同女朋友行到好餓,又唔知食乜好,呢個時候一定係諗到食放題,但觀塘專食放題果棟大廈實在太多人,行APM原來有呢間「燒肉の牛太・本陣」,就食燒肉放題!餐廳內外APM搵食基本上每間都要等位,我地已經唔係晚飯繁忙時間黎,都已經等緊位,不過都算快入座。食物選擇基本上大家黎得都係食放題,但佢其實有放餐牌係門口,可能晚市都有得散叫,咁當然,今次黎食都係食放,分左三款,第一次黎食,唔揀最平,唔揀最貴,試下中位價既「頂級澳洲和牛放題」,每位$288再加一,限時100分鐘。肉類拼盤一坐低,店員幫你入好iPad你係食邊個餐之後,上面會顯示截單時間同離座時間,可以知道自己食左幾耐,呢點唔錯。同埋即刻上一份肉類拼盤等你燒住食住點餐。前菜試左日式豆腐、味付螺肉,味道正常冇乜特別。牛肉選擇唔算好多,但都夠食,仲分左唔得醃汁,有自家醬汁、和風鹽燒醬以及韓式辛辣,三款都試過,覺得和風鹽燒醬醃得最入味。而牛肉有既選擇基本上樣樣都有試過,覺得必食係絕稀少腹胸扒、柔軟身筋扒都好嫩好Juicy,燒完咬落去仲有肉汁,而且牛味好濃。仲有限定既壽喜燒薄切和牛,可以沾上拌勻既生蛋食,不過就乾身左啲。羊肉只有羊架一款,勁大一隻,好貼心地開左邊,因為較厚身,等你燒完兩邊可以再燒埋中間,唔怕外面燒燶裡面都未熟,肉質容易較斷而且羊羶味好重,中意食羊之人不能錯過。豬肉有豬腩肉、豬梅肉、豬頸肉,當中豬腩肉、豬梅肉就分左黑毛豬同非黑毛豬,咁當然係食黑毛豬。豬腩肉唔算好肥,唔會太膩,豬梅肉同豬頸肉會有口感啲。雞肉有雞脾肉、雞軟骨、雞腎,雞軟骨、雞腎都係食落爽脆,但燒太耐會變韌。海鮮選擇唔多,只有魷魚、蝦同埋帆立貝,不過質素都中規中矩唔差。蔬菜其實都多款式揀,有幾款茹類、南瓜、蒽等等,不過因為主力食肉,冇乜點食過蔬菜,只係叫左菠蘿,每次食燒物點少得燒菠蘿,好甜!湯麵、飯依家既燒肉放題店都驚你食唔飽咁,連石鍋飯、豚骨湯拉麵等等都有,我就唔會放題食咁飽肚既野,但女朋友話想食碗稻庭熱烏冬,正常口感。飲品、甜品飲品任飲,甜品就每人包一杯Haagen Dazs雪糕。100分鐘其實都夠時間食既,加上肉類都好飽肚,又可以邊食邊check住仲有幾多時間食,100分鐘好均真,價錢係香港放題中既中位價格,牛、豬、雞、羊、海鮮都食到,上枱速度快,冇漏單情況,唔錯。…Read More

冇同過屋企人去食燒肉放題,就帶佢地去食下,又想食得經濟實惠啲,加上自己都想試下呢間就帶埋屋企人黎食。環境位於APM四樓,一條全部都係餐廳,我會稱之佢為「APM美食廊」,估唔到6pm左右前來已經大排長龍拎緊飛等位,生意十分好,等左一陣先有位,以放題餐廳黎講,入面唔算大,幸好被編排到一張私隱度高既枱,可以同屋企人更開心咁食放題。餐牌100分鐘放題分別有:大人氣超值放題(55款) $218、頂級澳洲和牛放題(87款)  $288以及日本黑毛和牛放題(94款) $428。我地揀左中間價位既頂級澳洲和牛放題(87款)  $288。頂級澳洲和牛放題(100分鐘)  $288(另加一)含八十七款,分別有限定壽喜燒風燒肉套餐、沙律、泡菜/韓式菜、盛合/套餐、燒肉(自家醬汁/和風鹽燒汁/韓式辛辣、雞及豬、海鮮/燒野菜、前菜、飯/麵/湯、飲品、其他,共13個分項。限定壽喜燒風燒肉套餐呢個分頁內只有日本雞蛋同埋薄切和牛,壽喜燒配火鍋就食得多,配燒肉真係第一次試。由於好薄身,好快就熟要睇住時間,燒肉沾上生蛋液食真係別有一番風味,食落冇咁油同冇咁乾身,牛味又唔會被蓋過,唔錯。沙律:本陣招牌沙律用左少少醋調味,食落咸咸地,沙律菜都夠爽,又可以做開胃菜,又可以食緊燒肉時降膩,點左3、4碗。泡菜/韓式菜:泡菜三式拼盤有泡菜、青瓜、蘿蔔,偏咸左少少。盛合/套餐:澳洲產和牛特盛五品盛合、日本產匠味豚豚肉組合澳洲產和牛特盛五品盛合應該分別係上級牛肋肉、牛肋肉、一口牛、腹胸肉、柔軟“身筋”扒。上枱望到牛肉唔算好新鮮,有一兩塊仲有少少黑邊,色澤偏沉少少,但味道比望落去要好,當中我最中意腹胸肉,𠝹左開花紋方便燒,食落去有嚼勁之餘但又不失鬆軟度,唔會燒到乾身,而柔軟“身筋”扒好厚身,但咬落去會爆牛肉汁,好juicy!另外上級牛肋肉、牛肋肉、一口牛口感都唔會,唔會有渣/咬唔爛既問題。日本產匠味豚豚肉組合有三款,分別係日本產黑豚豬腩肉、日本產黑豚豬梅肉、豬頸肉。全部都有醃過,其實唔洗點醬汁食都無問題,豬肉都冇豬腥味,而且燒完每塊都光澤十足,有水潤口感,完全不乾,黑豚豬腩肉/豬梅肉遲薄切,口感唔算好強烈,相對上豬頸肉比較有咬口。燒肉(自家醬汁/和風鹽燒汁/韓式辛辣)燒肉分類內的全部都係牛肉,只係再分左三個唔同既醃汁,款式近乎一樣,自家醬汁似燒汁、和風鹽燒汁咸味較出、韓式辛辣辣味唔夠,牛肉款式有而牛肉中既款式都有八款,可惜XL肋肉條售罄,只有七款供應,而當中五款有放「澳洲產和牛特盛五品盛合」中,上面已經講過就唔講。另外試左黃金燒汁壼漬牛肋肉,同普通牛肋肉食落去分別不大。雞及豬:雞腎、雞軟骨、雞腿肉扒、美國大肉腸雞腎比較乾同硬,雞軟骨正正常常,而雞腿肉扒就比較好食啲,厚肉啲。豬類就上面拼盤已經講過,另外試左美國大肉腸,有啲似台灣黑椒腸,但就幼身好多。海鮮/燒野菜:海蝦、鹽燒帆立貝、原隻魷魚仔蝦應該都係解左凍既急凍蝦,但食落都唔會霉,口感都可以,而鹽燒帆立貝、原隻魷魚仔比較高質,前者醃得入味又幾彈牙,後者燒完好香口。前菜:味付帶子群邊又係偏咸,比較一般。飯/麵/湯都有不少選擇,但咁飽肚既野就冇試。其他:牛舌、羊架其實都唔係好明點解牛舌同羊架會分係其他類別,牛舌仲分厚/薄以及唔同醃製味道,試左厚切,真係夠厚身,緊記要燒至全熟先好食,燒至面頭微焦,較落去爽脆有嚼勁,唔錯。而羊架羶味十足且帶有肥膏,每人食左2隻!飲品選擇唔算特別多,但汽水、茶呢啲都有,仲有岩哂女士/怕肥人士既Coc- Cola Plus添!甜品食到70分鐘就會截單,然後上甜品,係每人一杯Häagen-Dazs雪糕,完美總結。連埋加一每位$320,價錢中等,好既地方在於照顧到唔食牛既同行者,皆因佢唔止得牛肉,豬肉、雞肉、海鮮加起上黎再加有飯/麵,唔食牛肉既母親大人都表示食到好飽,質素都可以,中意食燒肉既朋友不妨一試。…Read More

從來寫親食評都係中伏不爽要寫劣評。第一次因為好食到感動而寫翻次好評😭提早兩日book定檯,第一段1800收工趕唔切,所以book1945。準時到,直接428 plan!點睇個menu 218同288個plan性價比都唔高。用tablet落單,夠嗮速度,基本上都係即點即上,係點和牛會稍稍拖延時間先上,不過都唔算太影響我地享用食物嘅效率。主要食和牛,另外豬羊雞都有,有少量海鮮,沙律,小食。推薦: 西冷和牛,蔥花牛舌!!然後不多說,直接上圖!…Read More
