Ojikamiya originates from Taiwan specializing in Japanese style soufflé pancakes and drinks made of ingredients mainly from Japan, Taiwan and Australia. It serves takeaway only. ◽️今次要介紹嘅餐廳係來自台灣台南嘅王子神谷，佢位於尖沙咀嘅香港首店剛於本年8月尾開張，而梳乎厘班戟更係王子神谷嘅主打，有唔同嘅口味可供選擇。Oji-kamiya originates from Taiwan Tainan, and it has opened its first Hong Kong store at Tsim Sha Tsui this August. Japanese style souffle pancakes with different flavours are their specialities.◾️珍珠瀑布 (Pearl Syrup) $48梳乎厘班戟即叫即製，雖然要等10分鐘以上，但保證每一塊都係新鮮熱辣辣。味道方面，蛋味香濃，而且雲呢拿醬甜而不膩。而雙層嘅梳乎厘班戟厚度十足，若質感更鬆軟則更佳。滿溢嘅珍珠好吸引眼球，但質感不夠煙韌。整體而言，味道、外觀、價錢都具競爭力，若能改善質感問題則能更上一層樓。All souffle pancakes are cooked after you have made an order. Although it takes more than 10 minutes of waiting time, freshly made pancakes worth it. The taste of eggs is fragrant, with vanilla sauce giving an adequate sweetness to the pancake. The double-layered souffle pancakes are thick, with numerous amount of pearls. Overall, it is attractive in taste, appearance and price.
