說起幾年前第一次去南小館還是托了小南國的福,一直很喜歡小南國,知道南小館與之隸屬同一集團決定前往,於是一發不可收拾,變成我在hysan的飯堂,周邊餐廳來來去去,它一直在,穩定的味道,美好的價格。南小館較之小南國更年輕更文藝,約來同去的飯友,點菜方式,花費都不同。裝修清新,細閱菜牌也可發現,雖然有紅燒肉等菜式,但多數還是冷盤小食,包點,麵點。涼菜拼盤非常推介,分量剛好,可選四種。對某例頭盤有執念的時候,選一餸便可。熱菜的單價都非常美好,大都六七十塊,但也是有原因的,分量很小,適合兩三女伴,大班人前去也許會覺得不夠吧,這時建議可以省略熱菜,直奔麵點。兩個人看到這樣的分量真是開心,可以多選一道,因子也不會多出。熱菜菜牌雖少,但是經典菜色齊全,而且味道都很好,這是在我看到小文藝環境之後,超出預期的,熱菜水準不差酒樓餐館。麵點包點年糕的種類非常豐富,生煎包必點推介,性價比很高,味道是我認為的最好的幾間之一,小籠包味道平平。炒年糕同麵點我認為一般,有男生一起的時候會點一份,好填飽他們的肚子啊^-^。最後來一份甜點拼盤,就可以圓滿結束啦。之前一直不太喜歡這種調調的餐廳,沒想到在試過一次后徹底淪陷,還好沒有因為固有成見而放棄來嘗試,否則將失去多少次開心用餐的感受。tips~南小館點熱菜真的不需要點太多,因為他不是傳統菜館,大概是提供上海菜的 拉麵小籠包店這樣吧~策略失誤的話,可能會浪費了銀子又吃不飽呢~生煎包黃魚烤麩一定要點,要點,要點,講三次^-^…Read More

Have read some good reviews on this place so decided to give it a try.  There were 4 of us so we ordered a few different dishes to share.  Appetiser Combo (choice of 4 items)Loved the cute and neat presentation (especially the heart shape veggie mix).  Everything was tasted light and refreshing, making this dish a great starter. Fried Shanghai Pork BunThis was served on a small hot pan.  Despite being fried, it was not too oily.  The inside was very juicy and it was great both with and without the vinegar.    Glutinous rice dumpling (siumai) This was another signature dish which was worth trying.  The presentation was great and the dumpling was soft and refreshing. Noodles with Beef Soup The noodles tasted like they had been cooked for awhile.  Probably would have been better if they serve the noodles and the beef in the soup rather than separately.  Fried green beansThe beans went well with the spicy sauce, but was a bit too oily. Shangahi stir fried rice cakesTasted quite heavy as expected, but the portion was small so it was ok. Overall this is a good place to enjoy Shanghainese dishes in a healthier way!    …Read More

今天中午, 琛琳到訪了銅鑼灣希慎廣場的新派上海菜館, 它名為南小館。餐廳走摩登路線, 這兒的裝潢不但沒有傳統的中國氣色, 反而讓人彷彿置身於一家西餐廳一樣。南小館四小拼(四喜烤麩, 冰宮肴肉, 花雕白雞, 口水川雞) $68其實這前菜拼盤是8選4的, 其他選擇包括馬蘭豆腐, 涼拌木耳, 糖醋排骨和涼拌彩絲。圖中左上方深啡色的就是烤麩, 它的味道是甜甜的, 配以一些青豆和金針菇, 非常可口。而肴肉則公整的切成菱形上碟, 其味道適中, 不會過咸。可是, 醉雞卻醃得不夠入味, 而且缺乏酒香。相反, 口水雞就十分美味, 其醬汁真的非常惹味, 芝麻和花椒的香味都很突出。而味道則沒有想像般那麼辣, 它的辣不是死辣, 而是香辣, 吃後令人胃口大開。招牌生煎包 $38這個生煎包絕對值得推薦!熱騰騰的生煎包是即叫即煎的, 鬆軟的麵包裹著滾燙的鮮肉和肉汁, 口感與味道都是一流的。它唯一美中不足之處是底部煎得過焦。琛琳不得不再三提醒大家進食時必須小心! 一不小心真的會'爆汁'的啊!生煎包的肉汁多得顯而易見吧!蟹粉小籠粉 $58這個小籠包皮很薄, 肉汁也很多, 但蟹黃的甘香不似預期的濃郁。還是鼎泰豐的做得較好餡料是真材實料的, 仍可看到一絲絲的蟹肉。腌篤鮮燒賣 $36這個燒賣真叫人失望, 它的餡料是以豬肉和春筍為配料做成糯米飯。它最大的問題是配料和湯汁都過少, 令糯米飯味道偏淡,吃的時候就就像在乾吞燒賣皮包著淡而無味的糯米飯團一樣..實在令人難受得很。南小館甜品拼盤(茉莉花茶凍, 杏仁白玉凍, 桂花蜜拉糕, 上海綠豆糕) $58茉莉花茶凍: 亦即抹茶茶凍。茶味濃厚, 甜度適中, 滑溜溜的, 確實不錯, 唯獨茉莉花欠缺突出。杏仁白玉凍: 個人認為比茉莉花茶凍更出色。杏仁味十分突出,香味十足。桂花蜜拉糕: 很一般的拉糕。用桂花蜜配著幾乎無味的拉糕一起吃確實不錯, 可是桂花蜜份量略嫌太少。上海綠豆糕: 建議大家下次不要點這個。首先, 這個綠豆糕沒有綠豆香, 有綠豆糕的質感卻沒有綠豆糕的味道, 所以中間的紅豆餡完完全全蓋過了綠豆的味道。還有一個溫馨小提示: 記得放一會兒再吃, 因為他們是從冰箱裏拿出來就直接上菜, 冰凍的綠豆糕不但沒有綠豆味, 連綠豆糕的質感也沒有。…Read More

本人很少到銅鑼灣,因為今天要去早稻田開茶會才到這邊。剛好這天不在公司,可以早點下班,我和媽媽便吃一個有點早的晚餐。第一次逛希慎廣場,覺得冷氣很強,新商場的冷氣特別厲害。但內裏的商舖不適合我,因為實在太高級了呢。。。。。。逛了逛誠品,很多人在等咖啡。因我們乘扶手電梯便入了誠品呢。上多幾層便開始看看吃什麼,FOOD COURT裝修得不錯。但最終想吃上海菜,便到了這間南小館試試。這間是小南國的分支,走年青人的路線。吃過小南國覺得不錯,不知這間是否一樣水準呢!這裏裝修得很漂亮,全是木枱木凳。而店子窗口位置的座位是BAR枱形式,座椅較高,令客人能一邊觀賞景色一邊品嚐食物。坐下後,服務員很快便幫我們添茶,茶頗好喝,有點像綠茶。而這裏點菜是自己劃的,最終點了四道菜。因二人都不餓,點的都是點心和小食。雞絲粉皮:樣子晶瑩剔透,但不滑,麻醬的味道有點怪、不香,而且有點糊。雞絲好堅,不好咬,不太好吃。整體都不是太好。酸辣湯:這湯很糊狀,似湯羹多過似湯。不過材料很多,味道好重胡椒粉的辣味,不太酸,因胡椒粉味重影響了整個湯的味道。蟹粉小籠包:有五隻,,二人吃的話份量不少。皮都算薄、不易穿、皮煙韌,內裏湯汁不小,很鮮甜,蟹粉味重,不錯不錯!生煎包:包的麵粉皮不會很厚,包底煎得很脆口,上桌時很熱,咬開一不小心便把湯汁爆出在桌上呢!湯汁豐富。肉不硬實,很軟又多汁,好吃!我和媽媽都覺得這店的食物普通,點心類較為出色。服務方面很不錯,經常添茶,而且都很有禮貌。相比之下,小南國的食物質料較高。…Read More
