跟好友相聚,去吃烤肉是不錯的選擇。之前來過牛匠石燒吃午餐,今次就來吃晚飯。幸好有預先訂位,平日晚上都不少客人。小食、烤肉、主食等想吃就點,不久就上好菜,滿滿一枱好開心!一來當然先烤肉😍日本A4鹿兒島牛肩肉 $278牛肩的肉雪花紋理清晰、分佈平均,肌肉部分的肉色紅潤,望著都知道高質。烤的時候也沒有出很多油,呈淡淡的啡色,肉質仍算軟滑,牛肉及牛油味道甘香濃厚。原汁原味已經好正,沾醬汁加上甜味也好吃。還有一種推薦食法就是點個生菜蒜片盤,用清爽的生菜包著吃讓口感更豐富;生蒜片更帶來辛辣刺激感。厚切特上牛舌combo $158一個set有齊薄片和厚切版本,作為牛舌愛好者的我當然不能錯過!厚切的中後段舌根部分不得了,咬下去先柔嫩後微彈,有著甘香的油花,濃郁的味道充滿整個口腔,一定要慢慢嘆。薄切舌尖的部分大大片,口感較為結實,爽口彈牙很有咬勁,每口都咬出牛肉汁。不想浪費烤肉的肉汁,點個味素飯配溫泉蛋吃就最適合不過了!溫泉蛋還可以作醬汁沾牛肉吃,多重滋味。另外還有滑溜的清湯湯烏冬及濃郁的味噌湯也不錯。明太子脆豆腐 $58除了烤肉,我們也點了一些小食。熱的脆炸豆腐加上較涼的明太子醬,溫差使其更易入口。明太子醬汁份量十足,味道鮮美中帶微辣,跟炸香的豆腐好夾。唐揚墨魚咀 $58大大粒墨魚咀加上調味粉炸得外皮香口酥脆、內側墨魚咀爽口爆汁,加上微酸檸檬汁及蛋黃醬後更惹味。牛匠彩虹水果茶 $68吃烤肉當然要喝凍飲!大推牛匠彩虹水果茶,一大瓶上,有齊新鮮菠蘿、藍莓、橙、百香果等大量水果,味道微酸甜又清新,喝下去非常舒服又涼快,爽。桂花果釀四季春 $38頂層的芝士奶蓋十分濃稠,如厚忌廉般柔滑棉密,帶海鹽鹹香味道。底部的清香桂花果釀四季春,香味在口中回甘,跟奶蓋層形成強烈對比。這晚餐非常豐富,有優質和牛、滋味小食、清爽飲品,我倆都好滿足。…Read More

今晚繼續試新野。地點係尖沙咀既牛匠石燒,係一間日本烤肉店,主打石燒牛,即係用熱石黎燒牛。餐牌有和牛系列,燒肉盛合,石燒單點,鐵板類,熟物,一品料理,飲品。呢度都有套餐。今晚第一次黎,叫左兩份單點燒肉,兩份小食,一份配菜,兩份主食,同兩杯飲品分享。枱面上有墊枱紙教你點燒。等服務員先加酒精,然後等兩分鐘就加牛脂係張牛油紙上面,之後就可以自己動手燒。石燒好處係無油煙,較網燒健康,不過會比較慢少少,適合慢慢燒慢慢食。枱上面仲有一次性圍裙比我地。安格斯牛小排 $188 另加一安格斯牛小排一客8片,油花好靚。我燒得唔太熟就食,食落非常嫩口,牛味都唔錯。我加整穿左既溫泉蛋一齊食,就更加滑溜又有蛋香,真心推介。伴有一隻大冬菇,椰菜絲同半粒車厘茄,蔬菜量足又新鮮,大冬菇燒黎食啖啖肉。鹿兒島無激素雞頸肉150g $98 另加一鹿兒島無激素雞頸肉一客8條,我自己燒得又滑又嫩又爽爽地,好味道,點唔點醬汁都好食。如果燒熟d會更香口。呢個雞頸肉我鍾意點枱上既蒜香芝麻醬食。同牛小排一樣,伴有一隻大冬菇,椰菜絲同半粒車厘茄。燒原隻日本魷魚 $128 另加一燒原隻日本魷魚好多肉食,廚師已經切好一啖size好易食。魷魚肉有嚼勁不過好易咬開,醬汁少少辣好惹味,面頭加上蔥花同白芝麻粒,伴有半粒車厘茄同椰菜絲可減膩,仲有一片檸檬。明太子玉子燒 $48 另加一明太子玉子燒一客三件,凍既厚厚玉子包住蔥,面頭加左明太子醬同蔥花加白芝麻粒,食落明太子醬非常惹味,好開胃。伴有半粒車厘茄。味素飯大大碗,面頭有好多味素同櫻花蝦,仲有紫菜碎。溫泉蛋大大隻,可以撈埋同飯一齊食,令個飯更濕潤同香滑,面頭加上葱花同白芝麻粒。麵豉湯有好多昆布,唔會太鹹。湯烏冬湯烏冬超滑溜,簡單加上昆布,葱花同白芝麻粒,味道清淡不過夠味,食完唔會太飽。蒜片生菜 $38 另加一服務員介紹呢個配菜,仲熱情教我地點食。先燒熟蒜片,然後用生菜包住蒜片同雞頸肉,清新生菜可以平衡燒肉油膩感,真係一個唔錯既食法。牛匠彩虹水果茶 $68 另加一牛匠彩虹水果茶超大杯,味道係香甜果汁中帶少少茶味。除左三串菠蘿外,入面有橙,西柚,檸檬,好幾粒藍莓,士多啤梨肉,特別係大量粒粒熱情果核,加添咬口,味道口感不俗,又解渴又健康。草莓乳酸 $36 另加一草莓乳酸用膠杯上,都好大杯。入面有好多新鮮士多啤梨粒,飲品氣量適當。食物質素都唔錯,座位舒適,有私隱度,服務員態度非常友善,仲會主動加火同幫我地燒。真心期待下次再黎,可以約多d朋友一齊食。…Read More
