去親大埔就會想食蕃滿門，諗起蕃茄湯酸酸辣辣，就流口水啦我食開米線既，因為夠掛湯，我平時食譚仔三少辣既，呢度既小辣係冇辣味，至少都要叫中辣起我呢度大辣都食到，但朝早第一餐廢時食咁濃味就叫左中辣😂個炒蛋就不嬲都出色既，夠大年夠厚身。我自己最中意跟既小食係豬手，因為佢炸得好爽脆，加埋個芥末醬，好惹味！鹽酥雞都不過不失，都大份既魚柳我就略嫌細份左啲啦全都都熱辣辣上黎，即炸既雖然野食唔錯，但我覺得啲枱面可以抺乾淨啲🙈…Read More

香港很多地方也有蕃茄湯底，但要做到跟這間同一水準的，看來沒有多少間可做到!海寶花園這間分店是新開的，不知道是不是因為新開緣故，不用排隊便可直接進內了。蕃茄湯底是必選的! 湯底香甜濃郁，攪拌一下，會發現很多半溶狀態的蕃茄，非常足料。嫩滑的炒蛋也是加分位，水準拍得上澳牛質素! 我喜歡將它與濃湯拌勻，每口也充滿著蕃茄及蛋的香味。單吃這個，已經很滿足!豬手外皮香脆，但肉質依然保持嫩滑。沾一點芥末醬，更添味覺享受。香酥雞扒同樣炸得香脆，但炸粉略嫌有一點厚身，但味道調得剛好，不用其他醬料已非常入味，不錯!…Read More
