窩夫與蝦子餅有一段時間沒有吃過串燒了,星期日在旺角逛街後去深宵食堂開餐。餐廳佈置很有心思,窩夫特別喜歡牆上的宮崎駿動畫海報。除了落單紙上的燒物、炸物和一品料理等,還要留意黑板上的「深宵限定」。打頭陣是厚燒牛舌($38),一串有三塊,爽口彈牙。鹽燒雞軟骨($28)的鹹度剛剛好,不會燒得太乾。甲羅燒($78)上鋪了大量蟹籽,口感卜卜脆,蟹膏鮮甜,拌勻後塗多士來吃,十分滋味。川燒茄子($68)很大條,加了大量蒜蓉和辣粉,非常惹味。香蒜焗蠔($52)同樣加了大量蒜蓉,香氣撲鼻,焗蠔熱辣辣的,要小心燙嘴。汁燒雞髀菇($28)切得厚厚的,爽脆多汁。芝士蟹肉玉子燒($78)份量足,滲出淡淡蟹肉的鮮味。冰燒菠蘿($38)的賣相吸引,一咬下去發現原來是冰凍的。飲品方面,點了一杯巨峰提子梳打($38),味道不錯。…Read More

最近追緊電視劇深夜食堂,一間餐廳既菜單只有幾款食物,但充滿人情味。原來香港都有間餐廳叫深宵食堂,出於對呢套電視劇嘅迷戀,我約左女友去試試。餐廳大約有六、七枱,天花掛滿具日本特色既迷你雨傘,牆上亦貼滿櫻花裝飾。餐廳食物比電視劇嘅深夜食堂多好多,餐紙總共有七、八頁,每頁最少十款食物。豚肉蘆筍卷既豚肉薄如紙,加上上菜時熱烘烘,一咬勁多汁,而且口感超脆,好似薯片咁。鹽燒秋葵看似簡簡單單,但適量既鹽就已經帶出秋葵既味道。厚燒牛舌有咬口但唔韌,牛味相當濃厚。雞皮食落完全唔膩,每塊雞皮都好乾身脆口。甲羅燒即係即松葉蟹膏釀蟹蓋, 亦會加蟹肉。每次去日本旅行一定會食極唔停。呢個甲羅燒加左味道濃郁,配多士仲好味,感覺上無咁鹹。自己作為黑松露狂迷當然要叫黑松露烏冬。黑松露既獨特香味加上洋蔥既甜令人難以抵抗。重頭戲當然係芝士蟹肉玉子燒,用蕃茄汁寫上「深宵」二字。蛋非常輕盈,蛋汁滿溢,同時亦有拉絲效果,不過蟹肉既鮮甜味冇咁突出。雖然餐廳同電視劇相比完全大相徑庭,但每款食物都幾高質,沒有奢華裝潢卻有説不到既窩心。…Read More
