土瓜灣小街既一間食店,平日做一啲非常之佬既碟頭飯,但係夜晚就會變身手工粵菜半私房菜。 點解話係半私房菜,因為佢最好食既嘢,即係主打既手工粤菜,大部分都係要預訂既。 應該而家仲做埋個套餐,大部分主打野都已經喺入面,畀之前逐樣散叫抵食咗。爵士燉湯,相傳係鄧肇堅爵士既配方。 用螺頭、豬展、雞腳等等,同埋蜜瓜燉成。 通常個個第一次聽到都會問,蜜瓜?? 係,真係蜜瓜。 燉出嚟既湯,走清甜路線,而唔係一般海鮮湯既暴力甜。 每人有兩碗,仲有一大碟湯料。 未試過,好值得試下。鎮店芝麻雞,個名已經話畀你聽,如果嚟到只識一樣嘢,咁一定就係佢。 芝麻雞炸到皮脆肉嫩。 上面滿滿地鋪滿咗芝麻,令到食落更加香口。雞本身已經好夠芝麻味,而仲跟咗一碟芝麻醬。 建議可以先試咗原味,然之後再試下點少量芝麻醬。蝦多士,呢樣嘢同一個名但係間間舖既做法同造型都會唔同。 而呢度既,係滿滿既蝦餃包住蝦尾。 造型有啲似炸蟹鉗咁樣。 蝦膠十分彈牙,而外表亦炸得好脆。西蘭花炒龍躉,龍躉份量都唔少,魚肉有咬口之餘夠嫩滑。家鄉蓮藕餅,藕餅表面煎到好香,入面食到爽口既蓮藕粒,仲有濃濃既臘味味道。錦鹵雲吞,雲吞皮炸到好脆,錦鹵汁入面有蝦、豬潤、菠蘿青椒等等,十分足料。蜜椒脆鱔,鱔肉嫩滑,去骨,食落淡淡肉。外表由一層甜甜既焦糖包住。 食落口感,同一般蒸鱔完全係兩回事。魚腸蒸蛋,有大中細可以揀,但其實細已經好大砵。 入面唔係有魚腸既蒸蛋,而係滿滿既魚腸,再加入蒸蛋去填滿魚腸之既嘅空隙。 臘味炒飯,飯粒粒分明,入面有各種臘味。 其實去到呢個階段,基本上已經飽咗,但係都成碟清晒。家鄉糯米糍,有紅豆、花生、芝麻三隻味,餵呢個咁豐富既一餐作結尾。…Read More
