小肥舊年做咗「LUBUDS」會員,年尾就用哂啲分黎換現金券。因每次只可以用一張,而且要九十天內使用,週四晚即帶同家人一試集團旗下位於時代廣場食通天嘅日式料理「鮨穴」。餐店正門右方圍住紅帶,相信入夜後會排哂長龍,好在計劃周詳嘅XO仔早已於網上訂座,不過大家要留意用餐時間限定為九十分鐘。排隊等位時可參閱左旁嘅海報推介及多頁中、日、英對照嘅彩圖餐牌(資訊亦可於餐廳官方網頁下載)。室內前方位置嘅水吧可見多樽日本清酒及證書。用餐大堂樓底高高,十分開揚。最右方為壽司吧位。四口子被安排入座左方巨魚牆下嘅半梳化式圓枱,夠哂鬆動。經驗較淺嘅年輕服務生態度尚算良好,遇上問題都會搵上司幫忙,完全冇敷衍了事。家人都好滿意食物唔會一窩蜂咁出,傳菜姐姐都勤奮有禮,唯一最唔衛生就係個時令精選推介餐牌,舖哂塵之餘仲好油!特上壽司拼盤($458):拼盤共有十二件大路嘅壽司款式,包括軟潤嘅赤身同三文魚壽司、肥美嘅拖羅壽司、爽脆嘅牡丹蝦壽司、鮮嫩嘅火炙左口魚裙邊壽司等,四人分黎食可各取所好。靜岡產高糖度蕃茄佐黑松露鹽($88):大肥爸爸大讚蕃茄片爽甜多汁,點上鹽粉更有提鮮之效!蔥吞拿魚腩薄脆($58/兩件):小食底層塊米餅脆卜卜,無奈色澤粉白嘅吞拿魚腩蓉食落唔得鮮潤之餘,其霉霉嚡嚡嘅質感欠缺幼嫩,失色得很!日本產黑毛和牛刺身($328/六片):或許紅白紋理鮮明嘅和牛刺身切得唔夠薄同未解凍得夠,和牛冰硬得黎感覺就好似食緊片牛油咁,不吃也吧!燒安心雞配柚子蘿蔔漬($138):燒雞肉偏乾同嚡,最正只有脆巧嘅雞皮。照燒佐賀和牛($468):三成熟嘅和牛方磚紅潤鬆軟,連同金脆嘅蒜片更覺香濃惹味,比起之前嗰味和牛刺身可口得多,伴配嘅麻醬沙律亦清新爽脆,實屬整晚之最。天婦羅菜式均配三色鹽粉及天婦羅汁。野菜天扶良($108/七本):野菜天婦羅嘅炸漿脆薄鬆化,唯一有點失望嘅就係七件中冇一件係菇類。活蝦天扶良($248/五本):分開炸出嘅蝦頭橙美香脆,而且一啲渣都冇,不過金黃亮麗嘅蝦身咬落卻偏腍兼唔得爽脆。「鮨穴」舒適企理,服務優良,日式料理水準甚為參差,商場餐廳黎講價格唔算平,不過對可享優惠嘅會員黎講相信可以比多次機會嘅。…Read More

是有訂左位唔洗等直接入得,因為甘啱有時代廣場劵,所以都唔介意食得豪啲,叫左好多野食。先講講環境先,暗暗地座位寬敞舒適。因為四人限聚關係,我地6人被分配左兩張枱。野食方面我地冷盤叫左三文魚他他沙律、特上壽司拼盤、帶子卷同辛味吞拿魚卷。熱食一人一個主食,我自己點左天婦羅炸蝦配冷烏冬,朋友們點左一個鰻魚石鍋飯同牛肉湯烏冬,另外仲點左啲串燒,我自己揀左燒雞翼同雞軟骨,朋友就揀左免治雞肉同雞肉大蔥。先講冷盤兩個卷先,帶子卷都新鮮,冇啲唔靚帶子既霉味,唔錯。而果辛味吞拿魚卷就有啲失望啦,唔辣但果辣醬味好濃,係韓式辣醬味黎,所以蓋過哂吞拿魚既味道,唔係難食,但果辣醬有啲冇誠意。而果三文魚他他沙律,啲菜都算新鮮,但朋友都食到某啲菜有苦味,果三文魚好唔錯,厚切得黎側邊有輕輕燒過,呢啲細節位幾有心思,三文魚同菜既比例係一比一,個人黎講因為中意食沙律所以如果多返啲菜會好啲,但如果對主打魚生既人黎講佢就好抵食啦!整體好食,但要扣分係果沙律上得較遲,食左唔少熱食先黎,節序有啲亂左。黎得食日本野點少得壽司,是日重點當然就係呢個特上壽司拼盤啦!唔係每款我都有食,我食左吞拿魚卷,覺得呢個好食過之前既辛味吞拿魚卷,海膽冇臭味,但未至於係靚海膽,魚方面我覺得群邊同油甘魚唔錯。朋友都話食落整體都係好食,食材新鮮既,冇一舊係伏。甘串燒方面,我食左雞翼同雞軟骨,雞翼會冇咩味,要自己加啲七味粉,但佢燒得岩岩好,仲有肉汁流出黎,雞軟骨冇咩特別。朋友食免治雞肉有加一粒生蛋醬油俾佢,佢話食落有雞軟骨粒係入邊,口感有層次。到熱食,我食果個天婦羅炸蝦配冷烏冬,要讚既係冷烏冬做到夠凍又唔會一餅野,醬汁岩味唔太咸,有時出邊會食到好咸醬果烏冬又一忽暖既,佢完全唔會,但美中不足係炸蝦連烏冬上,所以其中一邊接觸到果烏冬搞到果皮冧左,建議可以另上唔會搞到果天婦羅冧左影響食感。朋友果鰻魚石鍋飯,我試左少少鰻魚,唔係霉既,唔錯。整體黎講,食物質素唔錯,食材都新鮮,但我食既我都搵唔到特別出色都令我留下深刻印象既。服務方面,佢地服務真係好好,不斷幫你加茶,又好快幫你收走食完既碟,仲會提醒客人鍋邊熱呢啲,唔止一個店員,而係接觸到既店員個個態度都甘好,抵讚。…Read More
