一直有想為這間食店寫食評又一直不知如何落手。這間食店好像也無需本少為他推薦。懂它的自然會慕名而至。食店交通位置算是頗不方便。大角咀與深水埗之間。但也總是滿座。而這間食店的食品幾乎每一道菜,都炒得很有水準。有大排檔的鑊氣香味,又有點大酒樓的精緻與細膩。當然座位與環境又比大排檔勝得多。稍微正經的飯宴如家庭聚會就較適合。再簡單點形容,是地道草根的炒菜香味,但環境沒有變得同樣哩啡。最後,本少在這次宵夜隨意點的幾味菜又隨意品評一下。炒蜆~這裡的貝殼類炒菜全部都很有鑊香。你會懷疑他由大排檔外帶過來。炒豆苗~食得出菜很新鮮,稍微可以挑骨頭說多油了一點。雖則本少不介意,但愛健康的女士可能有考慮。琵琶豆腐~前設是這味菜為本少最喜歡的菜式之一,去過很多食店點過,大都一般。這裡是暫時本少心中做得最好的一間。豆腐裡的內涵份量十足。與豆腐的混合來得恰到好處。是豆腐的華麗魔法變身。不喜歡豆腐的也會喜歡。加上獻汁送飯一流。咕嚕肉~這個相反,設設是本少最沒好感的一味菜。只因本少不愛酸。但就算如此這裡也弄得挺不錯。我有試了一口,肉不會太硬或太諗。也沒有很酸很甜。即使是我這前設也入得了口而不突兀。最後要說到價錢。是有點貴的。應該100以上。但現在大排檔不知怎的也不便宜。這樣相對之下這裡就變得不貴了。價比還是可以。…Read More

昨天老板請食飯.....開頭都唔知去邊到食架...之後去到先知係(萬發)..聽就聽得多..今次第一次黎...聽講化皮乳豬好出名.....今日要試下先,  老板點左6道菜....當中有雞煲翅....正呀!!!! 先黎..乳豬皮脆肉嫩..:脆皮入口即化...肉嫩有肉汁...GOOD!!!炒土豆絲: 不錯, 酸may may, 少辣, 可作為開胃小菜!!!雪裡紅石頭芥蘭 :芥蘭很嫩, 沒有青澀味, 有少少辣, 好惹味!咕嚕肉:最簡單的菜式..一試就知道大廚功力...香脆有骨有肉.外脆內軟,甜酸平衡,不會像其他鋪叫生炒骨...正琵琶豆腐:唔會好乾, 都唔會太油, 面有DD脆,內裏軟滑,加上汁醬一起...好味最後全晚精選(雞煲翅):用料十足.全隻雞湯底鮮甜到不得之了單看這些翅也不是下價野!乳白色的湯水味道很舒服,一點也不油膩.雞肉肉質嫩滑,值得推介!最後忍唔住叫碗白飯....整番碗魚翅撈飯先得呀!!!!!....萬發海鮮火鍋菜館直得一來再來的好地方^^…Read More
