今晚睇完電影在商場內覓食,發現一間食店名子很持別,上前看看,見櫥窗上掛滿各式的燒味和大大個魚缸養了魚蝦蟹,再看看餐牌小菜款式甚多,一於入內試試。店內裝潢雅致,光線柔和,跟一般的小菜館很大分別。我們坐下後點了幾款小菜,轉眼間便上菜。肉鬆黃金魷魚鬚這款餐前小食真係冇得輸,魷魚鬚被薄薄脆衣包裹炸得香脆,外層沾上咸香的咸蛋醬和肉鬆,令到便惹味可口。燒鵝我們點了例牌燒鵝,幸運地送上來是燒鵝脾位,鵝皮燒得赤紅十分吸睛,再嚐一口,皮脆肉嫩,皮下薄薄油脂甘香而不膩,再配上酸梅醬一起食,真係食唔停口。山楂咕嚕肉咕嚕肉炸得剛好,配上用山楂乾淆出的酸甜醬汁跟彩椒洋葱一起回鑊炒炒上碟送上我桌上。酸甜味到恰到好處,用來送飯一流。櫻花蝦炒飯炒飯材料豐富,有彈牙蝦仁,清爽菜粒,還有香氣撲鼻的大量櫻花蝦,蛋液包裹著飯粒,炒至粒粒金黄乾爽,鑊氣十足,真係令人食指大動。冬瓜冰粉店員送上這款特色消暑、解毒、消熱的冬瓜冰粉,口味冰涼,冬瓜蓉棉蜜,食下十分舒暢,令今晚餐升華不少。總括來講,這晚點的小菜味道細緻,用料新鮮,我想下次再相約多幾位朋友再來光顧,試試他們其他極吸引菜式。…Read More

今夜外出晚飯,與家人相約在新張不久的「鵞鱻館」,除了我想吃中菜,另一個原因是地點方便,餐館在鑽石山荷里活廣場。在門口的玻璃缸魚池,展示為食客提供的新鮮海鮮食材,當中龍蝦非常吸引眼球,我欣賞了一會兒才進入餐館,餐館以淺灰藍及淡黃色為主色調,很舒適軟綿的梳化椅和餐椅,整體裝置雅淡舒適,此外還設有貴賓房間。餐牌顯示的照片,拍攝很有水凖,誘發我們的食欲!燒鵝例牌,皮脆有光澤,皮下沒有多餘油脂,肉質鮮美且濕潤汁多,配以酸梅醬十分開胃。 肉鬆黃金魷魚鬚,蠻特別的組合,肉鬆令脆皮魷魚鬚味道層次升級!砵酒汁脆蝦球窩巴,我頗為喜歡脆蝦球和窩巴這個配搭,酥香鬆脆,如果砵酒汁另上,吃的時候自己蘸更理想!椒鹽南非鮑魚,鮑魚肉質細緻軟滑,椒鹽香而不鹹,非常冶味。金不換豚肉炒烏冬,很有泰式風味,味道又像豉油王炒烏冬,份量不少、味道也好。羅漢齋煎麵,超級的份量把我嚇得輕哇一聲,金黃酥脆的煎麵蘸少許浙醋,去膩醒胃,羅漢齋味道清爽,沒有濃濃的調味,也令煎麵吃來可以平衡一些。我喜愛的川式甜品~冰粉,每次吃四川菜,都會點選,今餐是免費奉客,開心啊!…Read More
