佐敦文匯街附近嘅舊唐樓區出名多好嘢食,深受駕駛人士愛戴,貪呢邊食肆收得夜而且易泊車,遊完車河可以嚟食個晚餐或者消夜~ 近年仲開設埋柯士甸站,方便埋無揸車嘅朋友,唔怪得呢邊食肆越開越多。今次放工同同事嚟食串燒,呢間小店特別之處係食串燒之餘仲可以食埋雞煲同火鍋,一次過滿足曬3個願望😋 不過今次我地人少少想試多幾款串燒飲吓啤酒吹吓水,雞煲留待下回分解。涼拌鮑片$52鮑片好甜,個汁調味好好,唔會過甜或過咸燒白鱔$48個皮燒得好香,少少焦但係未算係燶嘅,件鱔好新鮮肥美😋 咬落去啲肉好爽脆又唔會有腥味燒魚鮫$42推薦嚟到見到都算幾大件,同鱔片一樣,個皮燒得好香,而且好多肉,啜到乾乾淨淨食哂啲骨膠原🤣燒大虎蝦$58/隻推薦真係夠哂大隻,有成個碟咁長。剝開個蝦頭仲有膏可以啜,好鮮甜。隻蝦好新鮮啲肉咬落好彈牙好甜日式煙肉鵪鶉蛋$25推薦食落幾得意,有煙肉所以令到鵪鶉蛋都夠哂味風味燒五花腩$32推薦好靚嘅五花腩,一層脂肪一層肉咁,燒得好香而啲肉又冇乾哂,order咗少辣加上孜然粉已經好好味😋蜜燒雞扒$28😍雞扒塊皮燒得好脆,咬落仲好嫩滑好juicy~ 好好味👍安格斯牛小排$48牛肉味夠濃而且好多肉汁,燒到大約7成熟啦,食落好香好淋,一啲都唔靭燒雞皮(2串)$32食串燒見到一定叫嘅燒雞皮,同雞扒一樣,燒得啱啱好,我最唔鐘意食串燒雞皮好似食薯片咁脆,呢度燒得夠香之餘仲有少少雞皮嘅煙靭,正~~翠肉瓜$18推薦好大片翠肉瓜仲有成4片😯瓜肉冇乾哂仲好juicy,而且個瓜好甜😋燒菜芯唔會燒到乾曬~ 食咗咁多肉食下瓜瓜菜菜都唔錯😁本來唔想食咁飽先唔叫雞煲,不過原來呢度串燒嘅嘢食份量都唔太細,結果都係好飽😂 大滿足,下次再嚟試吓其他嘢😋…Read More

於佐敦自成一角的小區「文_街」一帶有不少小店,發現這間串燒雞煲,香港串燒店不多,就支持一下小店😆香港食串燒向來不便宜,燒串煲價錢算是物有所值~共點了9款不同串燒,雞泡魚乾、燒羊架、金銀蒜茄子、燒翠玉瓜、燒元貝、燒韮菜、鹽燒黑椒牛舌、燒菠蘿、燒芝士年糕。最好吃的是燒羊架、鹽燒黑椒牛舌、金銀蒜茄子和燒芝士年糕。店內有提供自製的飲料例如花旗參蜜、杞子菊花茶可供客人選擇罐裝飲料以外的自家飲品。此外,還有秘製的辣粉呢!店員推介這個辣粉是廚師調配的,果然是真的辣,吃得辣之人不要錯過了!。燒羊架真的是必點!薄脆的外層包裹著羊肉汁和油脂,一咬下去便流出很多肉汁🤤🤤🤤鹽燒黑椒牛舌是厚切的牛舌,很彈牙不會靱,反而有爽口的感覺愛吃蒜的我當然要點金銀蒜茄子,蒜味非常濃郁,將一絲絲茄子包着金銀蒜蓉,再放入口中一口吃掉,實在太正了😋燒芝士年糕也是很正的甜點,甜甜的外皮非常焦脆,內裏的芝士已經完全溶化了💓值得一讚的是,我們無需特別要求,這家小店的上菜次序已是由小吃開始到甜品作結,食物好吃之餘服務又親切,大概是用心經營的小店才找得到的風味吧☺️…Read More

星期六晚上,又是約會的時間。在尖沙咀逛完街後,不太肚餓,於是就想走遠一點,當飯前散步,晚一點再吃。於是,我倆就打算從尖沙咀走到柯士甸站附近,去到邊食到邊。其實兩個地方非常近,慢步都是行了約25分鐘左右就已經到達,於是發現原來在柯士甸站A出口對出有著非常多好吃的。不少人專門駕車前來,愈夜愈多人。我們在街頭巷尾查探一番之後,決定選擇這間燒串煲。幸好我們還算早來,比較晚的街客就可能要等一等,事關太多人已經預先留座。聽到隔離的食客都是專程過來吃串燒,說這間燒串煲是非常好食,要襯它還未火紅時要多來,不然到時候就要大排長龍。餐廳叫做燒串煲,固名思義就是有串燒和火鍋供應,我和另一半當然專攻串燒,非常吸引。由於有太多款式關係,我就不一一點評,挑選我認為必選的串燒吧。↑ 1. 燒白鱔, $48白鱔固然好吃,但平時都是食蒸白鱔或其他較中式的煮法。來到燒串煲,第一眼就見到燒白鱔是餐廳必食推介之一,當然要看看他們如何將白鱔成為串燒。比我預期更為驚訝,我本身以為燒白鱔是日式的燒法,即是配上蜜汁,甜甜的煮法。但原來燒串煲真的是將白鱔以燒一燒、串一串的方法來處理,鱔皮被燒得非常爽脆,白鱔燒過後的魚鮮味變得更顯著,而又絲毫不損其滑溜的肉質,肉質結實而有彈性,絕對一流。↑ 2. 魷魚筒, $68魷魚筒可算是街頭小吃,但老實說街邊的質素實是不予置評,所以就是考驗一下燒串煲的功力。想不到,魷魚筒竟然燒得恰到好處,香軟彈牙,完全沒有因為經燒過後而出現難咬的情況。反而,燒串煲的火燒技巧能夠給予魷魚有一陣陣薰香,在不用大火的情況下,使到魷魚筒爽口又惹味。↑ 3. 風味燒豬頸肉, $25燒豬頸肉則是CP值最高的,大家看到這個價錢,可能第一下都以為是一串普通的燒豬頸肉,可能得三至四塊左右。想不到,竟然真真正正是一份燒豬頸肉,絕無欺騙,合共有9塊左右。價錢、份量上已經勝出,味道上亦絕不輸蝕,豬頸肉燒得香脆爽口,少少焦掉的外層更能營造出有經過明火燒過的香薰感,配上串燒獨有的孜然粉,根本需要Encore。↑ 4. 鹽燒黑椒牛舌, $42牛舌又是串燒必點的主角之一,經過鹽燒後香酥可口,肉質保持十分的鮮嫩。厚切牛舌共有三塊,二人分享的話就要看看該如何分配,不然就會出現因為太好食而要搶食的場面了。為免大家產生這個情況,我就建議多點一份,那6塊牛舌就可以被2人整除分配,每人3塊,絕對值得。我倆亦有點其他不同款式的串燒,就綜觀而言,以上四款是我個人認為必定要點的串燒款式。其他串燒如下:↑ 5. 多春魚 (5條), $35↑ 6. 孜然烤雞中翼 (2隻), $25↑ 7. 風味燒雞軟骨串 (2串), $32↑ 8. 花枝丸, $18↑ 9. 翠玉瓜, $18↑ 10. 燒魚鮫, $42燒一燒,串一串,位於佐敦與柯士甸站附近的燒串煲真是非常隱世,我有預感這間串燒店很快就會爆紅。…Read More
