是日小妹生日,同事們提議不如到比較遠的青衣城吃午餐!本來想吃東南亞菜,但太遲到達,已經有很多人在等。剛巧看見旁邊的南小館還有一些位置,便決定吃南小館!他們的午餐有很多選擇。午市特價的一人套餐($62)可選一個主菜、一個點心、一杯熱有機新鮮豆漿/五榖薏米水。午飯時間免收加一和免收茶水。我點了老重慶擔擔麵、紅油抄手(蝦肉)和加了$15點了一份椰汁香紅棗糕。起初我以為老重慶擔擔麵是有花生醬的湯麵,但吃下去的時候發現有點像麻辣麵!同事提醒有花生醬的應該是上海擔擔麵。不過麻辣也得合我胃口。紅油抄手有3隻,味道不錯!跟同事用一隻紅油抄手換了一隻鍋貼!感覺鍋貼更好吃!椰汁紅棗糕口感得好,上菜時微暖~如果紅棗味重一點及即蒸的話,會更好吃。最有驚喜是五榖薏米水!味道好和夠熱~還有一些薏米可以吃。…Read More

青衣城二期所開設的商舖,八成以上是食肆,補充了一期的不足,提供食客更多選擇。是晚光顧的是南小館。外觀不錯,但礙於地方不大,內部座位頗為擠迫,亦無舒適卡位提供。舖外將出品圖片貼上,令人對該店所提供的食物有一目了然之感。與兩位老友看過餐牌後,叫了下列食物及飲品。不叫自來的前菜,海鹽花生不太脆,而辣菜脯口感亦屬一般。南小館四小拼有7個選擇,我們叫的花雕鷄肉地尚算嫰滑有酒香。糖醋排骨亦算硬度適中,不靱易入口,調味亦可。秋葵木耳微酸有嚼頭頗開胃。馬蘭豆乾內裏的豆腐乾及馬蘭頭切得頗為用心及夠短,咬落口感亦佳。炒河蝦蝦肉徧淡且缺新鮮感,與冷藏蝦味道頗類似。除已有的少量黑松露外,如能加上其他具色彩的配材則賣相會較吸引。四季豆味道尚可,食落亦覺爽甜,但畧嫌徧咸及油膩。小籠包包皮畧嫌太厚,內裏肉汁尚算充足,肉料亦可接受。老重慶擔擔麵味帶麻辣,面頭舖滿紅油,食落辣度逐漸滲出,祇有慣吃濃辣的人才可接受,問過侍应,該麵只提供一種辣度,吃不慣太辣的吃過一次應該不會再叫了。始終多數香港人較喜愛辣度不高的四川擔擔麵,但該店未有提供。以位上的酸辣湯表現祗屬一般,價錢徧貴。黑芝麻豆漿製作粗疏,完全沒有自磨的感覺,與用坊間芝麻粉開水的頗類似,徧淡且完全沒有芝麻香味。五穀薏米水熱度不夠,用料份量亦不足,可能烹煮時間過短,欠缺五縠及薏米味道。縱觀當晚所嘗該店所提供的食物及飲品,表現祇屬一般,水準有待提高。…Read More

睇戲前來醫肚,貪其價錢實惠,份量剛好2人分享,多人仲可以點多幾款食到唔同菜式,6點入座不用我位,但6點半開始要輪號等位,果然受歡迎。呢款四小拼才$78,有七款前菜選擇,可揀喜歡的四款,自由度高,好有彈性。我揀左馬蘭豆乾、花雕白雞、糖醋排骨、秋葵木耳。馬蘭豆乾切得精細,入口濕乾度剛好,有陣陣獨有香味,清香爽口。秋葵木耳用黑醋醃過,微酸開胃又爽口。糖醋排骨最濃味,甜酸度平衡,好想送白飯。花雕白雞好嫩滑入味,酒香撲鼻。金網生煎鍋貼有四件$45,煎得金黃色網狀,好睇又好味,又脆又香口,鍋貼皮帶煙韌,肉汁滿滿帶肉香。老重慶擔擔麵$45,紅油好吸引,看上去很辣,事實的確辣味慢慢跑出來,越食越刺激,肉碎不太肥,有口感,不會碎到散開。麵仍有咬感,煮得剛好不會糊。…Read More
