對上一次吃鳳城已經有好幾年,今次趁著年尾和一群朋友來聚餐,人多可以吃多一點菜式🥰 上環店最近重開,裝潢也打造得比較年輕化,好有廂房和酒吧區,空間感不錯。🔹生菜片鵪鶉崧 $148鵪鶉崧隱約放了不少心機作,裡面除了肉鬆,還有有臘腸、冬菇粒、 荀粒等等,令味道有層次感,配生菜可以增加清新的感覺,中間塗抹一層甜醬更好吃呢。🔹鍋貼大明蝦 $26 @來這裡其他你可以考慮吃不吃,但這個一定要吃!蝦多士的多士脆得像薯片,但是完全不掛油,上面放了彈牙的蝦肉,沾一沾沙律醬,好吃~🔹梅菜蒸菜心苗 $118菜心苗用蒸籠上桌非常有趣,打開後即刻吃,菜心苗很綿,盡吸梅菜的鹹味,這個程度剛剛好,菜很新鮮,難怪大家都點。🔹懷鄉蓮藕餅 $128這裡的蓮藕餅外型相當獨特,幾塊蓮藕片中間夾了肉鬆粒和蓮藕碎,咬下去是很鮮明的爽脆口感,肉碎帶微微鹹味給蓮藕片,這樣恰到好處,🔹金磚豆腐 $68豆腐外層夠酥脆,裡面依然滑溜充滿豆香,椒鹽沒有加了很多所以不會太鹹,最讚的是份量很大,很適合大夥兒一起分享。🔹招牌炸子雞 $188 這裡的招牌菜,雞肉嫩滑夠鹹香,皮微微脆不會很油,就算不沾醬吃也夠味,是送飯的好菜式。🔹百花釀蟹鉗 $88一隻抵十隻的蟹鉗口感扎實,咬開才看到其優秀之處,新鮮蟹肉外有一層彈牙的蝦膠,讓蟹鉗鹹香再提升,點一些甜酸醬吃,完美。🔹風味釀蟹蓋 $78@今晚的菜式中,這個蟹蓋味道最濃郁,裡面有很多蟹肉和蔬菜粒,加了芝士焗到外層微焦,還有少少咖喱味,和白飯一起吃的話非常搭配。🔹紫砂茶壺燉螺頭湯 $88 杏汁豬肺湯 $88紫砂茶壺系列的湯絕對是必點之選,前者入口非常清甜到位,完全沒有多餘的部分,喝完剔透的湯還有一大壺湯渣吃,超滿足!至於杏汁豬肺湯的杏味香強但入口不會太搶味,很暖胃滋潤,賣相還很精緻呢。🔹蓮蓉西米焗布甸(細)熱熱上桌的布甸挖開會看到中間有甜甜綿綿的蓮蓉,這份天然的甜味讓布甸不會太膩,西米的粒粒口感配合蛋香會讓你吃完又想吃😋…Read More

上環鳳城酒家於2022年2月20號結業後,終於重新開業喇,而且位置喺舊址隔離,所以完全唔怕唔熟路。燉湯以紫砂茶壺盛載,賣相精緻。紫砂茶壺吸收咗油份之外,仲為湯保持熱度。紫砂茶壺燉螺頭湯材料豐富,螺頭、瘦肉、桂圓、杞子。湯品鮮味夠火候。另一款紫砂茶壺杏汁豬肺湯亦相當濃甜,啱晒平時唔多湯水飲嘅小弟我呀。窩貼大明蝦(蝦多士)作為鳳城的經典菜式,當然是其中一款必點美食。原隻大蝦同多士炸得金黃脆卜卜,多士酥脆、大蝦爽彈帶出了雙重口感而不油膩。上湯炸粉果係陳年舊點。炸粉果原自順德,無潮州蒸粉果咁嘅歷史、外皮和餡料亦有所不同。外皮香脆可口,內陷鮮嫩爽口。食嘅時候,將炸炒果浸一浸高湯、口感外軟內脆更多層次,似足打邊爐時嘅響鈴一樣。蜆蚧是珠三角地區嘅特產,同鯪魚球總係形影不離。喺鳳城品嘗到嘅蜆蚧鯪魚球,有正宗順德廚師調味配方嘅蜆蚧,再加上彈牙鯪魚球,絕對係必點食品。風味釀蟹蓋可以話係最早期嘅新派中菜之一。金黃色嘅釀蟹蓋,啖啖鮮嫩蟹肉,非常之咁好味。婚宴經常出現嘅百花釀蟹鉗,唔使等到婚宴都可以吃得到。大大隻嘅蝦鉗,香脆嘅外皮,包住充滿彈性同蟹香嘅內饀,超正。招牌菜炸子雞,鳳城選用咗龍崗雞,並以淋油嘅方式炸成,皮脆肉香,真係非吃不可嘅菜式嚟。大良炒鮮奶係一道廣東地區特色傳統名菜,有指最早始於廣東順德縣大良鎮,距今已有上百年歷史。主要由鮮奶、蛋白、澱粉等精緻而成,口味獨特。此菜因其口味清淡,奶香濃郁,一直深受食客青睞。西米焗布甸為港人熟識,也是鳳城酒家嘅名菜,過往鳳城嘅焗蓮蓉西米布甸係需要預訂㗎。金黃色嘅表面,十分吸引,未食已傳嚟陣陣香氣。切開後可見一層黃色,一層是蓮蓉。鳳城嘅西米布甸唔厚,切開後蓮蓉喺底部流出。入口充滿蛋同奶香,西米軟硬適中,蓮蓉令布甸更加滑口甜美。…Read More
