睇食評有好有衰,但朋友係12/23食過好味,推介我地去食,咁我拉咗家人去試下。當晚我地5:45pm到達,但人地未營業,員工食飯中,我地只好係門口罰企。踏正6pm,我地才衝入去,估5到係叫我地7條入廳房坐。我地叫咗”商務套餐” (每位$318加一),有7餸1翅1飯。諗住星期日會多人食,但只得7-8枱客,全部都入廳房坐,所以大廳係吉既~係威係勢先上咗1翅1餸後,我地就開始食法國菜既模式。。。。開始等。。。好。。。耐。。。。才。。。上。。。一。。。碟。。。坦白講,我覺得私房菜係上菜快,等你地快走。可能當晚無乜客,你急佢5急。但要等半粒鐘才上第3道菜,食完又要等20-30分鐘再上第4道菜,直至最後3樣食材才可以10分鐘內連住上菜。真係呆坐到涷和眼瞓。。。睇住不停斷信號既電視節目,由雲岡佛像睇到中年好聲音,大家也由不停吹水變成呆滯。雖然食 buffet都係幾粒鐘,但係可以不停有嘢食,跟我等食既情況真係兩碼子。。。。。我不停倒數仲有幾多道菜未上。。。講返服務態度,係ok。雖然佢地上菜慢,但態度都好,有問有答,語氣溫和。講食物質素,有出色有5掂:1. 雞燉翅(5/10分):翅係好大梳,仲有一梳侍應阿姐弄跌在枱面,蝕!但雞味無乜,失色。。。2. 蝦多士(2/10分):5掂!d 油完全鎖係麵包里,所以一咬就油份全部溢出來。。。。3. 花雕蛋白蒸長腳蟹(10/10分):本來係避風塘炒蟹,但等咗30分鐘,我地出去催過。之後,阿姐拎呢碟蛋白蟹入來,講升級俾我地。哈。。。其實我見到左右廳房遲過我地黎既客,都仍食呢個,我估廚師一齊整,無時間再開鑊炒蟹。不過,係整到幾好食,呢30分鐘等待都值得4. 崩沙腩(10/10分):好搞笑佢嗰碟底放咗蠟燭,應該係點著保溫,但佢無點火就上枱。5緊要,因為吃完蟹後又等咗20分鐘,大家都餓,所以一上菜就立馬起筷。腩係腍又入味,餸汁好味,正5. 酥炸生蠔(10/10分):呢個都得,粉漿薄又炸得鬆化。蠔本身大隻又 juicy,讚🤤6. 咕嚕肉(4/10分):賣相靚,可是沾粉厚咗,又炸得過火,所以有d實7. 蒸海斑(8/10分):本來係雲腿玉樹蒸海斑。。。但上枱,只係得豉油,腿5見、玉樹也5知去咗邊。不過,我地5理。。。有餸上枱已感恩,都係斑,只係5同煮法,算吧。。。條斑係蒸得恰到好處,d肉係滑。不過,佢地用咸豉油,5係用甜豉油,所以扣分😅8. 瑤柱扒時蔬(6/10分):瑤柱菜芯,賣相失色,調味ok。可是。。。芡汁形成一嚿嚿膠狀,5太掂9. 飄香炒飯(8/10分):飯粒分明,還可以~飯後甜品係。。。冰涷甜橙😂…Read More

友人邀請吃晚飯,到了龍泉私房菜 (觀塘)。平時很少吃私房菜,所以沒有比較,很難評分,唯有以酒樓作標準吧。 友人選了《招牌套餐》 (HKD308/位):生拆蟹肉扒金山勾翅:魚翅的份量超足! 宴客一流。味道亦不錯,如果蟹肉可以多點就好了!  金銀蒜粉絲蒸元貝:元貝不錯,粉絲吸了蒜蓉的香味,很可口!天下第一雞:雞肉鮮甜,而且頗幼嫩多汁,外皮包滿芝麻,炸得很香脆 (有點像吃上海的芝麻大餅呢!)。不過略為油膩。花雕蛋白蒸蟹:蟹肉很結實新鮮,蛋白及火候控制得很好,因為蛋白很幼滑,酒味香濃,食指大動!原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味:這道菜賣相一般,有鮑魚、海參及大花菇。大花菇很稔滑。不過如果用煲仔上可能會更吸引吧。招牌三式蝦:因已吃得很飽,這道菜看上去似炸得太油,所以沒有試....  不過賣相不錯!清蒸游水海斑:海斑蒸得剛好 (看似大概一斤吧),肉質很滑,值得一讚!瑤柱扒時蔬:瑤柱很多很鮮味,配菜心很好吃呀!飄香炒飯:如果愛吃蛋黃的朋友一定很愛這炒飯,因為充滿蛋黃的香味。 (沒有拍照... 不好意思...)香芒布甸:大菜的份量太多,不夠 "布甸",不過甜度適中,賣相一流,不錯!服務:這裡服務我只可說不過不失。不過一進入食店內有陣陣怪味 (似枱布味),有待改善。…Read More
