金桔百香果茶,而小弟就偏愛金桔檸檬菠蘿茶,雖然茶味有少少偏淡,但正正啱佢口味。食乜嘢都要講火喉,食海鮮就更加喺,枱面就擺咗個小小計時器喇,當然,就仲要知道啲海鮮要烚幾耐,故此,枱邊就貼有一張「最佳時間」建議,仲溫馨提示以水滾時間計起。粥水鍋雖然有多款鍋底,老婆就想食得清啲,所以,最後都喺揀番粥水鍋。而套餐方面,就選上兩個中價餐:肉蟹+沙白蜆同龍蝦+沙白蜆;另外,自選時令海鮮方面就選上鮑魚、海蝦、多寶魚、蠔同蟶子,一次過上晒枱,非常有睇頭,而且,仲要好新鮮生猛。肉蟹、龍蝦小弟本身都鍾意食蟹,不過,就嫌拆蟹麻煩,但侍應大姐教咗兩招,確喺幾方便,而啲蟹肉又確喺好鮮甜,正!向來人人都鍾意食龍蝦,見都見到有唔少膏,跟番個時間烚夠即食,啲肉鮮就唔在講,爽彈到不得了,啲膏又香喎。沙白蜆啲蜆絕對養得夠時間,一粒炒都無,隻隻烚完都開口,無死蜆,而且,蜆肉入口確有少少鹹鮮海水味。鮑魚送到嚟仲郁緊,堅新鮮鮑魚,烚完搵鉸剪剪走啲腸臟雜物,入口柔靱有咬口,咬落富彈性,淨點豉油都食到鮑魚鮮味。海蝦上枱時都奇怪點解有個兜喺吉嘅,原來喺冚住啲蝦,啲蝦生猛到紥紥跳,仲跳晒出嚟,所以,店家都專登教路用鉗夾住嚟灼一灼,免得爭紥時濺起啲湯而被灼親。多寶魚魚類就最合晒老婆嘅喜好,相對嚟講,多寶魚算喺少食,估唔到,啲魚肉好滑溜之餘,又唔會咁易散。生蠔啲生蠔超級大隻,又光澤,好靚仔,就算烚完都無話大縮水,仲保持到有番咁上下大,最緊要喺蠔味十足,正!蟶子建議烹烚時間只喺30秒,所姒,務求好食,一夠30秒就即撈上嚟放入口,果然鮮甜,口感非常之爽口。食完一輪海鮮配料,跟住就輪到分享8款自選配料,由於老婆嘅飲食都喺偏少紅肉,所以,所點嘅大多數都喺蔬菜,包括竹笙、蜂巢豆腐、淮山、姬松茸、唐生菜,另外,再加幾款富特色啲嘅配料:胡椒豬肚肉丸、手打馬蹄雞滑、手打蝦滑。竹笙、蜂巢豆腐、淮山、姬松茸、唐生菜食番多啲蔬菜,除咗老婆喜好,咁平衡番啲海鮮、肉類都好嘅,而啲蔬菜用料都幾新鮮,竹笙、淮山、姬松茸就特別好食。胡椒豬肚肉丸豬肉丸當然食唔少,但加入胡椒豬肚元素就肯定喺第一次,肉丸好彈牙,而且,裡面混入不少豬肚粒粒,加埋啲濃香胡椒味,令人食得過癮。手打馬蹄雞滑、手打蝦滑除胡椒豬肚肉丸,呢個馬蹄雞滑亦好想試,再點埋蝦滑,單睇外觀,手打絕對貨真價實,灼熟之外,入口果然好正,爽口又彈牙,前者加咗馬蹄粒,令口感更具層次,而後者嘅蝦味鮮甜,兩者都做得好有水準,推介要試。精華海鮮粥接近尾聲,都清得八八九九,仲有兩兜南瓜粒、芋頭粒,再加埋後上嘅白粥底、海鮮粥絕配5寶:芫茜、冬菜、菜脯粒、大頭菜粒、豬油渣粒。點食法無一定法規,我哋就倒晒個粥底,加入南瓜粒、芋頭粒、芫茜、冬菜、菜脯粒、大頭菜粒一齊煮起去,豬油渣粒就按個人喜好先再落。由於先前的粥水鍋底經過一輪灼海鮮及其他配料,所以,成品出嚟好有香甜味,仲帶有少少海鮮嘅甜味,而我哋又少揀紅肉,故此,卻唔會好油、好濁,味道更清爽。一間餐廳嘅成功,事必有因,「鍋心」唔單只所提供嘅海鮮夠靚、夠新鮮,而且,服務好,侍應有禮,不時都目測到幫客人煮粥,最緊要喺定價合理,令人覺得性價比高,「鍋心」絕對算得上喺個好選擇!…Read More

今日家姐請老豆食父親節飯,她說知道呢間店在佐敦吳松街搬左黎德成街,方便了爸爸唔使行咁遠,所以就BOOK了呢間食飯。佢呢度分左兩個時段,一段係六點,一段係八點半,我要返工收六點,所以揀左八點半呢一段時間食,因為早左少少黎到,侍應話要等到八點半先會安排入座,見佢地差不多時間開始安排上一批食客埋單同埋清理場地,都真係差唔多八點半了,我們安排座下後,家姐見老豆行左一段路都冇嘈,見佢咁乖,就獎了他一罐無糖可樂,而媽咪就叫了一支水,我們要在菜單上揀選5款海鮮及8款火鍋配料,另外每人可分到半隻蟹。點選完佢地就會陸陸續續咁上枱,見佢地係收晒所有食客啲菜單後,就有時間性同次序咁一批批咁分俾食客,因為佢係全部食客既單同時間出,在我們黎講,出得比較慢。首先上左個粥水鍋先。再黎個蟹,四個人分到兩隻蟹,我同家姐都唔食,俾晒老豆同亞媽食,隻蟹都幾大隻,亞媽話隻蟹好新鮮,啲肉一梳梳咁,好多肉。好甜。👍跟著來了海鮮類。扇貝有四隻,大隻又鮮甜。沙白都有廿幾隻,冇沙隻隻都冇沙、肉又肥厚。北寄貝都幾鮮味。鮑魚都幾大隻,唔靱。魚就用上左口魚,四個人有一條,幾滑幾甜。大尾尤係魷魚,唔算太多,但食落都一咬就斷,新鮮!食完海鮮又再等一輪等其他配料。在等待期間,侍應拎左啲粟米,南瓜粒和芋頭粒俾我地加落煲粥水度淆粥底。等了一段時間,配料先慢慢再出,首先有菠菜豬肉餃,個皮有點厚,食落有點,唔太好食。再來是墨丸燒,侍應拎上枱時好似魚蛋,到食落口佢有啲實實的,但入面有一粒粒食到既墨魚粒响入面,好有口感同相比平時既墨魚丸,呢款墨丸燒個墨魚味仲梗加重,誠意推介!👍西班牙黑毛豬梅頭肉,好有豬味,薄薄的,食落唔肥。魚片頭好有魚味,算唔錯!炸魚皮好脆,但四個人俾既份量我覺得有點少,仲好多都好碎添,呢個要減分!.響鈴卷黎到已經係腍左,應該在廚房放响空氣中太耐,所以食落冇口感可言!👎西班牙黑毛豬腩片,個樣似肥牛,但比肥牛甘香一點。食到咁上下,侍應要求埋單先。埋完單可繼續食。但我們計黎計去都仲爭一樣,後來發現係個肥牛未有,所以要追單。追左肥牛先再俾錢埋單。肥牛上檯後、,我地都好快咁將碟肥牛好快咁清光,見碟肥牛唔係太肥。我冇食,但佢地就食到準準有味。食晒啲野後,家姐就叫侍應幫我們整一整個粥底,個侍應拎左一大碗杰撻撻的粥加了入鍋入面,再加左的芫茜,菜莆,豬油渣,幫我們調好味個粥就完成了,個粥有晒頭先我們食過既海鮮既甜味,加埋啲配料,唔錯!👍食完都差唔多都十一點了,又係離開既時候,因為佢地係由時間分配食物,所以個個食客都係食到十一點走,佢地變相可以一次過做晒清理場地既事,但對食客黎講就要等得耐一點了。下次都係最好食早啲。…Read More
