今日去太古睇戲,睇完戲之後男朋友建議直接係太古食埋飯,所以就決定睇下附近有咩食。因為想食中菜,係康怡廣場行左個圈見到玉桃軒,記得之前去過銅鑼灣分店飲茶,野食都唔錯,所以就入左去。  星期一至五晚市有好幾款優惠,全部都好抵食,不過要留意每枱淨係可以揀一款。男朋友好想食片皮鴨,所以就直接揀左老京城片皮鴨,加$68仲可以一鴨兩食,不過我地得兩個人怕食唔晒所以今次無叫到。除左片皮鴨,我地仲叫左一個薑葱焗日本珍珠蠔煲。  先講片皮鴨,除左鴨外會跟埋麼麼皮、京葱、青瓜同甜麵醬。一隻鴨上到枱發現原份量真係好大,鴨皮香口重油香,配上青瓜中和油膩感,男朋友食唔停口。第二樣抵讚既係,呢度唔似坊間其他餐廳啲配料經常唔夠包鴨食,佢地配料都俾到好足,食完啲鴨仲有剩。  而薑葱焗日本珍珠蠔煲,份量都好多,有六七隻蠔。蠔夠大隻肥美,吸晒薑葱既香味,好正! 整體黎講,食物質素唔錯,價錢合理,下次可能會帶屋企長輩黎食。…Read More

港島東大學朋友聚會,雖然北角今晚很危險,仍然無阻我和一班朋友在港島東吃晚飯,為了片皮鴨再次來到玉桃軒。今晚都很熱鬧很多人,六個人坐了卡枱。餐牌有片皮鴨加燉湯套餐,立即叫了!閒日價錢都不錯只要$398。燉湯先來,很濃的鴨味,又有野菌香味和鮮肉味道,像精華般濃厚,可惜份量比較少,每人只喝到一碗。唯有當少食多滋味。主角片皮鴨,脂肪不多但外皮很脆,紅色的鴨肉質感結實,有少少鴨油味融在口中,沾上海鮮醬和夾青瓜加蔥絲,多種滋味夾在一起!片皮鴨真是世間美食!飯後甜品少不了,難得酒樓有最愛的紫米露,$15一碗都幾平。椰汁味幾濃,紫米是很滋潤的有利腸胃。朋友意猶未盡點了一份馬拉糕,顏色是傳統的麥黃色,質感鬆軟!食物都不錯而且不算貴,得閒再嚟!…Read More

有個朋友從澳洲黎香港探我和家人,當然要盡地主之而,和他們食個晚飯。星期五晚,周圍都很爆滿和有限用餐時間;所以我們預早去坐位置,最後便選了玉桃軒!看看菜單,我們點了~片皮鴨兩食(優惠價:$178)~晚膳三寶($298)首先來的是片皮鴨包鴨的皮熱辣辣,皮又薄,味道相當好;兩食,有生菜包鴨鬆👍🏻😋鴨鬆美味,配上生菜無咁溜晚膳三寶:菠羅咕嚕肉-肉和配菜份量相而,咕嚕肉做得唔會好多粉,口感不錯一品蒜香雞 半隻香嫩細滑,唔會煮過了時間清蒸海石斑蒸的時候剛剛好,肉質鮮美,很嫩魚類剛好離骨,沒有腥味最後,單點了菜芯炒牛肉菜芯都很新鮮,牛肉唔會很難咀嚼,都很嫩滑,味道相當好整體來說,比我想像中好,有排隊的菜色不如理想,所以之後都無要光顧;現在食物水準有所提升!有機會會再光顧。…Read More

太古呢個住宅區真係特別多餐廳,難得可以同細佬兩個撐枱腳,佢又想食中菜,就揀了呢間。星期二晚比較少人,環境還好,比一般酒樓安靜,而且幾乾淨,不錯不錯。和細佬掙扎了一會,最後決定放棄$299抵食套餐,選擇了片皮鴨再加$68二食,生菜包鴨崧。等了10分鐘原隻燒鴨便預備好,店員更即場幫我們切片,配上甜醬和䓤好夾!皮烤得剛剛好,小小皮下脂肪好香口,我和細佬分別吃了八、九舊,停不了口!生菜包鴨崧都不錯,用了西芹、馬蹄、蒜和冬菇一起炒,有西芹和馬蹄所以很爽口,用生菜包着吃幾惹味!我高估了我們的食慾,還點了賽螃蟹炆伊麵,喜歡半熟蛋白配上蟹肉和魚肉十分軟熟,伴入伊麵一起吃,口感一流。本身片皮鴨和鴨餸比較香口和鹹,所以伊麵清淡一點剛剛好平衡味蕾!喜歡晚餐不太擠迫嘈吵的酒家,而且價錢公道,食物的水準以上,會再來幫襯。…Read More
