自從有了西鐵後, 去元朗就方便快捷了很多受到友人的邀約, 這次來到了<烤魚工房>店裡暫時只接受walkin, 不接受電話預訂我們到達的時候, 剛好有一桌客人吃完要雜開了我們就不用等直接坐下了(真的很幸運, 因為我們坐下後, 馬上就有幾批客人在外面等了)由於我不太能吃辣的關係,所以口味方面, 我們選擇了蒜香酸菜味,配搭肉質嫩滑的江團魚,再加上寬粉增加口感。另外, 我們也點了一些燒烤食物, 如厚燒牛告串, 烤雞軟骨和烤四季豆飲品方面, 我們各自點了一杯健康百香花水果茶和益力多沙冰店裡的兩邊牆用Graffiti寫上了店名,也貼上了一些海報, 配位紅色以及黃色燈的招牌, 趁著食物未到, 我就爭取時間到處拍照。很快, 侍應就拿著一盆烤魚來到了香氣隨著熱騰騰的蒜味酸菜散發出來, 令人食指大動江團魚的肉質鮮嫩, 沒有細小的魚骨, 加上口骨彈牙的寬粉, 可以說是無懈可擊。燒牛舌串有陣淡淡的孜然香,烤雞軟骨和四季豆都非常惹味。由於點了很多款濃味的食物, 最後我們決定來一些"甜點"烤秘制饅頭片配上煉乳絕對是上佳選擇, 另外燒一口日本甜蕃薯甜而不膩, 也非常美味呢!最後,我們以用料十足的百香果水果茶和酸甜醒胃的益力多沙冰,為這一頓飯畫上一個完美的句號。…Read More

現今愈來愈多人喜歡北上玩樂、吃不同的美食等等,而最有名的想必一定是x魚、x茶和海底x,x茶和海底x在香港都有分店了,只是那間在深圳很有名的烤魚店還未在香港有分店。最近竟然有一間烤魚店在元朗開業,很是難得,因為香港暫時沒有多少間烤魚店。招牌十分耀眼,閃爍不停,在教育路附近一點也不難發現這間食店的蹤跡。一進去已看到色彩鮮豔的油漆,分別噴了「烤魚工房」和英文「How Yu Gong Fang」,設計人員的噴漆塗鴉技術想必有一定的造詣。連餐廳也跟深圳那間烤魚店超像的🤭先選擇魚類,亦可選擇不同的辣度。然後可以選擇配菜、BBQ燒烤和不同的飲品。先來的是益力多沙冰,跟想像中的質素有丁點兒的落差,頂部有數顆益力多爆珠,多數用來配甜品店的各種綿綿冰,所以配益力多沙冰也算是能搭配。益力多的味道還是有的,只是沒有真的那麼濃。自己點了一杯芒果至尊,非常大杯,芒果味也很濃郁不會只有糖水的死甜,如果有芒果肉會更完美。吃烤魚前先吃了一些燒烤串,分別點了燒芝心丸和燒魷魚鬚,這裡的串燒跟深圳那間連鎖烤魚專門店的味道也很相似,表面有大量的孜然,令芝心丸和魷魚鬚的味道沒那麼單調。最後的重點才來呢,是萬眾期待的烤魚!我和男朋友都不太能吃辣,所以點了一款不辣的,是菌香豆豉味,上面是滿滿的豆豉和野菌,底部的醬汁也是滿滿的豆豉味。魚類方面選擇了江團魚,因為桂花魚太昂貴了,餐廳也沒有推介海鱸魚和清江魚,江團魚是這間餐廳的銷量冠軍,也聲稱無骨嫩滑,於是便點了這款。魚肉的質感偏向薄身,也沒有太多的骨,如果能夠再嫩滑一點就完美了。…Read More

星期六晚,又係諗食咩晚餐好嘅時候,朋友話之前食烤魚呢間幾好食,所以冒住要排隊都去碰下運氣。8點幾,我地2人竟然等一張枱就入得。之後入去坐低就剔食物。魚就必食,其實我地2人都怕食唔哂,但係又唔想咁悶所以都加餸+小食。我地嗌咗: 1) 江團魚 *香辣重慶豆花味煮法價錢唔係最平,咁多款魚算偏貴一種,不過見介紹話係冇咁多骨,就即刻決定。2)自選餸菜:豆腐、手工面條3) 小食:燒韮菜————————————————————————————-味道:1) 魚真係冇乜骨,好易起到。辣度叫小辣都可以接受,好香好好食。一開始唔係好辣,之後就算加湯都會再更加辣,我地唔係好食得辣,但都ok,覺得好爽。去到後面食到好咸,真係唔可以再加辣湯。2) 豆腐其實本身都有,但係朋友係豆腐學好者,所以再嗌多種先夠喉。好嫩好好食,比起浸落湯豆腐嫩滑。3)燒韮菜,食得咁重口味,都係想有啲菜落肚。冇乜味,較為失望,燒得唔係好夠咁,食過其他地方的好食好多。4) 芒果至尊,期望太大,好一般,甜。5) 益力多沙冰,真係要等冰融都有排,一般。————————————————2人埋單共$400頭朋友話去大陸食會平啲,但係一來一回、車費可能都差唔多。我地都好滿意,會再嚟。特飲就未必再飲,想再試其他小食。環境都ok,坐得算舒服。服務唔錯,員工都有禮貌。…Read More

每次一講食燒魚就話要北上,估唔到元朗都有得食!經常晚上經過都見門口排曬隊,成日都話要試又唔記得book位,今日約左朋友6點半,點知大家6點都到左就早啲食啦入到去已經有幾檯客,鋪頭唔算大但都有二十張4人檯左右。坐底叫完野食就愈黎愈多人,未到6點半已經差唔多要等位好彩黎得早唔係好識食魚,所以叫左江團魚最少骨,但其實3款魚都係得中間一條大骨,好少骨而口味叫左重慶豆花味小辣,小辣味道岩岩好,因為會愈煮愈重味,而且豆花味係係有豆腐係入而,可以唔洗再叫豆腐!食到一半大辣/太淡都唔緊要,可以加清湯/辣湯,而且唔怕食得慢煮到乾曬。食到一半仲可以加配菜但係就每款貴4蚊配菜方面叫左3款,手工麵,萵筍同凍豆腐。最好味係萵筍,鐘意食爽可以一滾就食,淋就煮耐啲,配烤魚一流,但香港好似比較少人叫依種菜驚唔夠食仲叫左烤茄子、牛丸同雞軟骨,有得揀辣同唔辣,口味係孜然味,冇醬乾身,同大陸啲串燒好似,好好味叫埋野飲,最後埋單約$450,唔錯唔錯…Read More
