一月十三日 (星期一)近幾年,新式的點心店開到成巷成市莫說新開的,較為舊的也沒空去吃最近,在報紙上看到有關點點心點心專門店的新聞,才發現這家點心店的來頭可不少店早於2010年8月於佐敦開業他們有自家點心製作工場,如今於香港與大陸已有多家分店店子屢次獲獎,曾獲得Newsweek選為2012全球101家最佳食府之一如此種種,那有理由不去試試呢?擇日不如撞日,就今晚相約友人前去,以點心作晚餐我倆先去到找了位,點好點心店方標明點心即叫即蒸,客人要等大約十分鐘左右剛剛好,友人來到,點心也就送來喇~吃點心,有兩款幾乎每次必點的其中一款,便是燒賣,這蟹籽燒賣皇口感鬆軟彈牙,蝦仁亦相當鮮味面層的蟹籽,也令味道層次更豐富也有好一段日子沒吃過金銀蒜鮮魷甫送上,那陣蒜味已湧來吃落鮮魷較腍,味道亦不太新鮮底部的豆腐卜反而喧賓奪主,吸收了蒜香,是精華古法馬拉糕挺鬆腍,吃落的甜度恰到好處真是個百吃不厭的懷舊點心,推介!!!金沙肥豬仔,取的名字非常可愛吸引,賣相亦做得精緻但如果雙眼能突出一點,看落會更為美觀~小口咬開,內裡的流沙奶黃餡便隨之湧出蛋黃味濃郁,甜而不漏,流沙效果滿意說到店子的招牌點心,一定是這個如假包換的真係菠蘿包咬開就吃到了混入菠蘿肉做成的吉士醬菠蘿味道香濃,吃到粒粒菠蘿肉,感覺清甜美味略嫌菠蘿包不夠熱,送上時只帶微暖,相信熱食定必更好~這碟千島蝦春卷真是令人大跌眼鏡目測,已看到春卷非常多油吃落春卷皮不脆,又不夠熱,是大忌也~內裡是千島醬與小蝦仁,味道還算可以,但春卷皮真是敗筆冬天總是令人想吃生炒腊味糯米飯沒想到新式點心店也會有供應糯米飯質地煙韌,但用料不太豐富,腊味份量極少葡汁鳯凰金絲酥的賣相猶如蘿蔔絲酥餅,其實是店家創新點心內裡是葡汁雞肉加上菠蘿,外層鬆化不膩,內裡餡料挺開胃惹味,也不錯或許是期望較大,所以也有點敗興而回之感餐牌內還有其他點心也好像很吸引,下次會到佐敦總店試試 …Read More

今趟又想吃點心,思前想後才回到這點點心。在幾個月前曾經到這點心店,但所拍的照片竟被刪除,導致上次沒有照片觀看。今趟與上次吃的點心有所不同,點一些上次沒吃的點心,來滿足在下。在下一直都沒有吃過這裡的真係菠蘿包,今次卻點一客來試。菠蘿包外表與一般麵包店所購的沒有太大分別,只是內裡卻包著了菠蘿。而包皮卻沒有預期的鬆脆,只是軟軟腍腍,內裡的菠蘿也算得是酸甜,而在下卻有點覺得是整色整水而言。蘋果焗叉燒酥是在下首嚐的點心,叉燒酥表面鋪滿了芝麻,而且又是色澤焗得適當。酥皮還是焗得鬆脆,可是蘋果味道較薄弱,吃不到蘋果的香味,而內裡的叉燒也比較乾身,口感不至於鬆化。脆皮鮮蝦腸則較為可取,外層軟滑,內層炸得香脆,而鮮蝦也算得爽脆。豉油和蝦腸是分開上的,以免令內層米網過份浸透。整體味道不錯,不過個別點心就就較遜色了一點。…Read More

跟朋友去了點點心享用午餐兼下午茶,一直喜歡享用中式點心,而且這家店的風評向來不錯,所以對是次有些期待。甫進店內,環境如想像中比較狹窄,二人前往只能坐一張小桌,三至四人應該會坐得舒服一點。雖是即叫即蒸,等候的時間亦不會太久,也許是非正餐時間吧!茶只是普通茶記貨色的茶水,是用熱水壼裝著,放在桌上供客人自取的。要是沒有茶壼,當然亦可叫侍應幫忙倒茶了。侍應亦算勤快,很快就會收走用完的蒸籠碟盤外表與坊間酒樓吃的菠蘿包沒什麼分別,卻名符其實裡面真的有菠蘿(當然是罐頭菠蘿了),還有奶皇餡,兩者十分配合。外皮亦十分脆口,麵包亦熱辣軟熟,是點了好幾款點心裡頭最喜愛的。裡頭真的有菠蘿這裡的蝦餃偏小,但裡頭的蝦肉餡做得挺爽口,外皮厚薄適中又不會予人黏口的感覺,水準很不錯。朋友推介這款脆皮鮮蝦腸,所以這次也來了一客。吃下去真的很脆口,腸粉亦夠滑,蝦仁亦爽口。只是個人喜惡,對裡面包著的大量芫茜有點抗拒。除了這一點,這道點心還是很出色,值得推介的。小籠包屬大路貨色,湯汁不會多得咬下一口就會濺出來,而且吃下去只是溫溫的,感覺上好像放涼了一會才奉客。但不會一夾下去就將外皮夾穿了,整體中規中矩吧!又是另一款朋友推介的,裡面有紅棗,杞子及蔘片,但整體藥材味夠淡,人蔘的味道被紅棗蓋過了。上頭的花菰雖大,但蒸得挺軟身入味,雞肉亦算嫰滑。糯米飯亦挺有荷香,亦很軟糯,比起花菰跟雞肉還要好。加了孜然的腐皮卷,裡面有雞肉,西芹及紅蘿蔔。聞上去挺香孜然的味道,但吃下去卻發現與腐皮不太相配,這道點心下次可以排除在名單之外了。整體感覺還可以,但最好在不用等候的時間用餐。如果要花時間去等候,還是有點不值得。…Read More
