這幾天都不斷食肉,今日想清清地食下素,結果在灣仔搵到這間餐廳。進餐廳後才發現原來是社企搞的,聘用聽障人士, :) 所以可多使用手語。先來一個前菜,燒汁茄子燒汁茄子 ($28)-茄子應該是煎好後再放上少少燒汁,非常鮮甜主菜叫了不少食家推介的生煎蓮藕餅生煎蓮藕餅 ($68) - 蓮藕味不特出,蓮藕餅內加了粟米甘荀還有薯仔,再煎香,咬落似在吃薯餅, 份量頗多,味道也算不錯。平日吃中菜我多數會叫咕嚕肉,來到這裏我當然要試一試咕嚕惹味球啦。咕嚕惹味球($78) - 超讚,非常好食,㕑師用𤠣頭菇加雞蛋再沾粉漿,炸脆後用三色彩椒、鳳梨和西芹拌炒。炸漿薄薄的,非常香脆,內裏猴頭菇既爽口又帶一點煙韌,加上酸酸甜甜的獻汁,相當惹味。這是我誠意推介的菜式。餐廳整體食物水準好高,下次想清清腸胃時一定會再來,而且一定要食咕嚕惹味球 。…Read More

今天和朋友聚聚,這個朋友不吃牛、不吃生,又不想吃些常吃的東西,看見openrice有一間叫樂農的素食店,食評很不錯,於是便去試試~內在環境佈置簡潔開揚,絕對不是玩情調的。一坐下有個女仔拿著餐牌過來,指著問喝什麼茶,她一口"嘰呢咕嚕"其實不知道她說什麼,我指了指鐵觀音,她便微笑走開。我以為她是外藉人士,但當再看看另一本餐牌,原來這間是給傷健人士工作的社企餐廳, 以有機食物為主。我才知那女孩應是有些弱聽,故發音有點矇糊。看見是社企餐廳,以為味道應是一般,故只是抱著嘗試的心態,點了三款菜式。第一道是健康炒飯。這炒飯加了紅米,配上西蘭花、腰果、粟米、甘荀等一起炒,味道清淡,但腰果卻香口,而且吃到底也沒有一堆油,應是少油少鹽的煮法。怪不得是「健康炒飯」。這個我也頗喜歡。第二味是千與千層,即千層腐竹。我個人非常喜歡吃腐竹,故我覺得這個很好吃。疊起的腐竹再煎脆,表面脆口,但內裡的腐竹keep住滑,口感很不錯,就像素鵝那樣。這會配上不同味道的醬汁,有橙味、梅味、翠玉(?),我點了個梅味的,但這個亦是敗筆的地方。因為這是淋上面的,而且淋得太多,加上梅汁太酸味道太濃,失去原本的腐竹味,如果這汁可以另上蘸用,這會較好一些。第三味是煎藕餅,說是廚師推介。但這個個人覺得味道一般。有胡椒粉,但蓮藕味不夠;加上栗米甘荀等口感不錯。我朋友吃開濃味的卻嫌胡椒味可再濃一些。不過頭2款也較熱氣了~總括這間雖是社企餐廳,但味道是不錯的,加上餐牌種類款式也頗多,煮法健康,可以再來~ 不過不要著重其裝修或服務,這個沒驚喜的。是晚消費三碟+茶介2個人$263,價錢不算平,但合理。我下次也會再來~~ …Read More

友人M終於從日本回來,當然要吃飯聚一聚! 因為友人I最近要減肥想吃清淡點,我便選了這家有名的社企素菜餐廳。原本先訂了星期四,可是朋友告知原來那天沒空,所以再打電話改期,服務員還是很有耐性的幫我改了booking:) 我們8點準時到達,餐廳坐滿了七八成左右。桌椅之間有足夠空間,所以坐着很舒服不會覺得迫夾。先前看過報導,知道這家社企的老闆原本是個生意人,請聽障人士做員工除了是為了給他們機會發揮所長外,亦因為他看準了聾人的優點,有信心他們能帶給餐廳獨有的優勢。聽障員工的流失率亦較低,是日除了前枱的一位接待員外(應該是他負責聽電話吧),我只看到一位健聽員工(穿黃色制服的)。起初沒看到牆上教用手語點餐的海報,所以我們點菜都是邊講邊指着餐牌。我們點了很多食評都推介的香煎蓮藕餅,一窩例湯,避風塘炸豆卜,流沙餃和薑汁芥蘭。這是我喝過最清甜健康的湯! 可能因為材料全是素的,比家裡媽媽煲的還要清,但竟然沒用肉也能如此鮮甜好喝,太厲害了! 一窩能分成5碗,實在很抵喝!第一口吃不出裡面是什麼。朋友們說很味道有點奇怪,吃了一隻便放棄了。因為不想浪費所以我把她們吃剩的全吃了! >O< 原來裡面是蕃茄和薯仔! 這個組合用來做餃子餡吃起上來真的有點怪。但想到用蕃茄和薯仔來做出流沙感覺真的很有創意! xD 點這個的時候我還有想過裡面可能是奶黃,又咸又甜可能更怪! xP 不少食家都推介的生煎蓮藕餅。份量頗大,味道也不錯。不過我們只有三個人,每人要吃2-3塊,即使沾上開胃的醋汁吃,還是有點膩呢! ><當晚的亮點!!! 原本怕熱氣又怕肥的我們點炸物有點掙扎,但為食至上的我們還是點了這個。豆卜炸得非常好,外層又薄又脆,非常乾身一點也不油! 讓人忍不住一口接一口地吃,但也沒有很熱氣或喉嚨不舒服的感覺! 用來代替炸蒜的炸燕麥超好吃!! 調味都落在燕麥上所以和豆卜一起吃會更美味! 比一般避風塘的風味更好吃! 調味料份量剛好,我們光吃燕麥也不覺得醎。豆卜裏面是有餡的,令口感更豐富,味道更有層次! 本來想試試紅米飯(餐牌上沒有白飯),但朋友要減肥所以沒有叫。其實三個女孩吃光了這些餸已經飽得不行,還慶幸一開始叫的芥蘭漏單沒有來呢 xD我們用一小時便把食物掃光。侍應很快就收好碗碟給我們拿來帳單,所以我們也沒有多留,動身去附近的bar 喝酒聊天 感想: 先前看過不少食評,發現大家都很支持社企,但對食物味道評價好壞參半,所以我也沒抱很高期望,怎料卻十分有驚喜! …Read More
