元朗出名美食多🥢每個元朗街坊心目中都有各自的心水飯堂名單📌陸記在元朗紮根多年,在不少街坊心中當然亦榜上有名😇———————————————————————所謂雙豬其實是豬頸肉和鍋燒肉的雙拼🐷各有4片,份量上算是可以👌🏻豬頸肉肉質爽彈,亦有一定厚度👍🏻至於店家一再強調的獨家滷水味道就並未算驚艷😗與一般常見的味道大同小異,恕我未能品嘗到其特別之處😅鍋燒肉外型類似燒味舖的燒肉🐽不過較為薄切🙂豬皮部分十分香脆💥即使浸湯後依然保持脆口😋肉質偏瘦😌不會像燒腩仔般肥膩,因此質感亦會較韌,未夠鬆化🤔桂林米粉與常見的米粉不同,粗身得比米線還要粗🤣但又比米線爽口彈牙😙湯底調味非常清淡,最突出的就是炸蒜的味道😂———————————————————————這碗雙豬米味道比較家常🏠各方面都中規中矩,對我這個區外人來說就未有太多記憶點😅未算太值得跨區到訪。…Read More
