同屋企人入開大埔,見呢間泰國菜新開,即管試吓。餐廳光猛整潔,幾鍾意佢啲燈,餐牌有好多相,即管睇下實物係咪咁先!見隔離枱食生蝦刺身( $95/六件),我哋又叫咗碟,刺身新鮮,還附送冰鎮苦瓜,不錯!要咗個炸蝦餅( $78 ),都有八件,彈牙有質感,不錯不錯。仲有炸單骨雞翼八件( $48 ),醃得入味,幾好味。門口個牌寫廚師推介有沙嗲串燒拼盤(88),所以都叫一個嚟試吓,燒得剛剛好沒有過火,而且醃得好惹味,推介!食得泰國菜梗係想試返碗冬陰公( $138 ),冬陰公和香草味濃郁,但又唔會太辣,很不錯!馬拉盞炒椰菜( $78 )都幾好,啲菜夠新鮮,又夠入味,係份量稍為少咗啲。我哋仲驚死唔夠飽叫咗兩個飯,新鮮菠蘿炒飯( $108)同火焰海鮮椰青飯( $98 ),點知鬼死咁大碟,啲飯多到成座山咁。菠蘿炒飯用菠蘿殼盛載,肉鬆、腰果、菠蘿、雜豆和蝦等等,幾好味。椰青飯都幾驚喜,除咗足料,仲好有椰漿味,連椰青肉都一齊煮,值得推介!…Read More

今日同朋友共三個家庭一起飯聚,有大有細入咗大埔,之前同事介紹呢間泰國菜,朋友都話想試吓,所以嗱嗱聲打去book位。店舖裝修不是傳統泰式,算新潮派,天花掛住的「星球燈」好靚,套餐具都幾靚。叫好嘢食等一陣就可以開餐啦,先來一個生蝦刺身( $95/六件),大人限定!哈!都幾新鮮,而且仲有幾件冰鎮苦瓜OK !炸春卷( $48 /四件)都脆口,唔會太油膩,不錯!軟殼蟹青芒果沙律( $75 )份量幾多,軟殼蟹炸得不錯,連埋青芒、沙律一齊食,酸酸味味很開胃。食泰國嘢梗係要食串燒,叫咗個泰式沙嗲串燒拼盤( $88 ),好似雞、牛、豬共有六串,我食咗其中一串雞,即使唔點沙嗲醬都相當惹味!泰國菜代表當然還有冬陰公( $138 ),有個鍋熱住,唔算好辣但冬陰公味重,而且料都幾多,我自己好鍾意。另外叫咗幾碟菜,包括馬拉盞炒椰菜( $78 )、鹹魚炒芥菜( $66 )及鹹魚炒珍珠椰菜苗( $76 ),全部都相對濃味,馬拉盞炒得幾好味,鹹魚就相當鹹,但配落珍珠椰菜苗平衡返,所以味道都幾好。主菜叫了新鮮菠蘿炒飯( $108)、泰式金邊粉( $68 )以及火焰海鮮椰青飯( $98 ),估不到份量都幾大碟。菠蘿炒飯似乎幾正宗金邊粉也炒得不錯,味道有點像廈門炒米。但我至愛是椰青飯,椰汁味濃郁,有雜豆、魷魚、青口、蝦等海鮮,還有椰肉在當中,相當特別,值得一試。…Read More

最近大埔開左間新泰菜館,主廚係正宗泰國人🇹🇭,有d特別的菜式可以預早訂。所以約左一班朋友去試菜。首先冬蔭公出場,湯會一直保暖。呷一啖,酸辣度適中,仲有新鮮的大蝦。十分開胃。沙爹串燒有三種肉類,雞牛豬,好Juicy。食得出每一種肉都要用唔同溫度同埋時間,廚師很用心機去烹調。豬肉用配上青辣椒、檸檬葉,包上新鮮的生菜既清新又野味。炒通菜好有火候。酥炸蝦餅,好彈牙,新鮮的蝦肉炸到金黃色,好正!生蝦刺身,食落去極新鮮,原來配上一片苦瓜,更加突出鮮味。不得不試呢個爆炸大頭蝦,香茅切成絲狀,連埋秘制的鹹蛋黃漿一齊炸至金黃。又係大廚級的手工之作。最後呢個咖哩肉蟹需要預先訂,即日買即煮,香辣黃咖哩加啖啖蟹肉刺激味蕾。剩低的咖哩汁一d都唔嘥,嗌返d蔥油餅點汁食,滋味無窮。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼呢間泰菜館價錢親民,可以俾街坊食上五星級大廚的廚藝,真係好幸福。😋…Read More

泰菜永遠都係我首選,因為大部份所用的食材都是海鮮或蔬菜,必要新鮮處理才是最佳食用期限。大埔新開的象月,雖較遠離市區,但它的店名讓人致身暹羅仲夏之感,便相約友人一試。店內新派泰式菜館的格局,簡潔舒適。頭盤是鮮蝦刺身,海蝦肉厚鮮嫩,若與碟上伴菜或醬汁配搭一下,每隻蝦在口中都能有不同的效果。跟吃刺身一樣,先從淡味開始。第一款蝦可配苦瓜,一嚐海蝦的鮮甜。第二款可配蒜頭,由於蒜頭與海蝦的質感有比對,此能一嚐海蝦的肉質。最後一款配上紅椒及蒜頭,盡情感受泰式辣味帶來的刺激感。請不要忘記在吃泰式鮮蝦刺身時,必要醮上少許的青椒汁,因為這才是這道菜的靈魂唷~青木瓜沙拉也是泰菜不二之選,小蕃茄與青豆角非常新鮮,再配上特製的香辣魚露醬汁,酸辣得宜,胃口大開。前菜的沙爹串燒也不錯,有牛有雞,火喉剛好,肉汁香口。另外青辣肉碎生菜,新鮮爽脆的生菜包著熱騰騰的肉碎,一啖放在口中尤其滿足。主菜則點了爆炸大頭蝦及咖哩炒蟹。前者配以香茅蒜頭油炸,香氣撲鼻。蝦身較細,但也吃到蒜香。咖哩炒蟹的蟹肉豐厚甘甜,配上較重奶香味的咖哩,肉質更滑。建議加點米飯配咖哩,比酥餅更佳。甜品的椰青糕清甜可口,清一清味蕾,這是一餐最美好的終結。…Read More
