Order and waiting timeThis is another restaurant you have to allow 5-10 mins from order to food being ready. Do not trust the 30 mins waiting time in the openrice app. If you come get your food within 10 mins from ordering, you will get the ramen in hot and freshly prepared state~ You won't regret it!The placeIf you just happen to walk pass this place, you would wonder why it was so empty, even when it was dinner time! But luckily I read the reviews in advance so I wasn't prejudice when I saw no-one eating inside. But during covid, you might prefer an empty place with less people too..The food特上原味豬骨拉麵The pieces of pork you get is more than usual, I think there are at least 4, same goes for the 特上日本芥末拉麵, I have never had any ramen in other places that has more than 3 pieces, mostly only 2... and worst had only 1!!! So for meat lovers (plus) ramen lovers, this place is a must. The soup base tasted genuine and your lips would become sticky after eating this, I guess it's the oil or collagen from the soup. 特上日本芥末拉麵 For people do not eat wasabi, this seems like a dish for crazies... or hardcore fans.... like me? I even drank some of the soup while eating the ramen, your mouth was filled with wasabi, but it didn't feel like a "punishment" if you really like wasabi. But beware, it does have a strong wasabi taste. Though I just happen to find it great! The seaweed are separated from the ramen to prevent it from being soggy, though the seaweed definitely wasn't crispy. Dunno if it's because of take-away or it's just like that. The half onsen egg? taste good and makes you want to find the other half, just like when you were single... *cough cough*日式餃子 For $35, I probably won't order this again myself, but it did taste alright. Though I think the ramen itself was already enough.男爵牛肉薯餅I ordered it simply because I am also a hashbrown-maniac... but for $18, this is just too small! japanese style small, like japanese men.... I mean their height in general... *cough cough x 2* But nonetheless it tasted fine. Did I get a stomach-ache after this...?Nope, most of it was cooked food I guess, except the egg I suppose, but I was fine still! So eat away! Would I recommend this to others...?Yes!! 今日喺黃埔上糧,行遠少少去咗新開左好耐嘅8號水產覓食,呢間拉麵店位置雖然有啲隔涉,但係整體合格,如果下次去黃埔都可以再encore-做咗功課得知特上同普通嘅分別,特上配料會比較多,有齊豬腩肉同豬肩肉、糖心蛋同埋紫菜,咁我當然就揀咗特上啦。叉燒肥瘦適中唔會太鞋或者太油膩、有燒過-麵底我就揀咗曲麵、硬度適中,食落彈牙。我個人比較鍾情極之濃厚嘅豬骨湯底,我覺得如果湯底可以再濃厚啲就perfect池。-另外,黑蒜油豬骨湯底就感覺有啲唔湯唔水,黑蒜油味蓋過咗豬骨湯味,變咗好似兩個喺度爭風頭,最後兩個味都食唔出,所以兩款比較都係覺得原味豬骨湯正啲!-小食叫咗一客餃子同埋炸軟殼蟹,餃子叫做合格餡料夠唔會鬆泡泡,但係味道比較淡無乜驚喜;反而炸軟殼蟹就炸得認真唔錯,即叫即炸脆卜卜熱辣辣,唔會食到成口油…Read More

上次黎過黃埔九號水產,已經發現呢間豚道樂,一直都想試下今日星期六又黎到黃埔,睇完隔離既超市,就順道入去豚道樂醫肚裝修幾跟足日本拉麵店,有bar 枱亦有二人枱,雖然我地坐左二人枱,見到原來bar枱下面有掛鉤之餘仲有usb叉電位,夠貼心係枱上擺左好多款調味料,仲有冰水,日本人就算係冬天都係飲冰水架我已經揀左好要食特上魚介豚骨拉麵,但睇漏左原來係平日限定,我真係無緣食我地最後要左特上原味豬骨& 特上黑蒜油拉麵, 係張order紙到揀好要直麵或曲麵,麵硬度,有無蔥等等另外加左個炸紫菜墨魚咀,炸得幾乾身,香脆可口,透出淡淡紫菜味特上原味豬骨拉麵,賣相幾豐富,有豬肩肉,豬腩肉,紫菜,溏心蛋奶白色豬骨湯底,味道濃郁而直拉麵先係正宗九州拉麵,有彈性又爽口豬肩肉比較瘦但有咬口,而豬腩肉肥美得難以抗拒,所以推介食特上之選有齊呢兩種,如果揀經濟之選,就只可以揀一款,仲要無紫菜同溏心蛋tim而另一碗特上黑蒜油拉麵,湯底都係濃郁豬骨湯底,但多左黑蒜油&炸蒜,令整體味道更有層次仲有溏心蛋呈於半溶狀態,都做得好好大家share左一支山桃梨梳打,係炭酸果汁,將果香混合,飲起黎非常爽,而且味道獨特,易入口,唔會似藥水味…Read More
