已有80多年歷史的龍華酒店是香港著名的園林酒店,也是不少香港人的童年回憶。除了食乳鴿,我對它最深印象是動物園裏的的孔雀,鸚鵡和猴子,以及熱鬧的兒童遊樂場和麻雀枱。隨着珍寶海鮮舫的沉沒,這類老少咸宜,有嘢食,有嘢睇又有得玩的餐廳已逐步走向歷史。今日出沙田,不如就行15分鐘過去探下龍華!由迎賓門前往餐廳的路線和景物依舊,隧道左右兩邊仍掛滿寫着「龍華」的紅色燈籠,地上則有新鋪的人造草。入到餐廳範圍,應是翻新不久,一點殘舊的感覺也沒有,不過就保留五、六十代風格,牆上掛滿從前明星幫襯的照片。戶外用餐區和洗手間也乾淨企理,連兒童遊樂場的設施和戶外庭園的佈局都好新淨。我們今天的目標是龍華乳鴿和生滾雞粥,見二人套餐($498,另加一和茶錢每人$12)有齊「嫩鴿肥雞」,於是不用多想,就套餐吧。🔶龍華紅燒乳鴿2隻乳鴿先用滷水浸熟,再沾麥芽糖後炸,入味得來又保持鴿皮香脆,即炸即食,確是出面食唔到。我們要求開邊,店員提供膠手套,每人一手執半隻,自己撕最開心。🔶生滾沙田滑雞粥粥底綿,雞肉滑,而且雞肉份量不少。可惜是雞粥和乳鴿一同上枱,當食完兩隻乳鴿後覺得雞粥已涼了不夠熱。🔶蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝蒜茸醬調較得非常惹味,蒜香十足。🔶欖菜肉碎四季豆四季豆香嫩軟身,加埋肉碎和欖菜很香口。🔶金湯海皇魚肚羹雖然海鮮不多,大部份是魚肚,但都幾好味。…Read More

龍華酒店開幕於1938年,至今已有84年歷史。曾經叱咤風雲,與半島酒店齊名。當年嘅沙田尚未開發,山明水秀。好多文人雅士都喺呢度住過。當中包括金庸,佢嘅第一本小說‘‘書劍恩仇錄’‘,都係呢度創作的。1985年開始,龍華酒店因未能符合香港消防條例,轉以餐館形式經營。但酒店兩個字並未因此而抹去。佢哋最出名嘅菜式要數乳鴿,連彭定康亦都係熟客之一。時至今日,因為疫情嘅關係,聽聞龍華酒店都有機會結業。因為呢個原因,我決定要到此一遊,來睇吓呢個地方。喺沙田火車站大約行15分鐘到,就會到達龍華酒店。入口的長長走廊掛滿左紅色嘅燈籠🏮。沿途重會見到有一個古色古香嘅庭園🪷,仲有兩隻孔雀🦚。餐廳室內應該有翻新過,牆上掛滿昔日明星的海報相片。相信好多人都聽到呢度有結業可能,所以當日去到人山人海。嚟呢度一定要叫三寶:🐓沙田雞粥個粥都算煲得綿滑。但食落雞味不是太重。雞件同粥好似係兩件事咁。雞件偏瘦。🦜紅燒乳鴿紅燒乳鴿可以揀原隻上。餐廳提供手套,自己拎住食。即叫即整,上菜時熱辣辣。皮脆肉嫩,保留肉汁。🥄豆腐花豆腐花配有桂花蜜。豆腐花都算好滑,入口即化。整體來講,我覺得呢度嘅價錢偏貴,食物質素尚可。服務方面,可能因為廣告關係,座無虛席。廚房侍應都應接不暇,上菜時間好耐。如果大家都係抱着懷舊嘅心態,可以來呢度一遊。建議飲早茶或下午茶,食豆腐花同紅燒乳鴿。…Read More

香港+乳鴿  =  沙田+龍華。龍華的乳鴿,由小時候起計,連外賣相信已吃過近廿次,對一個非沙田友的九龍人來說,倒也不少吧!開幕於1951年的沙田龍華酒店,以色香味俱全的乳鴿最為出名,而他們其他的風味美食也算是可以之上。甚有特色的園林雅趣格調的裝修,無論牌匾或是沿路的裝飾都保留著五六十年代的風格,他們有一個小廳曾是李小龍的《唐山大兄》拍攝地。曾試過在那小廳進餐,可惜樓底低,燈光昏暗,相信會較適合老外。名叫酒店,龍華過去曾是間經營有十間客房的旅館,從新聞節目及報章得知著名武俠小說作家金庸曾於酒店長住來創作小說。龍華酒店的網頁自稱有〝沒吃過龍華乳鴿等於沒有到香港〞的美譽,但我從來都覺得並沒有言過其實,乳鴿真的超好吃啊!龍華的乳鴿是以先滷後炸的方法處理,所以皮脆肉嫩,味鮮而且肉汁豐富,縱使不及從前的美味,但我仍覺得是香港之冠。其他風味美食及小炒全都算是水準之作,椒鹽食品,如椒鹽魷魚鬚等,非常惹味香口。沙田滑雞粥,粥底綿密加滑嫩雞肉,非常鮮甜;另外,炒鴿旦亦是不錯的特色菜式。2015年11月龍華曾因牌照續約問題,差點就關門大吉,所以當時新聞一出,我便立即放工去吃了一次,幸好最後暫時解決了,我還之後多吃了好幾次;很希望這些「很香港」的味道,可以保留和繼續傳承下去!…Read More

小時候常常跟家人到處遊...充滿香港情懷的景點成了那時的聚腳地龍華也是其中一個常到的地方...盡是美好回憶這次再臨...只因移民十多年的親人回港渡假心血來潮想找乳鴿回味回味...大家也想起這老地方幾年前...曾踏足過這地吃乳鴿那次甚是失望...水準遠不及以前乳鴿跟想像中的不一樣...魅力已不復存在近年間太多店做乳鴿做得不錯...後起之秀如澳門BB鴿更勝過港式的已沒什麼原因能叫人再回這舊地...好像沒什麼特別理由能留著客人紅燒乳鴿 $68 x 5白灼唐生菜桂花蜜山水豆腐花-凍吃 $58 [小]枝裝可樂 $15 x 3這天...深怕家人滿懷希望...若質素不如以往...定必是個遺憾本想叫兩只乳鴿切件分甘同味...也怕那個萬一幸而...家人太聰明也太懂吃了推介燒乳鴿其實是要一人獨享...還要原只上桌原來...多年來都不懂吃...難怪吃到的都不夠好切件乳鴿需時...上桌已涼掉一半...皮已乾肉已變硬原只乳鴿上桌...狀甚有趣拿起來熱騰騰的...從沒這麼燙手過跟乳鴿近距離親一親...溫意直達我心吃第一口...那種驚艷程度難以形容絕沒有誇張...那個皮脆肉嫩的狀態吃那麼多年乳鴿也沒試過近胸肋位置...沒肉卻有薄薄的一層皮...極其軟滑吃掉整只乳鴿...骨頭間熱度還沒退乳鴿熱度夠...肉汁緊鎖...就是美味的關鍵這裡的山水豆腐花也出名...要點個來試試凍吃豆腐花其實沒熱吃那麼滑...但天氣熱還是涼快一點更暢快木桶上應該曾是賣點...只是後來很多店都以這方式呈上...驚喜不再桂花蜜清香噗鼻...有點晴之效桂花蜜取代黃糖...實在是最適合不過清甜桂花蜜清清的...為這道甜點添一分脫俗感還是上一輩的人懂吃...有能吃出每樣食品的精髓真的要多多跟隨...好好學習…Read More
