今日行經太子,發現有間日式拉麵館,裝修到好似日本街頭拉麵檔一樣。都幾有日本感覺。呢間店鋪名都改得非常日本化,叫魂燒。食物方便都好有水準。直得一去再去嘅地方。我今次和朋友就選左鰻魚飯和秘製海膽飯,再加三隻燒生蠔。先講吓呢碗鰻魚飯:半條肥味鰻魚加上秘製醬汁,令鰻魚更野味,鰻魚無骨淡淡肉。珍珠米飯配上鰻魚汁再加上鮮甜粟米,配合得相當好吃。另外個秘製海膽飯:海膽新鮮,入口溶化。珍珠米飯香軟加上一隻生雞蛋,我將生雞蛋攪勻再與海膽一起吃,又有另一番滋味。我地仲食左非常味美燒生蠔,有芝士,燒汁,蒜蓉。呢三隻生蠔特別大隻,每隻都好有蠔味,配上不同制法有不同效果,好似燒汁燒生蠔,醬汁味濃令生蠔味更上一層。香蒜味令生蠔更特出,芝士味濃郁。呢三隻生蠔令我一試難忘。我仲試左杯巨峰提子乳酸,看落似一杯雪碧,但飲落去有巨峰提子味道,甜甜地好飲。…Read More

聽朋友推介,佢話太子最近有間餐廳好岩我食因為佢知道我鍾意食海膽同蟹膏,而呢度,可以一次過滿足哂我兩個願望舖頭面積唔算大,同時室內位於可容納5至6台客。幸好提前卜左台,所以不至於要夏天坐室外雅座餐牌上有不少食物揀,飯、麵、串燒,應有盡有。但筆者黎之前就已經決定左食乜,所以極速就落左單秘製海膽飯 ($108)先黎既係秘製海膽飯原板海膽上台,份量十足,以呢個價錢黎講,可以話係平民價!飯就比較簡單,蛋黃、紫菜,佐以日式甜豉油,以及主角--海膽!海膽食落完全無腥味,鮮甜無比。我地選擇左將一半海膽放入飯中,與蛋黃拌勻,令簡單既白飯變得十分香口;而另一半海膽就跟紫菜直接放入口中品嚐,原汁原味將滿足味蕾蟹黃 ($128)緊隨而來既係特製激爆蟹黃飯造型滿分!原隻蟹蓋上台,好有和風既感覺!蟹膏份量同樣係無偷工減料,即使撈勻佢,每一粒飯都感受到香濃既蟹膏味!加上新鮮甘甜既蟹腳肉,為成個飯既口感加上層次。簡而言之,色、香、味俱全!…Read More

朋友見到好多人介紹呢度嘅海膽飯,就話嚟試下。我呢啲鍾意試新嘢嘅人就冇咩所謂啦,一於捨命陪閨密!店舖晚上6點先開,7點去到,已經差唔多滿座。呢度落單好似茶樓飲茶咁自己用筆係落單紙度寫。朋友咩都唔理,就即時喺「秘製海膽飯」隔離寫咗個「1」字。之後再點埋「汁醬鰻魚飯」、「秘製海膽飯」、「薩摩家芝士棒」、「三燒安格斯一口牛」、「香桃雪葩」同「柚子蛋糕」。「三燒安格斯一口牛」串燒竟然最先嚟!三燒即係3種口味,包括海鹽、西京同秘汁!先講口感,三款牛肉嘅口感有咬口,有肉味,夠Juicy,但唔會嚡或韌;味道方面,個人就比較喜歡西京口味多啲,因為甜甜哋,幾特別。汁醬鰻魚飯我係鰻魚迷,見到鰻魚飯唔貴,就諗唔無諗,點嚟試。話明「汁醬鰻魚飯」,鰻魚上面嘅汁一定唔可以少。我好鍾意旁邊有勁多粟米,因為我好鍾意食粟米!鰻魚份量夠,長得嚟都叫有啲厚度,食落有口感。咬落滑溜軟稔,重點係無咩骨,鰻魚皮亦唔韌(之前有食過一啲塊皮勁韌,食得一啲都唔痛快!),令人食得暢快!鰻魚汁甜度適中,不過如果想用嚟撈飯食嘅話,就未必夠。建議落單嗰時叫「多汁」!(唔知得唔得呢?)薩摩家芝士棒估唔到呢枝芝士棒又幾過癮!一枝燒得焦香嘅魚棒,裡面有熱溶芝士,哈哈,好邪惡,但食得特別開心!秘製海膽飯朋友等到頸都長,佢個目標終於出現!成板海膽,佢見到真係兩眼發光!君子不奪人所好,我循例試咗一啖,剩低嘅都畀佢獨享。海膽食落甜甜哋,冇腥味,冇異味。雖然唔知係咩海膽,但幾軟滑。呢個飯食法幾特別,飯中間有個生蛋黃,食嗰時可以撈埋飯一齊食,似壽喜燒食法。不過我朋友就食唔慣,覺得唔撈啱佢口味啲。不過佢覺得海膽真係唔錯,好滿足!但唔知當日係咪太多人點飯嘅關係,我同朋友都覺得白飯有啲硬,不夠軟身。可能剛剛煲,未熟透?香桃雪葩叫得香桃雪葩,個樣又真係幾似桃。中間都係桃味嘅雪葩。口感無雪糕咁奶味,果味濃啲,清新啲,食完感覺都唔會膩。柚子蛋糕(限售)因為夏天,所以揀咗個無咁「漏」嘅蛋糕嚟做甜品。柚子蛋糕唔係好多地方有,而呢度竟然有,仲話係每日限量嘅。蛋糕面上有啲雪,可能啱啱由雪櫃拎出嚟嘅關係。雖然係咁,但食落又唔會覺得好硬,好凍嘅感覺。柚子味幾重,橫切面都見到有柚子皮顆粒,果然真材實料。估唔到居酒屋食甜品都無中伏!…Read More

因為聽聞這裡有海膽飯食,而朋友本身是海膽控,特意帶他來一嚐一板海膽飯!店面看起來比較特別,收銀、燒肉、用餐都是分開三個店面的,當然是連著的。因為用餐的店面比較小,有些位置需要坐在外面,可能會比較熱。幸好我和朋友是坐吧台的,有冷氣對著,不覺得熱。點餐紙有兩張,因為我們都不是太餓,就隨便點了一些,畢竟重點其實只是那個海膽飯。海膽飯上台啦!真的有完整一板海膽,這種吃法看起來就是豪華。大大碗飯上面有一隻生雞蛋,吃的時候加上豉油和少許wasabi拌起來。吃起來就是日本吃飯的感覺啦!一板海膽,全部小小的,看起來像韓國海膽,色澤健康,尚算均勻。我還用wide鏡拍了,看起來更大海膽沒有苦味,帶有淡淡海水味,屬清淡類的海膽,吃多點也不膩。樣子很像冬甩的飯團,是我點的。面頭有少許的柚子醬,硬硬脆脆的都是飯焦的關係,不覺得自己在吃飯團,反而像零食。超抵食的茄子,不過好像只有一半,而非完整一條。比平常吃的燒茄子多汁,吃起來不會乾。朋友說吃完這餐,好飽又好滿足,不以止一止海膽癮喎…Read More

難得的長假期,決定食極尚海膽飯和蟹黃拉麵好好犒賞一星期的辛勞。魂燒位於太子的閙市中,小小的串燒店,牛肉串燒燒到金金黃黃,傳來陣陣濃郁的燒香,真的十分"燒魂"! 我的身體也不由自由的走進餐館。 秘製海膽飯海膽飯絕對是必食推介,本身我對海膽没有很鍾愛,但吃過這個海膽飯之後,實在大大扭轉了我對海膽的觀感。從前吃過不太新鮮的海膽,口感黏黏卻没有什麼味道。但魂燒的秘製海膽飯,海膽一板板的排列好,新鮮無比,帶淡淡的海水味,口感Creamy幼滑。新鮮的海膽根本不需要豉油點配,否則濃烈的豉油味會奪過海膽的甘甜。蛋汁和海膽出奇的合襯,先把蛋汁拌勻白飯,再把一板板的海膽混合在蛋飯中,蛋汁和海膽絲絲相扣,令白飯由平凡變得不平凡! 我也嘗試把脆卜卜的紫菜中包裹海膽飯,一軟一硬口感,滋味無窮! 在等待蟹黃拉麵時,細心看看餐廳別緻的裝飾,餐廳以日式大紅燈籠作點綴,層架上排列了不同的日本清酒,營造了居酒屋的感覺。 蟹黃拉麵蟹黃拉麵的賣相矜貴,全隻大蟹置於碗中,蟹殼內有黃黃的蟹膏,十分誘人! 湯底帶淡淡的豬骨香味,故意豬骨味不太香濃,否則會蓋過蟹膏在湯中散發的鮮甜。一啖拉麵,一啖充滿蟹黃的濃湯,再吃一隻蟹腳,真的大快朵頤! 蟹黃濃湯鮮甜濃稠,呈奶白色,真想把湯也乾了!  鰻魚飯汁燒鰻魚飯也是經典推介,我已經好久没有食過這麼滑嫰、肥美的原塊鰻魚了! 自鰻魚的成本不斷水漲船高,要吃到整塊的原條鰻魚已經賣少見少了。。。原塊鰻魚烤到焦脆的顏色,再塗上重甜的燒汁,魚尾更加長至碗邊,已經令人食指大動! 鰻魚鮮甜、肥美,入口滑溜即溶,大啖大啖咬的快感非筆墨可以形容,$78真的很抵食,所以也推介大家點汁燒鰻魚飯。 燒生蠔(香蒜/芝士)芝士燒生蠔也非常滋味傾心,生蠔被濃濃的芝士完全包裹著,芝士已經燒到半溶狀態,呈金黃色。咬下去時生蠔肥美而多汁,中間"吱"出來的肉汁鮮甜,再混合芝士吸啜,美味可口!  汁燒茄子+燒菠蘿燒茄子也是我的最愛,茄子吸收了燒汁的甜香。燒烤時間恰到好處,外表帶點香脆時,但茄子肉仍然保持濕潤,真想再Encore! 燒菠蘿是為今餐劃上完美句號,菠蘿清香,燒到焦脆多汁,超級鮮甜,可以一解吃過烤串燒的口渴、熱氣之感,也算半過甜點! 總括而言,魂燒的食物水準一流,海鮮的菜餚也新鮮美味,即使經過食幾串串燒也不俗,但餐廳環境比較侷促,只有bar枱和十多個座住位,適宜2-4位朋友過來用餐。…Read More
