早前在社交平台有留意到這間越南餐廳,我想好多人和我一樣,都是因為搶眼的燈籠打卡位,原來地點在銅鑼灣方便也就腳,今次就和朋友來聚聚試試吃。我們一行人3大1小,點了幾個菜,"街頭小食滋味拼盤" $208豬肉春卷﹑雞翼﹑甘蔗蝦和甘蔗豬也很惹味,正常越南餐廳的菜色不算特別驚喜,不過醬汁開胃,大家一起吃頗不錯。"即叫即蒸手工粉包"(6件) $118好香的冬菇味道,加了豬肉以為清清的,不油不膩,原來都很夠味,個人來說喜歡這道。主食方面,我們點了"豬湯檬" $119一碗有齊豬扎肉﹑豬耳扎肉﹑炸豬扎肉﹑豬肋骨﹑豬肉丸和豬肉碎,完全沒骨方便小朋友吃,湯底清得來亦好香,豬肋入味軟腍,扎肉帶魚露香氣,少少彈性很好吃,看似平平無奇的湯檬原來味道很好,小朋友也添吃。"越式香茅豬肉飯伴特色蛋餅" $128香茅豬肉份量算多,伴著香料和蛋餅亦是不錯的主食,香口得來亦不會過重口味。甜點必叫"班蘭布甸法包配自家製椰子雪糕" $128Menu說明這個甜品須時20分鐘,我們和主食一同order不過都要等一段時間,可能因為星期五晚餐廳都比較忙,上桌的時候法包熱烘烘的,外皮非常香脆,內裡布甸是軟滑流心的程度,而且好香好香班蘭味,友人覺得稍甜,但我個人是好喜歡,加上椰子雪糕味道天然不膩,我覺得實在是值得為了它來一趟餐廳晚餐時段有歌手獻唱,氣氛很好,不過當日打卡的露台位置Full了未能安排,覺得有一點點可惜。…Read More
