石燒牛熱潮未有減退,更發現一間日本風味濃濃的燒牛店。落單非常簡單,只有三款牛可供選擇:肉眼、牛柳和西冷。選好肉再選蔥油、洋蔥油或蒜油。還可選配飯汽水、沙律、湯、啤酒等等。職員會即場將肉切割後放上電子磅先付錢然後店員會給你一個震動器我們乖乖的找個位置坐下,等震動時可以去櫃檯取我點了肉眼,配蒜蓉,白飯、湯及罐裝飲品原來我點的200g也不少,但已經是份量最小的肉眼了。吃著口感也很好,有生蒜也有炸蒜,充滿蒜果的牛最好吃了😋跟其他不同的是,不是生上,而是預設了三成熟,再給客人自行決定熟的程度。友人點的牛柳也很大塊,沒有鐵板那麼大,但相對上厚身,肉質較有咬口,但過熟的話也不好吃,所以也要快手切割~…Read More

死黨夏總晌大角咀返工,佢又喺咀尖嘅人,嗰區有咩好食問佢就最啱喇。約咗佢出嚟傾啲私人嘢,順便兩支公「撐枱腳」,食肉啱晒我哋,就建議去賣日本牛扒嘅「牛扒ミディアムレアステーキ」,佢話啲扒唔錯,但定價卻非常親民。無嚟博文街一段時間,已經變為成條酒吧街,撞正今日喺星期五晚,人氣更旺。扒爐、廚房就設晌近門口位,香氣漂出室外,行過都聞到嗰陣陣肉香。室內唔算大,亦唔算細,一室紅磚牆,配木枱,暖黃嘅燈光,又幾有種扒房情懷。而外面仲有個立食區,可能最原先喺立食,不過,見依家都有擺放啲櫈俾客人坐。餐廳採自助形式,到門外嘅點餐區落單,揀扒類、要求嘅重量、選配料(蔥油、洋蔥油、蒜油,要齊3樣都得,唔知喺咪日文寫法,其實唔喺油嚟,喺實實際際嘅蔥粒、洋蔥粒、炸蒜片)、轉唔轉為套餐(+$25 / $45),無加一服務費,俾個傳呼器你,等叫就有得攞。都介紹吓扒類嘅選擇,餐廳只賣3個部位:肉眼、牛柳、西冷,就晌收銀處旁嘅凍櫃展示晒出嚟。溫提,起錶價喺300g,即大概10.5安士,一般人而言喺好夠食。而我哋就同樣揀+$25嘅套餐,可以晌沙律、麵豉湯、汽水、白飯中4揀3。師傅都好熟手,切出嚟嘅重量跟我哋嘅要求都差唔多,誤差都喺晌10g以內。基本上,正如餐廳嘅名字「Medium Rare Steak」,牛扒都喺燒到Medium Rare嘅生熟度,而透過鐵板再控制到Medium到Well Done。食牛扒就梗喺生啲好啦,小弟就一向喜歡Medium Rare。基本上啲扒都有少少俾鹽醃過,不過,枱上都放有即磨嘅海鹽同黑胡椒,等客人按個人喜好再調節。傳呼器響喇,出得去廚房拎扒,唔講得笑,啲扒晌塊鐵板度滋滋聲猛響,堅喺熨熱。所以,店員都溫提要小心,塊鐵板有二、三百度,仲話有需要幫手拎可以出聲。肉眼(341g)$112.5幾個部位中,肉眼較喺小弟心水,因為少脂肪,肉味特別濃,而蔥油、洋蔥油、蒜油3樣都要晒,揀沙律配白飯,再要咗罐熱情果汽水。沙律喺簡簡單單嘅椰菜絲、甘筍絲,再淋上胡麻汁嘅日本風沙律,味道清爽,配牛扒都幾唔錯。唔講得笑,件扒真喺好大塊,冚過晒成塊鑼板,而啲蔥粒、洋蔥粒、炸蒜片落得一啲都無手熨,仲伴埋燒汁,個汁亦非常好食。講到件扒,真喺好得,好有肉香,燒得又啱啱好,裡面仲帶點嫩紅,卻半點血水都無,咬落富肉汁。牛柳(304g)$112.4夏總就揀牛柳,佢話喜歡牛柳嗰份軟腍,都喺配晒蔥油、洋蔥油、蒜油,不過,佢就揀麵豉湯配白飯,汽水就再咗罐維他檸檬茶。夏總話佢嘅麵豉湯都無欺場喎,唔會得朕鹹味,麵豉味都幾香濃,湯中又放有少少昆布。件牛柳非常厚身,小弟都切咗一小件嚟試試,啲肉真喺有一定質素,口感確喺頗軟腍,卻又不失肉味,就算唔再調味,都已經夠晒。順帶一提,小弟罐熱情果汽水又幾好飲喎,酸酸爽爽,襯牛扒亦有幾好效果!最後,記得幫幫店員手,幫忙拎番成份托盤去「返却口」,一人拎自己份,可以減輕到店員嘅操勞。越晏越多客人,有一家幾口,有情侶,亦有啲單身寡佬,只要食物好,定價合理,真喺唔憂無客路。喜歡食扒嘅人,嚟到呢度就可以一解牛扒癮。…Read More

近來在大角咀博文街新開的 Medium Rare Steak,經常有一條小龍,原來真是名不虛傳,這裏的牛扒真是很有質素。原來未俾錢買牛扒不能內進,於是先在點餐區選擇,就試試肉眼啦。 最低消費 300g,$87左右。但是切出來永遠多過300g,我這一份最終是$109。相信有$10左右是根部。不過真的很大大大塊,剛剛三成熟放在鐵板上,煙還不斷冒出。真心說,吃入口的時候,肉質是非常鮮美,香而鬆軟的牛肉味,而且非常 juicy。剛剛吃是三成熟,隨着鐵板的熱力,一邊吃肉眼一邊已經變成半成熟,吃到最後的時候,差不多是全熟。吃來有點趕,這樣高質的肉眼不能慢慢享受,要趕在全熟之前來品嚐真正的牛肉味,哈哈。最令人以外的地方,牛柳雖然比肉眼貴,但最終這一份牛柳比我這一份肉眼還便宜幾元。而且非常厚身,多肉多汁!真是神經刀!這樣的快餐式經營,的確有點新意,完全將重點放在牛扒上,大大塊牛扒已經很飽,不用升級加飯。到黃昏的時候我還是覺得很飽。價錢方面,還算是合理的,但不是非常便宜,因為永遠都比預期重磅。不過質素的確有保證,高質的牛肉,物有所值。…Read More

每次行過都會聞到鐵板牛既香味終於約左幾個朋友去呢度食lunch我自己點選左400g肉眼 因為唔想飲湯同食沙律只係加左飯同烏龍茶細包裝烏龍茶收12蚊的確係有d貴由於佢係跟佢切出黎舊肉既重量黎收費 所以塊排大概420g左右牛+飯+烏龍茶 大概hkd235友人覺得自己食唔晒想切細舊d店員都會配合只要最少300g就可以等左5分鍾左右就有野食 塊排的確幾大塊牛味當然無和牛果d咁香口不過都唔係差 我覺得都算中上水平而且熟度大概3-5成左右 切完再用塊鐵版熱一熱就岩岩好朋友果塊上台就接近7-9成熟 同店員講都可以換過塊總括黎講除左野飲太貴同太少選擇之外都唔錯幾抵食 不過如果再幫襯我就唔會再簡烏龍茶 …Read More
