今天在大埔行過,見到這間店門口很多人在等候😌望一望,原來是雜誌之前有提過的石磨腸粉!!店舖不大,在裏面看見兩部石磨機🤩正在運行中!右邊的會磨出流質的粉漿!店舖裏只有一個人在做腸粉。她會把粉漿放上筲箕上,然後再舖上材料放進蒸爐裏!!做出來的腸粉不像平時的樣子滑滑的,吃下去也和平時的質感不同,很薄很滑❤️❤️❤️見到有一些人有加蛋,但因為今朝吃了的關係,所以沒有加到,下次要試試。在等待的時侯叫了一個紫米砵仔糕,這個質感不是平時的彈牙,是比較腍,痴牙的感覺。喜不喜歡見人見智。。😌腸粉加上了暖暖的豉油,為何是暖的?!因為店主用了保溫樽裝著的👍很細心…Read More

第二次來幫襯友口馥了!自從上次試完廣州米芝蓮必比登推介的街坊式厚如粉皮的腸粉之後,便非常掛念友口馥的手工石磨腸粉了。來這裡吃腸粉,等,是必然的。15分鐘是等閒事,30分鐘也不算過份,因為真的好體諒老闆娘。一個人一手包辦,招呼、落粉漿、捲腸粉再入盒、再塗上薄薄的一浸油……而她的兒子呢,不會幫忙倒是吵著買玩具;她的同鄉幫手呀姐呢,位位與她唱反調、下單又亂又不分先後次序……總之,老闆娘你要加油啊!話回腸粉,今次點了叉燒蛋腸粉。老闆娘先將蛋與粉漿混和,再倒上竹筲、鋪上叉燒粒與蔥粒,入蒸爐!剛出爐的腸粉有淡淡的粉香,蛋令腸粉的滑度又增了20%!那份薄與滑,正正是古法磨漿的手工腸粉的精妙。不是現今的酒樓、餐廳那些由工場製出的腸粉、再運到廚房蒸熱可比的。薄薄的、滑溜溜的又熱騰騰的滑入口,再點一下甜豉油,那份心意與可口的味道,真是幸福!抵讚的是每碟腸粉都非常足料,有兩盤竹筲的份量,所以等候時間比較長也無可厚非啊。而且吃完後飽肚感十足!難怪那麼多婆婆一下單就是6碟。無論如何,還會再來支持支找!今次亦試了她的紫米砵仔糕,很紥實。過實的口感不是太討好,不過總有人喜歡吧。…Read More
