最近睇YouTube見到介紹流浮山一間海鮮飯店,家庭式經營,有自家特色的小菜,今日Happy Friday 放工特登揸車入去試吓。出面露天停車場泊車先付$30,食飯蓋印取車時會退回$20,即是$10泊車,好抵呀!店舖不太大,有兩層,環境乾淨,連個廁所都是清潔的。開咗位後,職員帶我哋行過鄰近的海鮮檔雄記揀海鮮🦐🐟🦀🐙🦑望落去唔夠三聖邨,西貢這樣大海鮮規模選擇,但也足夠你所揀選可吃的,樣樣也很新鮮。最後還有飯後水果送🍊我們四大兩小,加埋兩支啤酒一罐汽水,都是$2,018!價錢都可以啊👍🏼…Read More

流浮山海鮮新鮮出名就一定 食過好多次,去其他飯店煮嘅方法,都比較千篇一律。呢次朋友推介去成記,揀完海鮮後,老闆提議的煮法有驚喜👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻加工費算合理,7樣海鮮 $700 我就再加多兩個餸 😄埋單共 $2930 油鹽水 花螺 ,休漁期,花螺比較細隻,如果大隻啲更好味。⭐️超級推介 ,有別於平時的 豉油皇中蝦,豉油王味道不重,但呢隻大蝦不是經常有,口感似龍蝦🦞,再用甜豉油紅椒洋蔥炒,感覺新嘗試😍⭐️又一超級推介。冰鎮鮑魚,煮咗一個酸酸甜甜好特別的醬汁,淋上鮑魚上,完全帶出鮑魚鮮味😋又爽口。每次來流浮山鹽焗奄仔蟹是必食,但這次有點失色,因為不是季節,比較細隻,但仍然好多膏。美食太多,實在食唔切🤦🏻‍♀️,搞到個炒飯凍哂本來諗住用傳統方法蒜蓉蒸,但老闆推介酥炸,再點沙律醬包生菜食,外脆內軟有新鮮😋椒鹽賴尿蝦基本上算冇得輸嘅菜式,爽口彈牙…Read More
