📌 綠林甜品 - 深水埗元州街77-79號地下🗓(29/10) 星期六 ⏰ 晚上6點左右 💈特式:出街食完飯,如果時間尚早,食返個糖水係常識吧,講到深水埗食糖水號舖頭,相信有多年歷史嘅綠林甜品都應該無乜人唔識。🥩🍔🌭🌮🥗🥯🥘🍲🍝🍣🥟🍤🍱食物:餐廳位於深水埗黃金後一條街,我平時去親都係食馬蹄露小丸子,但綠林通常係秋冬時節就會出返佢地個生磨栗子粒露,等我同大家講下佢嘅甜味道先。生磨栗子粒露🌰 - 首先,呢個係秋冬季節先有供應,其次係出面其他糖水舖都好少有做栗子粒露,所以我當時食都見到有唔少街坊買外賣,都係幾碗幾碗栗子粒露咁,講返個味道先,栗子味好濃好香,又有好多唔同大大細細嘅栗子肉,個糊底又做得好滑,又唔算太甜,好有滋潤嘅感覺。馬蹄露小丸子 - 呢個係我平時去綠林唯二食嘅糖水,因為我本身就好鐘意食馬蹄露,佢馬蹄肉多,蛋花又多,再加埋煙煙韌韌有咬口嘅小丸子,真係無得頂。🍽環境:餐廳環境就只係普普通通啦,舊式糖水舖都係千篇一律,無乜裝修,坐得唔會好舒服,但綠林都叫做唔算好迫,又乾乾淨淨咁。🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:職員服務態度正常,見餐廳阿姐對d熟客都有兩句計傾,對街客都無乜野,正正常常咁囉。💰💸價錢:馬蹄露小丸子就$32,而生磨栗子粒露就$38,真心就唔算低食,但出去食糖水就度度差唔多價錢,佢個栗子粒露就偏貴嘅,不過就出面少機會d食到同埋係心機錢囉。🐲💬總結:我覺得耐唔時食糖水滋潤下係需要嘅,所以都唔計較得咁多價錢,最緊要搵到一間自己鐘意食嘅糖水舖,綠林算係我其中一間必食糖水舖之一。推薦指數:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️…Read More

午餐過後走到綠林,見到很多不同糖水和甜品,實在眼花繚亂,綠林主打港式糖水,又不乏 Oreo 和牛乳等新派材料,顯出香港那種變則通的道理。思前想後,眼尾看到寫著時令生磨栗子粒露的牌子,心中充滿疑問,還以為秋冬才是當造季節,最後也不理太多,點了栗子露。我一向都喜歡吃栗子,對栗子燜雞煮得爛爛的那種更是愛不釋手,但如此的我竟然到6年前才知道栗子果實原來像紅毛丹,有長長的鬚鬚,破開後才是平常見到的栗子。栗子露散出香氣,有別於一般果仁,栗子澱粉質含量高,所以味道甜得像蕃薯,亦因此使糖水的質感稠稠的,有的做法加奶,不過今次又好像吃不到明顯的奶味。 叫得上栗子粒露當然少不了栗子粒。栗子本身結實,經烹煮後口感帶點海綿軟軟略有彈性的感覺,大大粒連糖水吃實在滿足。雖然未試其他甜品,不過很喜歡綠林在舊區賣新式糖水這個配搭,新潮又不失香港味道。今次的栗子露若可稍稍減甜,相信會有更多捧場客。…Read More

在耀東街的「萬發」吃完晚飯,一行六人就來到了這間歷史悠久的甜品店「綠林」吃糖水。其實單以元州街來說,甜品店舖就有好幾間之多,但若論人氣高企的,除了天悅廣場的「松記」外,則非這「綠林甜品」莫屬了。曾來過「綠林」的都應該知道,這裡賣的不只是傳統中式糖水,還有多款新式甜品供應,如豆腐布甸、大明珠、黑珍珠等,不過筆者和食友皆是愛栗之人,此行目的當然是來吃生磨栗子粒露 ($18)。同食友二人分享其中一碗,因之後還要吃豆腐布甸和馬蹄露,呷了一口狀似糊但又不太稠身的栗子露,入口質感細滑,而且還散發著淡淡的栗子香氣,只不過未知是否真的是不時不食,吃來總覺沒預期般濃鬱,和想像中確實有些落差,幸好每一羹都舀著滿滿的栗子粒,雖然粉糯程度是有點遜色,但口感豐富,總算了卻咗筆者這晚的心願,到秋冬時分一定會來再戰。另亦點了一客備受好評、白雪雪的豆腐布甸 ($16) 和眾人分享。澆上了花奶的豆腐布甸,入口豆味香濃而不覺甜,質感軟滑得猶如燉鮮奶般,綿綿的口感卻又不膩不滯,把布甸和豆腐的兩種軟滑特質結合成為一體,既滋味又不失清淡,口感十分特別,真的不錯,難怪深受食客歡迎。在南瓜馬蹄露及蛋花馬蹄露 ($13) 之間選了後者,這馬蹄露端上來時,樣子看似混濁,但實則內裡放了不少碎碎的馬蹄和絲絲的蛋花,分吃了一點,用上新鮮馬蹄的馬蹄露,入口冰涼潤喉,吃來格外清甜,而且在口腔內還散發著陣陣清香,果然是一道不錯的夏日甜品。其實食甜品通常並非為充飢,而是為了逗自己開心的快樂事,一啖滋味無窮的糖水進口,心中的煩躁也即時變為甜意,但在現今香港,想享受一碗落足心思、落足材料炮製的甜品,這份豪情已經買少見少,但願這些紮實的傳統糖水店,生意能長做長有。…Read More
