安排到附近商業大廈嘅一樓,裝修好普通頗舊,枱與枱之間嘅距離窄,好嘈。就係好屋邨酒樓嘅感覺。🤔糯米炒膏蟹似乎係呢度嘅招牌菜。但係食落比較普通,米飯食落好多飯焦,硬硬哋嘅感覺,唔係炒糯米飯嗰種香軟煙靭嘅質感。蟹本身正常水平。整體嚟講冇乜特別,唔明點解係招牌菜。黑松露燒鵝另一個招牌菜,食落唔係非常濃烈嘅黑松露味,係帶淡淡嘅黑松露香,黑松露味道唔會好霸道。燒鵝比平時食開嘅燒鵝味道淡一啲,可能咁樣會更突出黑松露味,都幾特別又好味嘅。不過燒鵝本身就比較多肥膏。🤔即燒乳豬樓下有玻璃比你睇到伙計親手喺度明火燒乳豬,咁特別梗係要點下。但係食落又冇咩特別,乳豬皮同肉中間有肥膏,肉嘅味道比較淡。普通水平。💯龍蝦炒米粉全晚最鍾意呢碟。佢同平時酒樓嘅龍蝦炒伊麪味道唔同,係用咗味道濃郁嘅龍蝦湯汁,撈埋龍蝦肉同埋炒米粉。龍蝦汁嘅味道香濃鮮甜,龍蝦肉都好爽口鮮甜。好味!👌🏼古法金錢雞其實就係一嚿雞肝上邊插住一嚿肥豬肉,再點甜甜地嘅蜜糖汁。雞肝質地有啲乾,肥膏整得幾爽口。雖然係好邪惡,但味道唔錯嘅。蜜汁脆燒鱔符合預期嘅味道。👌🏼百花炸釀松葉蟹鉗超級大嚿!味道同平時酒樓食嗰啲差唔多。石澳梅菜蒸菜心菜心幾清甜,撈埋梅菜又帶點惹味。唔錯。👌🏼啫啫生菜煲:味道正常整體嚟講,黑松露燒鵝同埋龍蝦湯炒米粉最出色。其他就係正常酒樓水平。…Read More

早陣子想搵間油尖旺既食店,要坐得舒適,又要好味,於是俾我搵到“神燈“。見食評5差,加上有朋友剛巧食完也讚賞,於是我又係openrice book 位兼買咗1張飲食券 (可以慳$50)。食店話有2層,但我覺得地下果層應該5係招待客人,實則只得1樓係營業。由於時間尚早,6pm,只得1-2枱客。我地7條分2枱,有塊膠板隔住。不過我果張同隔離枱就貼住,只靠一塊垂下來的膠幕分隔。好彩我地食到差不多尾聲才有人黎坐,才無咁擠迫。講返服務,員工們有禮,動作勤快。上菜90%都好快,只係最後一道慢咗d,可能要即燒,要點時間吧~首先每枱一碟前菜。。。炸白飯魚 ($25)跟住由我發板:1. 金湯海皇豆腐 ($138):砂窩上,豆腐滑到跟百福一樣,我只搵到帶子粒,其他海皇材料就5多覺2. 百花炸釀松葉蟹鉗 ($58/隻):好味。雖然貴咗d,但物有所值。蝦膠蟹肉真係好口感~3. 砵酒桶蠔煲 ($198):有6隻。香氣濃,很入味~隻隻都幾大隻,煮得剛好。4. 香茜蟹味銀絲鍋 ($98):坦白講,我覺得呢個太普通,顯現5到廚師功架。有少許蟹肉絲炒粉絲,然後再灑蟹籽。5. 叉住韓豬燒 ($228):每嚿都差不多半吋厚,肥中帶瘦,夠稔。加上醬汁,好味~6. 懷舊蝦多士 ($158):有6件。煎炸嘢,係香口既~7. 星洲麥皮蝦 ($248):炸過既麥皮將蝦蓋過了,我也沒數有多少隻。每隻蝦係大既,夠咬口。麥皮。。我齋吃了2小匙,有點硬咽,所以只好將麥皮撥埋一旁。8. 半隻乳豬 ($418):係我太貪心了,應該叫個例牌 or 1/4 就夠,畢竟乳豬係多油份,比較膩。乳豬層皮整得好薄,廚師真係盡力將肥羔飛走,好刀功! 肉就切一條條,去了大部份骨。真好味,但也真好飽飯後送桂花糕~茶:$15/位白飯:$15/碗埋單$2,177…Read More
