一通關即刻有親戚返嚟,仲住埋喺我屋企,於是乎就近近哋去EMAX搵食。外國返嚟當然想食中菜,最後就揀咗新潮樓。呢度地方夠大,如果鍾意環境寬敞有空間感嘅,呢度真係不二之選。星期五六日仲有Live Band喺度演出,夠晒氣氛。每次食潮州菜,有兩款必點嘅菜式,其中一款就係滷水鵝片,而且仲有得揀選自由配搭雙拼同三拼。滷水鵝片當然就係主打,佢嘅鵝片唔算有太多肥膏,但係食落口感仍然係軟滑唔會太韌,加上佢嘅秘製滷水汁又唔會過鹹,整體感覺都好好。墨魚都係另一款受歡迎嘅滷水菜式,墨魚既彈牙又爽口,每片都夠大塊,揀呢個配搭完全唔會後悔。原本想揀豆腐,不過店員話豆腐唔靚,最近冇做滷水豆腐,最後我哋就揀咗豬耳,脆卜卜嘅軟骨,配上入味嘅豬皮,呢個份量淺嘗一下啱啱好。另一款潮州菜必點菜式就當然係香煎蠔仔洛,佢嘅做法同出面有啲唔同,粉漿嘅比例比較多,所以就零瀉脆口,但我個人就比較鍾意蛋漿比例多啲嘅口感,不過佢都勝在每隻蠔仔夠大隻,所以整體都唔錯嘅。自家製蝦蟹棗粒粒都夠晒大粒,蝦棗彈牙而蟹棗就夠鮮味,最鍾意佢有得雙拼,人數唔多都可以食到。潮州嘅蔬菜類就一定揀排骨春菜煲,呢個春菜煲嘅湯相對較清,仲有好多薑粒,可以驅走芥菜嘅寒氣。一般乾炒牛河就食得多,但呢個沙茶牛肉炒河粉都係第一次食,原來牛河混入沙茶醬係咁特色咁驚喜,牛河大大碟,牛肉份量又多,而且口感又夠腍,仲加入咗幾條芥蘭,下次一定要再嗌!最後當然要食個甜品,我哋喺反沙芋同芋泥之間揀咗呢個福果芋泥,果然好滑好香,而且又唔會太甜,認真一流。…Read More

星期五晚放工買咗戲飛喺九龍灣展貿睇戲,所以就順便喺嗰度食埋晚飯。商場有美食廣場,但收得早,最終我哋幫襯咗位於3樓嘅中菜館🇨🇳「新潮樓」。餐廳環境好大,係一般酒樓格局,望落仲幾適合擺酒席🥂。但始終係平日晚上,同埋位置隔涉,晚市相對靜局。我哋差唔多成九點先入座,不過店員們絕無一絲不耐煩,並樂意介紹菜式,而且廚房出餐好快,整體服務態度非常抵讚👍!除此之外,食物份量多亦係另一賣點。滷水三併,食潮州菜當然唔少得滷水🥢,滷水定價相宜,最貴嗰款嘅鵝片都只係$168,雙併則每款加$20,等同可自由組合併盤。我哋要咗鵝片、鵝腸(原價$98)同墨魚(原價$98),另外再加咗隻滷水蛋🥚($12)。滷蛋幾入味,睇蛋黃色水就知。滷水鵝片肉質細嫩,🦢鵝皮煙韌,肉散發住鵝香,每片切得厚薄適中,富口感。滷水鵝腸烚完都無縮水縮得好勁,鵝腸處理得乾淨,無乜肥衣同無內臟味,食落爽脆🤤。好耐無食過呢種滷水墨魚片🦑,質感爽爽的,味道本身比較清,所以能突顯滷水香味。黃金大蝦($168),驟眼睇覺得菜式賣相其貌不揚,因為完全睇唔出係大蝦🦐,反而似蠔餅多啲;而實際上係因為炒鹹蛋黃碎碎將大蝦埋藏。🍳鹹蛋黃流沙效果一流,鹹度啱啱好,唔會過火。大蝦有六隻,同虎蝦大小相若,肉質十分爽彈,証明食材新鮮。潮式炒麵線($108),🍜麵線係其中一樣潮州特色食品,佢畀人一貫印象都係好淋、好爛,但我偏偏又好想食🙈。估唔到餐廳嘅炒麵線一改刻板印象,麵條唔易截斷,炒得夠鑊氣兼乾爽。麵線用足料炒,包括有叉燒🐷、蛋絲、韮菜同芽菜等,口感豐富。題外話,麵線激大碟,我諗分到成十個酒樓碗仔,唔係講笑。我哋食唔晒,打包咗返屋企。啫啫蝦乾蝦醬通菜($108),通菜煲好惹味💚,皆因用上蝦醬同蒜頭爆香,味道恰到好處,唔會過份濃烈或太鹹。通菜菜莖脆卜卜,菜葉就索盡精華,用瓦煲作為器皿能夠有效保溫🔥。竹笙北菇燉菜膽($48),本身想嗌大湯窩🥣,但肚皮有限,所以只能嗌一人份嘅燉湯,如果胡椒豬肚都有得點碗裝就好了。竹笙瘦肉燉湯清清哋,一滴油都無,簡簡單單都唔錯。福果芋泥($48),我第一次食正宗潮州芋泥🍠,原來係咁好食。芋泥口感綿密滑溜,同台式甜品舖嗰啲唔大同,芋頭香氣四溢,唔會太甜,白果則能稍為解去膩度。甜品記得要襯熱食,否則凍咗就爭好遠。飲品方面🥤,我哋要咗夏枯草($22)同竹蔗茅根($22),兩杯都好清涼,能消暑解滯。夏枯草甘而不苦;竹蔗茅根則可口甜蜜。總括嚟講,新潮樓嘅食物出品好高質😋,食潮州菜都唔一定要去九龍城或者名牌店。除咗味道好之餘,餐廳性價比仲好高,我搵唔到可挑剔嘅地方💯,下次會帶埋屋企人嚟試吓!…Read More
