今日星期六,難得放假,好想食茶餐廳呀!見荃灣呢間好似好多人推介,專程由中環搭地鐵來試!(原來由中環搭去荃灣真真真真係好遠!)1:30pm左右來到,好彩唔洗排隊!看見佢的午餐好似幾吸引,所以就點這個!不知從何時開始愛上了喝啡走 (即咖啡以錬奶代替花奶)。但這杯啡走不夠香濃,可能太大杯了吧!友人點了凍檸茶,OK啦!蕃茄湯牛肉螺絲粉: 很難得整碗粉都很夠熱!加了很多分!而且上面有garnishing,好有心思呀!螺絲粉亦煮得剛好,不會太軟太稔,藉得一讚!可惜牛肉是用梳打粉醃了很久那種,沒有牛肉應有的質感和味道,所以有點失望。蕃茄湯夠THICK,味道剛好。蕃茄湯豬潤公仔麵: 豬潤很稔!下次一定會選這款代替牛肉!火腿牛乳炒蛋加蒜茸牛油脆豬仔包: 蒜茸牛油脆豬仔包焗得很脆,喜歡蒜茸的朋友一定喜歡。牛乳炒蛋有點點蛋腥味。今次來的目標是瑞士汁雞脾 ($28,要獨立點):完全沒有失望!瑞士汁不會太鹹,仲好香甜添!雞脾煮得很入味,肉質也很好,火候剛剛好。下次一定會再點! …Read More

平時放工去荃灣行都會間中去呢間樓下冰室, 平時都是晚上18:30左右食所以從不用等位今天第一次中午1點去, 外面都有7,8個人等緊位, 好在今天同朋友2人等了10分鐘就入得去蓄茄炒蛋是每次必點的, 我也會選貴一些48蚊餐有多隻瑞士汁雞脾平時18:30前去落單是下午茶包飲料...今日得飲料半價, 我決定食完再出去買野飲朋友唔肚餓陪我食所以叫了個西多士, 落單阿姐好似有D驚訝佢叫了西多士中午太好生意, 個個待應都好忙.....就連我呢條蕃茄意粉都睇落好"混亂"咁平時必叫小辣但今日有少少喉嚨痛唔敢叫,  不過保持水準蕃茄味濃, 蛋滑平時晚上食的雞脾好似比較入味D, 中午都OK ge朋友的西多算"大舊", 不過分3包糖槳整出來好麻煩, 客易整到成手都係朋友食了一個就話唔多想食... 我喉嚨痛都要去試下!西多士炸得太耐, 又乾又硬, 入面的花生醬又乾又無味....果然唔好食可能因為午市太忙, 西多士多要另外幫我地整.....下次唔好中午叫呢D野平時食都覺得幾好, 今日中午真係差了好多....下次都係少人D的時間先會再來…Read More
