To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日可免費到海洋公園,今年也來湊湊熱鬧,順道探探孿生熊貓「家姐」和「細佬」。午飯時間須在園內用膳,海龍王餐廳名字霸氣,於是便決定在此一試其水準。海龍王餐廳的賣點是從上而下觀看如大銀幕的水族館景,感覺與別不同。午市有套餐供應,時間雖然不緊迫,但也不想費神,因此套餐正好合適。💢羊肚菌花膠雞蓉羹雞蓉羹的賣相與想像的不同,味道與攤販售賣的碗仔翅有點相似,湯羹的材料豐富但卻很細碎,比較難品味個別食材的味道。💢菌王黑松露蝦球蝦球的塊頭頗大,口感爽彈,大概用的是雪貨罷,然而蝦味還是可以的,蝦球與雜菌雖然只是合成的關係,但也沒有違和感。💢紅酒燴澳洲牛面頰牛面頰的份量很大,而且燴得相當軟綿,醬汁的調味也恰到好處,要是菜式的溫度能再高一點便相當完美。💢上湯金柱泡時菜基本是家常的灼時菜,時菜是油麥菜,上湯的味道很清淡,灑上少許炸瑤柱碎旨在為青菜提升身價,對味道的影響不大。💢玉桂蘋果芭菲芭菲的玉桂味非常突出,加上原條雲呢拿的加持,整個甜品香氣十足,甜度也非常合香港人的要求。水果質素一般,亮點是種類比較多。餐廳的冷氣有點大,因此餐後的一杯熱茶令我們可多坐一會兒。離開公園的時候,清理口袋才發現園方有贈送給生日人仕一張八折的餐廳優惠券,可惜慣常大意,白白浪費了優惠。…Read More

適逢生日一家三口去海洋公園玩返日,多年後再到海龍王餐廳用餐,餐廳都已經由西餐變左中餐。於網上訂座時,有提前要求希望坐近魚缸位置。可能因為平日中午,餐廳連一半入座率都冇,亦成功被安排要求位置,3個人安排坐一張8人長枱。兩個大人叫左兩份中式套餐:湯+主菜+蔬菜 +白飯+餐飲頭抽乾蔥鱸魚柳 ($390/set) 做到外脆內軟,全餐飯最好食!紅酒燴澳洲牛面頰($410/set)食落無論質感同味道都似台式牛肉面既牛𦟌,呢個再淋少少。個底有紅蘿蔔墊底。湯羹,菜,甜品都係普通。可能最新去過迪士尼酒店都係食午市中餐,有比較有傷害。跟餐凍飲唔使加錢。服務方面:未落單前有位服務員送餐埋黎,即刻比一位疑似經理既男士喝止。服務員冇留意到我只係剛坐底故之然有問題,但經理又好似惡左d。落單時候有位服務員聽完一次我食咩之後,唔夠幾秒有另一個人埋黎問多我一次叫左d 咩,佢既覆單係錯左一半。食左一陣想搵服務員幫手影完合照,係舉極手都冇人,有兩個服務員/經理只係企近入口位置。最後到自己自拍完食左一陣有另一個女服務員係附近,終於成功請到佢幫我地影相,但佢講普通話,又唔太聽得明廣東話咁。結論係雖然事隔多年,但兩次到訪海龍皇餐廳後都係覺得餐廳係"食環境",服務同味道都令人失望。…Read More

一家人帶爺爺嚟海洋公園,想佢坐得舒服啲所以決定嚟海龍王餐廳食午餐。我哋預早一星期訂位,但嗰時成個公園嘅餐廳都已經full booking,於是當日正午我哋準時用Gulu 攞飛,最終喺晏晝兩點鐘入座。全靠侍應姐姐貼心安排,我地一行八人可以坐喺最近水族箱嘅兩張檯,欣賞各式各樣嘅海魚喺眼前來回追逐。我嗰檯四個人嗌咗三個套餐,每個套餐包湯、小菜、時蔬、甜品、白飯同飲品,加埋已經夠四個人食。我地另外加咗$15叫杯啤酒。而我地叫咗嘅三個小菜,包括紅酒燴和牛面頰、黑松露蝦球同醬燒鱸魚,賣相同味道都OK,以遊樂場黎講算唔錯。其中最推薦醬燒鱸魚,表面鬆脆而肉質依然鮮嫩,而且份量好足。其他食物黎講係玉桂蘋果芭菲幾有驚喜,除咗擺盤有隻企鵝仔幾趣緻外,食落唔止香甜亦有雪糕清涼口感。整體黎講,主題公園嘅餐廳一般都係快餐自助形式而且人山人海(尤其疫情期間海洋公園同迪士尼都唔係開晒全部餐廳),但喺呢度就可以坐定定等上菜,同時欣賞海洋風光,算係值回票價。而且到訪當日雖然係星期六,但公園各項機動遊戲,包括動感快車、熱帶激流、越礦飛車、滑浪飛船等都唔開,所以慶幸有喺水族館食呢餐,算係我地旅程嘅highlight。…Read More
