今次食呢間川味雞烤魚大王,位於大圍,係屋村範圍地舖嚟嘅,泊車方便。餐廳食物款式都多。重慶麻辣烤魚 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)佢烤魚有幾款,有重慶麻辣烤魚、泡椒烤魚等等,可以選辣度,由BB辣去到大辣,另外仲有唔辣嘅酸菜烤魚。烤魚好大份,辣椒鋪喺面好有風味。入邊仲有薯仔、白蘿蔔、腐皮等等。辣味融入去,令人垂涎三尺。首先要煮兩三分鐘,等啲水滾咗再將啲水倒落魚身,令到魚都可以傳熱熟透,而且味道更加香濃。啲魚非常之鮮嫩,令人越食越上癮,同時越食越流汗,建議帶定包紙巾。雪花肥牛 (⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)呢款特級雪花肥牛,望落正正常常,但係原來食落都幾林,易熟。配埋剛剛食重慶烤魚嘅湯底,就真係幾滿足。佢另外有一款手切安格斯肥牛,貴啲,不過我哋未有選擇呢款,下次有機會再食。紅油抄手 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)紅油抄手份量都幾多,雲吞大大粒。價錢50蚊左右。招牌口水雞 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)招牌口水雞有全隻、半隻同例牌。我哋點咗例牌$48 。口水雞隻雞嘅份量都幾多,佢個汁令到啲雞非常入味,再有啲花生雲耳等等嘅配菜,口感都幾豐富,作為前菜係唔錯嘅選擇。益力多沙冰 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)沙冰嘅賣相都唔錯,味道甜度適中,用嚟配辣嘢可以解渴又可以解辣。獅威啤酒 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)啤酒係大樽裝,$19非常抵飲,食烤魚配啤酒就最適合不過啦。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~川味雞烤魚大王 大圍田心街1號隆亨商場地下隆亨街市H86號舖推介菜色: 重慶麻辣烤魚 👍🏻四川風味👍🏻味道香濃…Read More

天氣漸轉涼,食辣的胃口大增,趁放假日子即時約好友來個麻辣飯局;因應大家都方便的地區,最後選了大圍區的川味雞烤魚大王;與好友在大圍新地標見面後,便由其帶路往餐廳走近;餐廳由門面到内裡的裝潢都飾以平實風格,走大眾化的親民路線;餐廳有醬料自助區,可供重口味人仕有更多選擇;到堂内坐低,侍應生便遞上點餐紙及餐具;點餐紙由小食到主菜,供應的款式組合選擇頗多,由其火鍋食材更加豐富;經一番琢磨,選了餐廳招牌的川味雞煲及小食,就馬上落單;先來一個小食--茴味雞翼,一份有四隻中翼;外皮炸得香酥,且有濃郁孜然粉與茴香味,内裡肉質嫩滑,口感相當好!配上獅威啤酒,清淡爽滑的啤酒更加突出雞翼本味!之後的--紅油抄手(選了中辣),其抄手的餡皮厚薄度適中,肉餡相當足料;而醬汁相當有水準,黑醋與紅油比例相當好,令抄手的整體味道更多變化,讓人吃得更開胃!主菜選了中辣的--重慶麻辣雞煲(半隻);以鑄鐵鍋盛載的半熟雞煲一遞上時,其面上花椒有芫茜相伴,紅綠相間甚是好看,而底下的雞油更泛起一層油亮色!醬汁加上花椒類香料的氣味越發散逸半空中,直教人食指大動!當加熱一段時間,麻辣醬汁的味道越來越濃郁時,被主角完全吸收了這般美味,油潤嫩滑的雞肉既麻香又充滿辣度的美味迅即霸佔了味蕾,層次感極為豐富!一邊大啖美味熱辣的雞肉,一邊大口喝著冰凍的啤酒,還偶爾爆了幾顆花椒,這種在舌尖上冰火交替的二重天極味,真讓人爽快!雖然只有半隻雞,但份量還是不少,當吃到差不多時,叫來侍應生加湯後再點加了三樣食材--鴨血,蓮藕與鮮淮山;基本這三樣都是麻辣鍋的最佳配搭!最快熟的鮮淮山既粉糯又鬆軟,面上略帶十分有益的黏液,本味清鮮,但有麻辣醬汁加持後,即變得更有媚態!蓮藕片的甜美味感與爽脆質感再加上麻辣醬汁滲入其中,辣度更見加強,也是更加美味!鴨血炆煮一段時間後,依然保持爽滑,與麻辣醬汁配合得十分美味!而這三款食材與啤酒都是天作之合!吃得喝得盡興的一個晚餐,雖然此餐廳帶點其貌不揚,但專注於食物及食材的極致之味方面,更值得讚賞!…Read More

早幾年前,有大概半年的時間在大圍實習,一星期總有一天要到旁邊的米線大王買涼拌魚皮及午餐,後來又養成了晚上過來吃烤魚及魚皮的習慣,現在有時間過來吃的機會變少了。這裡有時候人會很多都要排隊等候,今天可能比較晚到,剛好不用等。烤魚吃過很多次了,這次則點一下各種涼菜及小吃。紅油豬耳 $42一開始點了中辣,但辣度不會太強。豬耳量也算多,惹味之餘其實算蠻開胃清新的。涼拌粉皮 $48涼拌粉皮也很足料,有木耳、大蔥、青瓜和芫荽,我是喜歡吃這些配菜。茴味雞翼 $28雞翼炸得金黃香脆,不會覺得油膩,因為剛炸好,所以拍完再吃得時候還是熱騰騰的。紅油抄手 $38紅油抄手也是份量十足,不過我們一開始點錯辣度,不然再辣一點會更好吃。涼拌川辣味魚皮 $78終於到我最愛的涼拌魚皮了!這不是到處都能吃上。爽脆的魚皮配上花生、大蔥和芫荽,還有惹味的辣汁(這個要了大辣很夠辣),真的吃多少次都不會吃膩呢。臨走的時候還加了一份外帶的涼拌川辣味魚皮回家跟媽媽分享,太滿足了。…Read More
