油麻地開設第一間店鋪,名物生炸大雞髀令食客回頭,及後在天后、長沙灣及荃灣開分店!而荃灣店是以特許經營的形式由前蘋果記者開,特別多了一份情意。源用主店所醃製的雞髀,即叫即炸,“雞髀用菠蘿、甘筍、檸檬、番茄、水果製汁醃足4小時,靠果酸讓雞肉變得更嫩,炸過後仍鎖緊水份,咬下去啖啖肉汁”。而其他菜色則由分店自理作微調。網上看到Mee訪問老闆的文章,了解從記者到餐廳老闆,所堅持是對自己的要求,做到最好、精益求精(100分都唔得要120分!)、邊學邊做、唔怕醜請教人。有時候工作會在精神和肉體上折磨你,甚或久未見曙光,但持續地堅持要做好件事(加上文章所描述的快、準、博),才能做到有質素的東西,以前是新聞,現在是食物。店鋪選用以Scan QR code讓食客自助落單,可以減輕店員的負擔。一scan之下發現餸菜選擇比起Menu多,新出的芝士撈一丁系列、素菜系列、配薯角系列添!揀好食咩之後仲可以按個人喜好選擇要唔要蛋、份量多少、add-on items,唔會浪費/唔夠飽,非常好!去之前已做足功課,準備好道具,帶定把尺去度有幾大塊雞。🤓生炸雞髀皇煎蛋飯($58) 配瑞士汁, 少飯真係度左有20cm架~果然如大家所說的外脆內軟,雞肉嫩滑又彈牙,味道偏甜。這次我選擇了瑞士汁,撈埋流心太陽蛋和珍珠米的飯係perect match! 鮮牛肉蕃茄濃湯烏冬 ($58)牛肉夠厚;蕃茄濃湯味道較酸,比較起一般的番茄湯底冇咁甜,湯夠濃掛烏冬紅豆冰 (+$12)紅豆份量多大粒而且煮得軟稔,蜜豆風味,花奶香濃。其實心目中最好飲的紅豆冰其實係快餐店,呢間紅豆冰超越左!值得一試!P.S. 量度尺寸只是根據本次光顧經驗,你都知啦,每隻雞有大有細P.P.S. 現場係男多過女P.P.P.S. 店鋪鄰近福來村多上年紀人士,如果要食而唔識整科技野都要店員幫手...荃灣路德圍6號地下A1號舖 (Shop A1, G/F, 6 Lo Tak Court, Tsuen Wan)…Read More

今天和朋友一起到荃灣新開張的「和順記」吃晚餐。來到這裏,當然要品嚐它最著名的炸雞髀!晚市時間,來到店門外,已有幾位客人在門外等待。店內空間不大也不小,裝潢跟一般港式茶餐廳差別不大。這裏的食物選擇比想像中多,但既然來到這裏,就必須嘗試招牌的炸雞髀。這裏是以QR code自助點餐的,我和朋友分別點了兩款神級雞髀皇套餐,餐飲則點了鴛鴦紅豆冰。生炸雞髀皇煎蛋飯($58)套餐一上桌,就被炸雞髀的份量震懾了!名副其實的「大過你塊面」!足足有兩個手掌的大小吧!吃一口炸雞髀,外皮香脆,內裏肉質嫩滑。用刀切割時,雞肉和骨容易分離,切的時候肉汁一湧而出,實在令人好奇,如此大塊的雞髀是何以做到整塊都外脆內嫩的效果。跟餐配了瑞士汁,沾上它吃增添惹味,不過個人覺得即使不沾上醬汁,雞髀原本的味道也足夠。巴蜀雞髀皇煎蛋飯($60)炸雞髀的份量同樣「大過你塊面」!皮脆肉軟,十分香口,沾上巴蜀粉的炸雞髀,味道更為鹹香,喜歡重口味一點的朋友可以嘗試這款!鴛鴦紅豆冰(+$12)鴛鴦紅豆冰味道香濃,不會過甜,紅豆軟稔,整體味道不錯。雖說荃灣路德圍的餐廳和小吃店不少,不過這間「和順記」的食物份量十分充足,尤其招牌雞髀的質素確實不錯,來到這邊不妨一試!…Read More
