今日我生日, 朋友知道我一直都好想食芝士火鍋就帶左我來E間瑞士餐廳食正宗的芝士火鍋了!環境方面: 地方唔算好大, 但勝在裝飾得好有外國風格. 好像置身於瑞士農場的屋舍內,感覺溫馨~服務方面: 可能服務員唔夠多, 上菜比較慢, 連賣單都要等.食物方面: 真係唔錯!!! 好食到停唔到口~ 送上美美牛油及麵包 烘瑞士芝士配新薯、酸洋蔥仔、酸青瓜仔: 個烘芝士一來到,就聞到真正芝士的臭味. 啖啖芝士咁食真係超級滿足!!! 從未食過咁好食的芝士!!! 菠菜芝士火鍋配雞肉,麵包,及蔬菜: 主角真係主角~! 其實本來想試下酒類的芝士火鍋, 但朋友唔好, 所以就叫左E個. 但都完全冇失望! 個芝士味好重, 加上菠菜的鮮味, 完全帶出芝士火鍋精華! 最重要的係一D都唔流. 食整D芝士都唔放過~真係太好食了! 瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁薯餅: E個又係一流! 個汁好creamy同埋個牛肉好滑. 個磨菇忌廉汁味道重得來又唔會蓋過牛肉的味道. 個薯餅就外"翠"內軟. 配埋個汁一齊食真係正~~~!!!p.s: 不過E到連水都要收錢的....…Read More

夜晚七點半去都未滿,唔洗等位~ 不過八點幾開始就越黎越多人! 入到去睇左個 set menu,唔係太岩當天胃口,於是睇番普通 menu小弟同女朋友都屬細食派所以都唔敢叫得太多 :(兩個人叫左一個菠菜芝士火鍋,仲有瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁薯餅呢個鍋係一人份,但係一個人食真係會好滯,見到人地一人一個心感佩服!蔬菜同面包都冇咩特別,係用黎點個鍋 d cheese不過雞肉放係度已經散發住陣陣肉香,應該用d基本香料烤焗過,配埋個鍋錦上添花 有樣野唔知係唔係巧合,當配料差唔多食完既時候,芝士鍋既芝士亦都食得8899,唔會吝嗇芝士,同時都唔會浪費食物 :)牛仔肉非常嫩口,忌廉汁既濃加上牛仔肉本身既味道真係一大衝擊,薯餅兩面煎香,成道菜都好好味 …Read More

一直都想到瑞士這美麗國度一遊,欣賞這人間仙境的如詩美景,可惜始終未有機會達成這個願望:(。這次趁著結婚周年紀念的大日子,特地計劃在晚上和老婆仔吃一頓豐富的瑞士菜,一來可與老婆仔一起共度美好的時光,吃一頓極少會吃的歐陸菜式,二來也可稍解自己對這人間樂土的嚮往之情。本想到半島酒店的「瑞樵閣」慶祝這大日子,誰不知這全港最有名氣的瑞士菜餐廳早於一星期前便已全場訂滿,幸好另一間吃瑞士菜的名店,同樣位於尖沙咀區的「瑞士餐廳」(The Swiss Chalet )仍有座位,才得以在這晚完成自己這個心願,與老婆仔一同在這充滿熱鬧氣氛,感覺舒適的歐陸餐廳,一同享用這裡的美味特色食品。訂了晚上7:00的座位,來到的時候,餐廳已經半滿,裡面的座位和VIP房中已經有不少顧客在用餐中,氣氛熱鬧,幸好我倆被安排坐到較接近餐廳入口處的一張二人桌,環境相對寧靜,對來此慶祝結婚紀念的我與老婆仔來說,可是最適合不過:):):)。這餐廳地方其實不小,除了用餐區外,近門口處不但有一個吧檯區,還有一個擺賣瑞士特式食品的玻璃櫃呢!聖誕將至,這歐陸餐廳早已佈置一番,餐廳內到處都洋溢著一股聖誕的歡樂氣氛,更令我倆夫妻感到氣氛愉快而溫馨:):):)。知道這裡沒有水供應,而且這裡的Half Apple Cider + Half Apple Juice 之前很多人在openrice中都有讚好,所以坐下之後,立刻先叫兩杯Half Apple Cider + Half Apple Juice 作為這晚的飲品,然後再在這裡的眾多特色瑞士菜式中精心挑選了一個頭盤:「烘瑞士(辣力)芝士配新薯、酸洋蔥仔、酸青瓜仔」(Hot Melted Raclette with New Potatoes, Pickled Onions & Cronichons)、一個湯:「龍蝦仔忌廉湯配紅魚子及白蘭地酒」(Crayfish Soup with Cognac Little Cream & Crayfish Roe)、一道主菜:「瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁薯餅」(Thinly Sliced Veal Meat with White Mushrooms in a Creamy Sauce Served with Hash Brown Potatoes & Vegetables),再加上一場來到絕對不能不叫的芝士火鍋:「牛仔肉丸芝士火鍋配香草、蕃茄跟新薯及法包」(Cheese Mixture Melted in Dry White Wine flavoured with Kirsch & Herbs garnished with Tomatoes & Veal Dumplings served with Bread Cubes & New Potatoes),和老婆仔一起分享。食物未到,餐前附送的多款麵包和這裡自家製造,把餐廳特色標誌印在上面的牛油已先行奉上,加上同樣把餐廳的彩色瑞士野花標誌繡在上面的餐巾,都令人深深感受到這家餐廳別致的心思:):):)。奉送的麵包共有三款,每位顧客都可以任揀其中兩款。雖然這裡的麵包算不得特別和美味,不過自家製的牛油卻使這麵包加了不少印象分:)。兩杯飲品Half Apple Cider + Half Apple Juice 確是不錯。酒味不濃,但微酸的味道頗為清新開胃,好飲:):)。頭盤的「烘瑞士(辣力)芝士配新薯、酸洋蔥仔、酸青瓜仔」隨後送到。因為怕得太多芝士會過於膩滯,所以這道頭盤只是要了最細份量的 Taster Portion。這特色瑞士頭盤雖然是烘芝士,看似很膩,但趁熱把薄薄的一層辣力芝士放進口中,灑上了黑胡椒的芝士,軟熟而煙韌,鹹鹹香香的,煞是滋味。那放在芝士上作為配菜的新薯、酸洋蔥仔和酸青瓜仔,味道也不錯呢!「龍蝦仔忌廉湯配紅魚子及白蘭地酒」與傳統的龍蝦湯賣相頗為相近,不過這湯的湯面上則多了一層白色忌廉狀的泡沬和少量的香草,增添了一點的綠意,至於味道,這湯與傳統西式龍蝦湯也同樣頗為相近,正是自己十分喜愛的味道,加了白蘭地的龍蝦仔忌廉湯味道略苦,但這味道濃郁的湯正合自己的心意,個人覺得十分好味,老婆仔也有同感。雖然這湯收費絕不廉宜,要賣$80一客,不過這味道甚佳的湯,湯中不但有兩小件龍蝦仔肉,加上了紅魚子的湯也豐富了整個湯的口感:):):)即使收費略貴,也算物有所值。過了一會,這夜重頭戲的瑞士芝士火鍋終於上場。其實這餐廳的芝士火鍋何只一種,無論是加了酒的芝士火鍋還是沒有加上酒的芝士火鍋,這裡都有超過5種款式可供客人選擇。為讓芝士火鍋不只是吃麵包和薯仔那麼單調,我們點選了「牛仔肉丸芝士火鍋配香草、蕃茄跟新薯及法包」。這芝士火鍋沒有自己想像中那麼膩滯,把麵包粒和新薯叉著放進熱騰騰的芝士漿中略為攪伴後拿出來再放進口中,那滲滿了芝士濃香味道的麵包或新薯,的確頗為美味,怪不得能成為瑞士名菜。至於那些牛仔肉丸,雖然細粒了點,而且肉味不濃,不過都幾嫩滑,都算及格。這芝士火鍋的麵包和薯仔的份量都不少,即使我倆已經非常努力希望把它吃光,但因為還要留肚吃最後的一道主菜「瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁薯餅」的關係,所以最終還是剩了好些麵包在盛器中,未能完全把它們一掃而光。把芝士火鍋收起之後,過了不久,最後的主菜「瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁薯餅」終於上場。這裡的服務可算是蠻體貼的,之前正因為我們還未吃完豐富的芝士火鍋,所以侍應一直都未有為我們準備下一道的主菜,以免主菜來到之後會被放涼,確是值得一讚:)。這又是另一道有水準的菜式,配角的薯餅炸得香脆好吃,主角的炒牛仔肉也嫩滑可口,加上香濃的磨菇忌廉汁,更起了錦上添花的作用,為這菜式增添分數。吃罷這道主菜,自己本來都想看看這裡有沒有什麼吸引的甜品,打算叫來為這頓結婚周年紀念晚餐劃上完滿的句號,可是這頓晚餐實在吃得太飽了,我們兩個的戰鬥力都已發揮淨盡,不能再戰,唯有留待下次,才能一嘗這裡的甜品,試試這裡製作甜品的功夫了。這確是一頓令自己吃得甚為愜意的晚餐,希望老婆仔同樣喜歡自己這次我為她精心挑選的選擇吧:):):)!…Read More
