煮打菜呢間菜館我之前和同事食過兩次,覺得呢度D野食好好食同好地道,所以今次就特意帶男朋友的家人前來試試。我地總共點了5個菜及2個炒粉麵。滷水拼盤拼盤食物種類很多,而且排得整整齊齊,有豬耳、八爪魚,雞腎,大腸,豬腩肉等等。整體味道不錯,但略嫌鵝肉太肥。蜜椒吊燒骨佢個蜜糖醬汁調配得好好,甜甜地,幾開胃,而肉質都好鮮嫩,唔會話太肥或者太瘦。豉油皇大蝦豉油皇大蝦最緊要一定係個豉油啦,而佢的確整得好好,醬汁惹味,有少少甜甜地,但略嫌上菜時不夠熱。潮式爆花蠔餅蠔餅炸得非常香口而且鬆脆,而裡面亦有好多隻蠔,隻隻都好飽滿,十分足料。籠仔荷香蒸爆牙肉餅今晚既主角終於黎啦,呢個肉餅佢有好多配料俾你簡,包括鹹魚,鹹蛋,土魷等等。而我地就簡左銀魚仔。佢地既肉餅比一般餐廳整既肉餅彈牙好多,肉餅之間亦都加入豬耳,令彈牙之餘亦會有爽口既口感,高度推薦 雪菜肉絲炆米及揚州炒飯份量十足,鑊氣十足,我地一行六人叫左兩碟粉麵都好夠飽。食完晚飯之後,最驚喜既就係竟然仲有糖水送,成個"家的感覺"即刻出哂黎。而我男朋友的家人對呢間餐廳都有讚無彈,所以下次我一定要再帶他們來吃。…Read More

街坊小店若要取得客人心,份量慷慨是必需的,味道亦起碼不過不失,最好有一兩道首本名菜能令人吃得回味,否則阿媽或姐姐做得到啲,我們又何須花錢呢?這夜下班,就是想找家實惠小店吃個有住家感的晚飯,瞬間已經想起煮打菜打冷小菜館的爆牙肉餅。 小菜館位於後街,相約的食伴依著Google map走,打了個圈方才找到,街坊小店,自然要省些租金,盡量把成本花在食物質素上,客人才覺得物有所值。 裝潢亦不花巧,但求光猛企理,一般粵菜飯店風格。 廚師推介,相比半年前光顧,只有輕微改變,換上時令的雙冬羊腩煲。 同一個菜牌,我喜歡吃蜆及鱔,而肉餅亦要回味,因此,這夜既嚐新亦回味。蒜蓉牛油焗蜆  鼓椒炒蜆吃得多,蒜蓉牛油焗原來更加惹味,牛油的脂肪經高溫烤過後香味無法擋,黏在蜆殼上令其顏色焦黃,外觀及香味來得十分誘人; 蒜蓉青蔥及芫西份量充足,倍增辛香;最重要是蜆隻新鮮大只厚肉,鮮甜脹卜,汁水豐富,吃得我們津津有味。美味指數:3.5/5鼓蒜蒸原條蟠龍鱔 (例牌) 選材不錯,新鮮肥美,肉質彈牙,樣子亦白滑, 喜歡鱔肉質感緊密不鬆散,膠原蛋白亦不少,魚皮滑溜中帶煙靱,豆鼓蒜蓉汁令鱔肉味道豐富,調味平衡不過鹹,淨吃不佐飯亦可。美味指數:3.5/5籠仔荷香蒸爆牙肉餅(土魷) 六款口味,可選咸蛋丶土魷丶鮮魷丶銀魚丶咸魚及梅菜,上回試過銀魚,覺得鹹香是好但我較喜歡淡味點,因此,鹹味的咸蛋丶咸魚及梅菜皆不在選擇範圍內;土魷較香及傳統,鮮魷較軟身口感不一樣,最後決定選前者。 主打小炒的街坊小店,香辛材料絕不輕手,土魷粒份量豐富鋪滿整個肉餅,而荷葉上留有鼓油汁,相信入口定必肉汁豐富兼且味濃。附上一只小平鑊鏟,令人客容易分切肉餅,相比用刀中式化,有心思。大啖入口,已經全部剁碎的肉餅柔滑汁豐,如果就是這樣,口感未免過腍,秘缺是混了爽脆的豬耳及海哲粒,令肉餅變成有嚼勁,硬朗的豬耳,咬到"確確"聲,十分爽脆,低調的海哲增添柔靱,這個配搭無難度,只是想得到;話說過來,如果肉餅本身用手剁,嚼勁效果會更平均。美味指數:3/5照燒豬仔脾另一道香口肉食,照燒做法如風沙,豬仔脾上黏滿炸蒜粒,亦有鹽香,豬仔脾皮脆內嫩,肉汁保持,奈何難免是雪藏肉,本身沒有肉香,調味不深入脾肉,以至內心味略寡,另一方面,豬皮上的蒜鹽又重手了!一客有五條,每條肉厚,食肉默必滿足,佐啤酒亦適宜。美味指數:2.5/5馬蹄露最後贈送馬蹄露甜點,爽口不過甜,稀杰度適中,竟然有水準,並非隨便交功課,有心的免費甜點,可能成為成功取得客人心的秘密武器!美味指數:3/5作為隨意小酌,價錢合理,座椅寬敞,環境衛生光猛,惹味小炒,味道接受,是值得考慮的。…Read More

女生們近期吃厭了西餐,所以是晚的女生gathering,要回歸中餐懷抱,選址較遠的筲箕灣,而且距離港鐵站還有一大段路 ,無辨法要吃好東西是要付出少少的。好朋友介紹這店的蒸肉餅遠近弛名,最重要是價錢大眾化,還在等什麼?Let's go………店舖裏頭有卡位、又有大圓枱,倆口子或一家大細的家常便飯都照顧到。除了蒸肉餅,還有其他菜式,真是多到不得了。鵝片雙拼墨魚鵝片中的滷水汁滷得相當入味的,入味之餘,也不失鵝本身的味道,一口一塊,「滷」得出色。墨魚片爽滑煙韌。滷水汁滲透墊底的芽菜,將爽脆而沒有太多味道的芽菜,添上另一個層次口感。椒鹽一口豆腐老實不客氣其實我是很喜歡吃椒鹽豆腐,每次與同事到酒樓品茗,二話不說同事們定必幫忙點選,所以這個菜式我是熱切期盼的。當我吃下第一粒豆腐,我只可以說: “可能是廚師失準吧!”雖然看上去每粒都是金黃色,每粒四四方方大小不均稱,大部分都是大大粒的,不會有吃下等於沒吃似的。然而豆腐的外表炸得不脆口,兼且又厚又硬,蘸炸粉蘸得太多的原故吧!幸好豆腐都尚算炸得乾身不油膩。蜜椒薯仔牛肉粒以薯仔及牛肉作為主要食材,牛肉不是粒狀,而是切成片狀。蜜糖味整整包圍每粒薯仔的表面,每口都嚐盡蜜糖的甜美,不知是否店家想做到每粒薯仔都做到蜜糖脆身,卻未能盡如人意。只係有些可以吃到表層微脆,有些卻一點脆口都沒有,薯肉粉腍可口,算是可以彌補那一點點美中不足吧!原來還有幾分辣勁滲透牛肉之間,更可帶出軟腍的肉質,濃香的牛味。連同薯仔一齊放進口,感覺份外惹味。籠仔荷香蒸爆牙肉餅可選咸蛋 /土魷 / 鮮魷 / 銀魚 / 咸魚 / 梅菜。而今次吃的是銀魚。肉餅是我小時候媽媽經常會做的餸菜,那當然不會用蒸籠去蒸啦!據講這裏的肉餅特別彈牙,而彈牙的原因是,會加入豬耳及海哲,再特別以人手打造而成的。這個不得不提其實是得獎菜式,很多人因為這個肉餅而來。店家給食客用鐵鏟舀肉餅,很容易方便一整塊就舀出來。肉餅當中沒有肥豬肉成份,面頭鋪滿了銀魚,使其更鹹香,口感真的一流! 在座各位都好滿意這晚飯局,雖不是什麼正宗潮州打冷,但美食當前,又誰會在乎呢? 為著肉餅已值回票價啦!…Read More
