To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友話見到雜誌介紹,好似幾好味,一行二人去試吓。食物:-試了三款牛肉,其中一款試了兩款味,依最喜歡排序為:-腹胸肉(塩鹽):很軟熟,輕輕的嘴嚼幾口便可以吞,無根,牛肉味濃,超喜歡,必食推介腹胸肉(味噌):有齊塩鹽味的特點,但較為鹹上級牛肋肉(燒肉汁):牛肉味濃。軟熟程度不及腹胸肉,價錢亦較腹胸肉貴,與腹胸肉相比,我會推介腹胸肉。但獨立去試此食材,不作比較,此食材亦相當不錯。肩肉:有根,價錢與腹胸肉相同,我不建議試此款牛油帶子:超級細粒,我本人較為孤陋寡聞,我之前從來未於食肆上見過未煮熟的帶子可以這麼細粒。煮熟後,更加細粒,可以不用咬已經整粒吞柚子醋銀雪魚:很細塊,只適合細食的小朋友份量,比較鹹。針對此食物的服務評語,就看下文牛角沙律:材料新鮮,醬汁幾好味野菜盛合:包括有2大件洋葱、4片超薄雞脾菇、2片超薄南瓜、2件小粟米、2件鮮冬菇、2條蘆荀。我和朋友都覺得此款十分唔抵,食材普通,除了洋葱和蘆荀比較正常外,其他都是迷你版石鍋牛肉泡菜飯:飯是珍珠米,牛肉碎上,攪拌後令到每口都有齊牛肉和飯。上枱時的賣相不錯,排列整齊(可惜忘記了影相)。因為個石鍋太熱,如果不喜歡吃飯焦人士,請以極快速度盛起所有材料,因為很快變焦。針對此食物的服務評語,就看下文牛角雪糕:即是抹茶雪糕加黃豆粉,我和朋友都覺得不是很好味,綠茶味太淡,絕對不值十九元兩杯可樂:味道正常,勁多冰調味料:-總共有三款,已放於桌上,我和朋友只試了魔法鹽,只放少少已經勁鹹,莫非此店對"魔法"的解釋是"勁鹹"?入座時的服務:-是日是星期五,朋友叫早些去,因為很多人的。我於下午五時十三分已到達,見到門口有人等,接待處無職員。坐了一陣後,有店員由店內走出來,我於是截住店員,對話內容如下:-我話:請問有無籌?店員話:無。我話:現在五點幾咋,咁快無籌?店員話:等陣,叫另一店員出來於是此店員便走入店內,由另一店員走出來,,對話內容如下:-店員話:無籌。我話:請問幾多點派籌?店員話:六點。我話:現在五點幾咋,你們話無籌!店員話:是booking full哂,可以等六點取籌店員便離開了。*請大家留意,以上對話內容沒有被刪減*大約五分鐘後,我見到有客人進入店舖,並獲安排入坐。我於是進入店內,問店員是否現在可以入坐。店員竟然答可以。我即時O嘴。我於門口時為何無店員告訴我,此其一。此店時是無時間限制的,為何不早些讓顧客入坐,此其二。門口有老人家又有BB連BB車在等位,既然可以入坐,為何不叫人入坐,此其三。(當我問到可以入坐後,我行出門口告訴他們可以入坐)食物的服務:-柚子醋銀雪魚:當此碟食物上枱時,我們問了店員要煮多久。店員建議打開個錫紙煮。我們於是打開個錫紙煮,怎知煮了很久都未熟。於是找另一店員,店員話要把錫紙封好,利用錫紙的熱力把魚煮熟的。(我和朋友即時O嘴,為何兩位店員教的方法是不同的???)石鍋牛肉泡菜飯:點菜時我已問店員會否很辣。店員話不會,並話如果怕辣,建議泡菜可以另上。我們同意此做法。可惜當上菜時,泡菜沒有另上。(既然做不到泡菜另上,便不應建議此做法啦!!!)環境:-普通,無特別…Read More

聽聞LCX轉換了幾家食店, 今天六時許到來逛逛, 為了避免排隊等吃, 二話不說見到牛角便進去了! 是晚夜景清楚, 店內環境舒適, 枱面寛闊, 枱與枱之間位置足夠, 印象良好!點了牛角沙律為前菜 開胃的味道, 充足的份量, 令人滿意接著便是一連串的肉食,牛舌, 牛胸腹, 和牛, 雞肉等全部新鮮非常, 味道一流, 肉被醃製得恰到好處, 網燒的效果很好, 令肉的鮮味帶出, 嫩口美味, 加上野菜盛合, 絕配呢!還有石頭飯, 不過不失, 配以清湯, 大家很也滿意最後來個綠茶雪糕銅鑼燒職員特意換了新的網, 好讓找們燒這個甜品, 各面二十秒, 效果良好, 外脆內凍, 非常新奇, 味道十分配合!服務很好, 是近來外出用餐少遇見的, 大家也留意到這點喔!…Read More
