葵廣人氣小店。次次經過都總有人排隊。試左幾款睇下邊款最好味?🥰第一名:砂鍋花膠雞湯翅 $83湯底:砂鍋上到嚟熱辣辣係咁滾住,食好耐都好熱。湯底有雞湯嘅清甜味。味道唔錯。材料:花膠即係好大片嘅魚肚乾,大大片好滑有咬口。雞都幾滑,味道較淡。麵:  建議唔好選新竹米粉,因為啲米粉索晒啲湯汁之餘,自己都會出一啲米粉水,令到個湯有少少米粉水味。不過未算嚴重。🥰第二名: 醉牛舌 $58門口counter有好多唔同酒味嘅食物,醉牛舌出面好少見就買來試下。花雕酒帶有話梅嘅甜味,有酒香得來,又唔係太濃烈。好易入口可以就咁飲。牛舌份量都OK,食落好滑,又唔會有一般中式整牛舌嗰浸騷味。整體係好味。👌🏼第三名:砂鍋桃膠雪梨椰子雞 $73佢唔係一般椰子雞湯嗰種好清甜嘅椰子湯味。反而係原有嘅雞湯味道比較重,再加咗甜味,但又唔特別食得出雪梨味或者椰子味。椰子切得比較細條,容易咬容易入口。👌🏼第四名:藥膳醉雞刀削麵 $67醉雞:正如上面所述,佢嘅酒係好味嘅,甜甜地剛剛好,雞件都幾滑。湯底:藥膳湯底帶一點當歸和黨參嘅味道,都會食到預期中嗰浸藥膳味。但雞湯味唔算濃郁。正常水平。😐第五名:砂鍋姬松茸蟲草花螺頭花菇雞 $80預期中嘅味道,就係菇味加淡淡嘅雞湯味。味道唔算特別濃郁,正正常常冇咩特別。Extra: 👌🏼醉溏心蛋 +$12味道正常,用上面講到甜甜的酒汁,蛋生熟軟硬程度都做得唔錯剛剛好,但夾埋又冇話好香好驚喜,試過下次就唔使特別嗌嗰種。環境: ★★☆☆☆食物:★★★☆☆ 性價比 : ★★★★☆ 推介度: ★★★★☆…Read More

女人唔補好易老,可惜我係個地獄廚神,唔識自己煮養生嘢,只好出街搵補嘢食。😢葵廣3樓,出名係垃圾食物天堂,竟然開咗主打養生嘅砂鍋雞店!因為禁堂食,晚市都無晒人~最近經過葵廣食好西,發現3樓開咗間唔錯嘅小店「#湯。雞」!主打滋補養生嘅砂鍋雞,仲要標榜湯底唔落味精!一睇就知啱晒我呢啲貪靚嘅囡囡(我唔認老嘅,咳咳...)​造訪當日,正值全日禁堂食第一日,剛好遇正在門口包外賣嘅老闆豉油哥,喺佢嘅推介下,試咗佢哋嘅招牌「砂鍋花膠雞湯翅」!(為咗影相美觀,豉油哥仲突登堂食咁上,比我影相,之後再包成外賣比我帶走,真係太貼心啦~!🤤)​等咗約10分鐘,一鍋熱辣辣嘅砂鍋雞就送上,擺上枱時仲滾緊泡泡!香氣四溢!真係齋睇都流晒口水!🤤​一鍋約有4-5件雞,兩大塊花膠,仲有少量魚翅及魚唇,蛋白質及膠質滿滿,竟然唔洗一舊水...!外賣仲有8折,真係極抵!​豉油哥都坦言咁嘅時勢,不求賺,能守住已經好好,最緊要大家食得開心,體會到我哋熬湯嘅用心。​回家後,逼不及待拆開嚟食。雖然無堂食咁新鮮滾熱鬧,但食得出個湯底火喉十足!奶白色嘅湯,幾清甜,湯頭質感適中,唔會濃到膩,飲時好順口,幾高質。​我好怕雞鞋口,豉油哥有講過佢哋嘅雞係自己侵熟,我食上口確係覺得唔老,而且幾嫩滑!略嫌雞味唔夠鮮甜,但以呢個價錢,我實在無得挑剔。​整個砂鍋,我最鍾意係個花膠,每件有半隻手掌咁大!😱又厚,又柔軟,咬上口仲好爽口,真係好正!非常推薦😍​魚唇幾高質,彈牙又堅韌!不過我麻麻地個魚翅,有少少腥,下次應該會skip,走魚翅(幾串,走魚翅...)😅。​另外,我揀咗淮山麵底,我覺得幼麵掛湯食較好😆麵方面就正常發揮,爽爽地唔錯。​次日,我又試埋佢另外一個主打「砂鍋桃膠雪梨椰子雞」!呢款無花膠,個滿足感無咁大,但個湯底都唔惹少,真係勁多桃膠😱​我第一次試砂鍋雞加桃膠熬~又估唔到幾夾,湯底椰香味,同柔軟嘅桃膠好襯!​另外椰子湯汁幾香濃,不過我覺得唔加雪梨會較好,雪梨微酸,有少少破壞咗湯底嘅溫潤口感。​呢個椰子雞我揀咗刀削麵,亦係正常發揮~無咩可挑剔,不過個人喜歡幼身嘅麵,掛多啲湯咁食會開心啲。🤤​呢個係原本外賣嘅包裝,為咗影靚啲,我裝咗碗內影~其實我真係好唔鍾意咁快外賣盒~可怕而家疫情,我都唔敢喺街食嘢~希望快啲雨過天清啦~呢啲日子真心難熬~P.
