生日月第一餐生日飯,由朋友發板,帶我嚟到兒時居住嘅地區石籬,好多年無返嚟,估唔到呢度會開咗間海鮮小菜火鍋餐廳,舖頭唔算大,但環境舒適今次我地先試小菜,下次約多幾個朋友先打邊爐杏汁白肺湯,未飲已經聞到好香杏味,豬肺洗得乾淨,十分足料,飲完感覺好潤油鹽水浸蜆,老闆話呢隻叫蕃薯蜆,比較大隻,食落啖啖肉黃金海生蝦,連唔太喜好鹹蛋嘅我,都覺得個蝦香味十足,連殻都可以食埋呢個日式木魚花燒魚係老闆介紹,第一次食燒黃腳鱲,外皮燒到脆脆地甜甜地,魚嘅油份封咗喺入面,肉質保持鮮嫩,食到停唔到口,真心推介食完條魚其實都飽飽地,但係見到石鍋金銀蒜蟹飯,又好想試吓,$128有大大隻蟹,鮮甜多羔,個飯好大鍋,2個人真係食唔晒要打包最後餐廳送上糖水,紅豆沙甜道適中,呢餐真係好滿足P.S. 唔知係咪開喺舊區會有人情味d,老闆、店員都好好傾,食物質素重要,待客之道更為重要,值得支持…Read More

以前中學時期係住係石籬,所以周圍環境都比較熟,最近去左石籬探下朋友,順便一齊食下晚飯,朋友就帶左我黎依間三門仔漁夫私房菜。一入到店裡裏,老闆就好熱情招呼,問幾多位,落單個陣老闆仲會推薦時令海鮮同邊種煮法最配合到海鮮添。睇左餐牌,發現有款驚喜靚湯,唔間間食店都有供應,無錯就係-杏汁白肺湯!眾所週知煮一碗白肺湯工序又多,又繁複,屋企都唔會煲,所以見到餐單有寫,梗係即係問下老闆仲有無得飲,好彩仲有!湯係用燉盅上,非常保暖,一上枱就聞到杏汁香味,平時最怕食內臟,因為處理得唔好會有陣腥味,難以入口,估唔到依個豬肺食落又無咩腥味,成個湯好清甜,滋潤又養顏!落單老闆好推介蕃薯蜆,依隻蜆之前未聽過,問左老闆,佢話蕃薯蜆大隻又好食架。 果然真係無推介錯,肉質飽滿又滑嫩,好有鮮味!黃金蝦係我最愛,濃郁嘅鹹蛋黃味,蝦殼又脆卜卜,肉質爽口又彈牙,成隻蝦連殻都可以食架!好食到停唔口!日式木魚花燒魚估唔到小店都有fusion菜食,上菜個陣老闆提一提要點埋沙律醬同木魚花一齊食。 不過我第一啖梗係要試下原味,燒鱲魚第一次見,估唔到燒完肉汁仲好豐富又嫩滑。第二啖配沙律醬同木魚花,好有日式風味,酸酸甜甜,連本身少少魚肉嘅腥味都掩蓋埋,最適合小朋友食!其實食完上面幾碟餸都已經好飽,但比傳媒訪問片中石鍋金銀蒜蟹飯吸引到,所以決定加單,一於食到飽上心口先!老闆一如既往都有細心提一提,如果想食飯焦就要等待5-10分鐘先好攪拌。 我同朋友都好鐘意食飯焦,就好乖咁等待⌛️。 蟹飯有一整隻嘅肉蟹,雖然唔係好大隻,但蟹肉好多,食到啖啖肉,味道鮮甜!飯底係用蒜蓉加蛋預先炒過,熱辣辣又香,飯焦脆卜卜。最值得一提係石鍋夠曬熱,由頭食到尾都無變凍,味道可以好好保持!最後仲好貼心送左一人一碗紅豆沙,煲到起曬沙,清甜解膩,真係一個圓滿嘅結束!…Read More

見到網上介紹呢間餐廳好似唔錯, 咁就BOOK位黎試下我地一行6個人, 我地冇選擇到佢既套餐, 因為好似唔太岩食另外散叫既MENU選擇都唔係好多, 而自己又衰, 冇做好RESEARCH, 原來炸子雞要預訂所以都揀唔到太多野食 (因為我地食小菜)網上有介紹呢個石鍋蟹飯, 叫左一個黎試上菜時熱辣辣, 放低已經聞到好香既蒜蓉味, 將D蒜蓉撈均個飯再食個飯食落去好似煲仔飯咁, 個底仲有飯焦, 再加埋D蒜蓉同埋蟹肉一齊食, 好香好惹味, 有原隻蟹係上面, 蟹肉都鮮甜好食, 最後仲叫埋個蝦飯, 食到停唔到口丫鳳梨咕嚕黑豚肉其實就係我地平時食既咕嚕肉, 份量唔多, 但勝在新鮮整出黎, 食落去熱辣辣脆卜卜, 好開胃石窩薑蔥桶蠔薑蔥味好香呀, D蠔都好大隻, 的確係桶蠔SIZE, 桶蠔都新鮮!!腐乳通菜好正常既味道, 冇乜特別招牌菜膽杏汁白肺湯呢度既另一推介, 豬肺洗得好乾淨, 杏汁味都好香, 冇味精, 豬肺份量都好多婆婆好鍾意呢個湯, 最後仲要打包走添!!最後就係呢個蒸魚啦, 係咪覺得好奇怪呢見到佢白雪雪, 冇蒸魚豉油既?話說就係佢已經用鹽調過味架啦,,,所以唔需要蒸魚豉油架我都係第一次咁樣食, 但味道都幾好既, 鹽味帶出左魚既鮮味, 幾特別既某D小菜既價錢定價的確係貴左少少, 但食物質素黎講都係幾好既仲有特式既點心, 但午市先有供應..所以有機會都會午市黎試下…Read More

今次係第二次去三門仔食飯,試試全海鮮餐。老闆極力推介石鍋金銀蒜蟹飯。個飯即叫即整,雖然等待嘅時間頗長,但絕對值得,隻蟹多肉新鮮,炒飯底滲有蟹嘅鮮味,加埋有石鍋“興"住,超正。第二道係花鵰醉蝦,酒香四溢,蝦肉爽脆,唔錯。仲有芝士焗元貝,元貝新鮮,但略嫌太細仔,芝士味如果可以濃d 就更理想。另外怕唔夠飽,叫左個生炒骨,新鮮炒起,外皮脆卜卜,好食。最後食埋甜品香芒布甸,布甸香滑多果肉,但本人覺得甜左d 。總括而言,雖然等待出餐嘅時間頗長,但絕對係完美嘅一餐。…Read More
