難得早上九時前已在旺角區出現,吃個什麼早餐好呢??上班日子習慣來杯凍央走甜來提神,旺角區茶餐廳隨處可見,但跟平時沒兩樣是否太悶蛋呢???不如來個上海粢飯特別一下。九時左右的花園街人車不多,從街頭遠遠已見到一條短短人龍在某店前面,相信那兒就是我的目的地--浩記甜品館。操著上海口音廣東話的老闆娘正忙著以白毛巾將糯米飯、豬肉鬆、炸菜及油條握粢飯給客人,熱騰騰圓鼓鼓肥短短的模樣讓我立即走入店裡找個位置吃上海早餐;老闆娘忙著外賣仍兼顧到我這生面口客人坐在店內,利害!!等待時除了聽到上海話對答外,還看到前面放著幾盤糖水,看到那很有筆鋒的書法寫的"蛋白燉鮮奶",如果早上有供應的話,來碗燉鮮奶作早餐會否更有型??另一位上海阿姨拿出中型湯碗加入適量白糖再沖入一大殼熱豆漿而成的甜豆漿($10),熱得冒煙的熱豆漿,冬天來一碗定必暖身不已!這碗份量十足像腐竹糖水濃度的豆漿,相對坊間一般較為稀釋來說是極濃的程度,雖然還不及已結業香車街上海伯伯那碗會出現腐皮的版本,這碗要是加個雞蛋活脫脫就是腐竹雞蛋糖水,濃郁豐厚有點黃豆香的豆漿甜度稍多一點點,相信不加糖的味道更為純樸健康。肥得得像個蕃薯的上海粢飯($16),除了這種鹹粢飯外還有鹹甜兼備的鴛鴦和只有糖的甜粢飯,從壓得不太厚的糯米飯中隱約見到內裡油條,引得肚仔餓的我如大白鯊般大大口咬下去。半透明粒粒分明的糯米飯煙韌而有彈性,吃完一個也不會咬到牙關發軟;糯米飯裡舖了薄薄一層鹹度不高的炸菜粒粒和甜甜的豬肉鬆,兩者跟香脆油條也成為鹹甜兼備的食味,兩小段油條的香脆跟平時吃的油條不太一樣,也許算是上海式油條吧?由於太香脆,結果輕微刮傷口腔但也值得,因為真的好吃!老闆娘蠻有性格,一堆拉著拖喼的自由人問她有無粥吃?老闆娘說:"有寫就有, 無寫就無",語氣直接了當不轉彎抹角,爽快。…Read More

在懶洋洋復活節長假的早上,筆者帶朋友到花園街的一間小小甜品店 - 浩記甜品館,味嘗可能是全九龍最美味的粢飯。這餐廳位於花園街,往慈雲山小巴總站對面。餐廳外表是十分古舊,充滿六七十年代餐廳的風味。雖然這店子以甜品為主打,但最吸引筆者是粢飯及豆漿。新鮮即做的粢飯,油炸鬼又是熱烘烘,咬下去美味非常。豆漿雖則不甜,但反顯得健康。如果大家想試下浩記粢飯豆漿,請早點來到旺角,因為這兩項食品只限在早上供應。但最好不要在早上返工繁忙時間過後光顧,因為老闆娘會出售預早包了粢飯,不是即做的味道是差一點。最好光顧的時間,一是早上繁忙時間或者選擇如筆者在假期的早上,休閒地享受一頓美味飽足的早餐。http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/chicken-goal/article?mid=2019…Read More
