朋友同我好耐冇食成吉思汗燒肉,所以我決定試吓佢。我認為佢燒肉價錢都唔算太貴,一碟肉大概係$7、80。餐廳走日式風格,感覺幾舒適,店員都幾親切。呢到用上蒙古包形狀嘅烤爐,洋蔥無限放題,洋蔥可以充分吸收烤肉肉汁,烤得香噴噴。我哋兩個人都叫咗好多碟,再加多兩杯燒酌。咁我自己特別鍾意呢幾款菜式。椰菜絲沙律 $20雖然細細份,但沙律汁勁多,椰菜絲爽口,椰菜絲加燒肉可以下火,幾好。羊湯烏冬 $68呢個烏冬好正,份量唔算好多,但配埋燒肉一齊食都ok. 烏冬湯底充滿羊肉香味,甜甜哋,羊肉片唔韌,好嫩身,烏冬正常,鍾意食羊嘅朋友一定啱🥰。炸豆池魚 $68送酒一流嘅小食,豆池魚大約有20 條,配沙律醬。炸漿好薄,輕輕包住池魚,池魚食落香脆。因為佢唔算太細條,會有啲肉咬吓,一啖酒一啖魚,正~伊比利亞梅頭 $88呢件梅頭脂肪比較多,厚身,用上簡單黑椒鹽調味。燒香後,肥膏燒到香脆,油脂感好重🤤,但唔會覺得好膩,同牛肉有得比。而且梅頭肉質本身都好冧身😝羊西冷 $118份量多,同樣用上黑椒鹽調味。食落羊味重,烤完肉質唔會鞋颯颯,容易咬。店員仲特別提我哋加佢哋專門嘅成吉思汗調味粉,幾香孜然味,可以更突顯羊肉香味。牛板腱 $78有五大片牛肉,一燒就可以見到肉汁流晒去洋蒽絲到。牛肉肉味濃,薄薄哋都幾好味。檸檬燒酌 $68燒酌一入口比較辣,可以mix啲檸檬汁,會容易啲飲。羊卷肉 $78柚子雞腿肉 $78…Read More

今天在港島有活動,因為早餐吃得少,所以决定早點兒先用午餐再玩樂。在熱鬧的渣甸坊尋尋覓覓,發現有間成吉思汗烤羊肉的「燒肉酒場」,價錢不昂貴,我與朋友都有興趣。店舖裏木質椅桌蠻有温暖的感覺,牆壁大大頭羊兒畫,一看就知道主打羊肉燒烤。點菜後,侍應很快端來日式蒙古燒烤爐(據悉百多年前日本人到蒙古,將蒙古燒烤方法帶到日本,慢慢地在日本流行起來。),起爐火先烤香洋葱、下孜然粉釋出香味。先嘗前菜~螢光魷魚,螢光魷魚是日本富山縣甚具代表性的海洋生物,他在深海可以發光,所以得名的。春天當造的螢光魷魚體型細小,入口却鮮甜可口。小食:吉烈炸蠔~外香脆內軟滑,蠔味濃香。來自日本不辣的紅辣椒絲點綴吉烈炸蠔。螢光魷魚、吉烈炸蠔配檸檬燒酌十分愜意!檸檬燒酌(燒酌酒精25度、雪碧、鮮檸檬、梳打,少少甜與鮮檸超級好喝的。)柚子雞腿肉~烤香的柚子雞肉,皮脆香、肉滑,柚子味道釋出清新果香!蒙古羊卷肉~非常嫩滑的肉質,與羊肉上的醬汁配合很好,羊羶味不重,十分美味。車海老~鮮甜爽脆的大蝦肉,甘香的蝦羔,沒有可怖的蝦腸,吃得很開懷。紐西蘭羊西冷~沒有太多脂肪的羊西冷,羊羶味近乎零,肉質嫩嫩的,因為略為厚切,所以來不及蒙古羊卷肉那麼滑不溜口啦!韓式豬腩肉~吃到尾聲端來了韓式豬腩肉,開始有點兒擔心膩了!但烤好送入嘴巴才發覺我們過慮了!韓式醬汁味道多鮮少辣頗冶味,與豬腩肉的鮮,除了帶我們回到韓國吃豬腩肉的感覺,也將我們的胃納大大的打開,吃得津津好味!羊湯烏冬~羊肉片羶香恰好,湯香鮮味,烏冬煙韌及富有彈性、配菜爽口,很完美羊湯烏冬,為完美的午餐寫上完結篇,祈待下一篇的展開。…Read More

橫街窄巷不時都有小店,地膽先至搵到,燒肉酒場位於渣甸坊,不過入口就在隔離巷仔,即是小販街內,店方省些租金若然投資在食材上,更加是食客的福。甫進店內似曾相識,前身燒牛扒,現在走蒙古烤肉路線,所以有很多羊肉供應。大家先來個椰菜絲沙律,$20大大碟,以日式麻醬調味,椰菜爽口新鮮,還混了少許脆片,口感不俗,好吃呀!炸蠔 $50 一客四片,酥脆不油膩,內心保持生嫩,保留了一點吃生蠔的感覺,唔錯!我愛吃羊,點了蒙古羊卷肉、羊後膝、羊西冷及羊湯烏冬。我覺得唔騷,但羊肉味唔算好濃,西冷最嫩。羊湯以羊骨久熬而成,不過沒有期望中的香濃羊味。牛方面有牛板腱及厚牛舌,牛舌爽口。青海老大大只,$58/客三只,肉質可以,抵食。既然來了燒肉酒場不妨點杯燒酌,$68/杯,檸檬燒酌及鮮橙燒酌,酒精度不高,我的檸檬燒酌看來充滿檸檬,混合了燒酌不酸不淡,味道獨特。服務態度竟然相當好,男店員非常值得加許,對每位客人皆非常熱誠地推介招牌,亦與客人混熟,令人感到輕鬆自在。這店除了自己燒肉之外,亦可以委托店員代燒,其實我覺得後者更合我意。…Read More
