臨近假期嘅最後一日,梗係要食餐豐盛嘅先至對得起自己😎唔知點解天氣一熱就好想食泰國菜,酸酸辣辣超級開胃,由於九龍城實在太多選擇,所以就揀咗間歷史比較悠久嘅餐廳金寶泰國菜館。一入門口,就見到蔡瀾先生嘅提字同書法,就知道我今晚揀得冇錯。泰國嘢我自己嚟講就一定要食生蝦,佢嘅生蝦同出邊有啲唔同,已經直接淋上酸蒜同辣椒,所以根本唔使糾結要點幾多辣汁😂生蝦質地爽口,份量正常,價錢就少少偏貴。酸辣大蜆粉絲煲,我以為係好多辣椒粉,好似冬陰功嗰種,點知上到嚟個湯頭比我想像中清新,但又好清爽嘅酸同新鮮嘅香料味,粉絲浸得耐都冇話特別淋,仲係好爽口。飲完呢個湯真係超級開胃,可以準備食好多好多嘢😂😂😂辣椒膏炒青口同串燒發揮正常,但係配上蒜蓉包,味道層次即刻幾何級上升,幾時都話泰國嘢一定要配蒜蓉包或者薄餅😂😂最後不得不提嘅就係芒果糯米飯,明明都食到幾飽,但一定要食個芒果油糯米飯先可以叫畫上一個完美嘅句號,芒果質地偏爽但味道鮮甜,配上順滑香濃嘅椰汁,同埋煙靭嘅糯米飯,果然印證左女仔係有第二個胃嚟食甜品哩句話。…Read More
