去完慈山寺,肚餓於是去大埔墟搵食,行完一個圈都唔知食咩,突然見到文興酒家,上網睇過人介紹係話英國倫敦黎既過江龍燒鴨,於是就決定去試下。我地一行4個人,一坐低就叫左一隻燒鴨,連骨上,雖然佢有得起骨🤣其實其他都係普通小菜,但價錢定價高,所以我地只係叫左一個小食,一個炒飯,一個炒麵。豉油黃炒麵,味道幾好,唔太咸,都多料,有魷魚,銀芽,有肉絲,除左麵質硬d之外,整體幾好欖菜蛋白炒飯,都好多料,仲有好多帶子同蝦仁,口感豐富,正燒鴨唔肥,可以稱得上皮薄涵靚,皮如果再脆d會更正,另外,佢有酸薑跟,所以食肉食到流個陣,可以食酸薑中和下,佢鴨汁都好味,我用左少少送炒飯🤣上海smoky fish都好味,好脆,正同埋佢樓面服務都唔錯,會不斷幫你加茶,問佢再拎酸薑都好樂意,加分,雖然唔平,但整體食物有質素,可以encore…Read More

前排睇蘋果日報介紹呢間曾被英國《金融時報》評為「世上最好吃燒鴨」既文興酒家登陸香港,咁去開大埔就試下呢個來自倫敦既過江龍。半隻燒鴨 $92(如果已起骨招牌粵式燒鴨 $118/半隻,不過話數量有限,我晚上七點去到,莫講話起左骨,連有骨既燒鴨都已經淨最後一隻)報章介紹「酒家採用泰國牧場進口的櫻桃谷鴨,在外皮調味後風乾一整晚,再烤50分鐘。跟香港燒鴨比較,鴨皮雖然不夠香脆,但櫻桃谷燒鴨的外皮較薄,脂肪少,肉質嫩滑,降低了油膩感。」我當然無咁金舌頭啦,在我角度而然,外賣一定無堂食咁正,但半隻燒鴨幾大盒,賣相唔差。食落鴨皮係唔夠脆但可接受,肉質比平時食開既燒鴨嫩,不過覺得有點油。而最值得一讚係個秘製醬汁,微酸帶甜,點鴨拌飯好正!另外叫左兩個小菜,份量夠大盒,沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭 $88沙爹味唔濃,不過牛肉夠嫩,芥蘭爽口。四川辣麻婆豆腐 $88 個芡汁唔會太水或太杰,剛剛好,味道辣辣地有點麻,好開胃,拌飯一流!小菜係單點形式無跟飯,落單姐姐話我叫一個白飯 $12佢比大盒啲,結果比左兩盒我!每盒都裝滿圖中的小菜盒,好似比左三至四碗白飯,今時今日呢個服務態度非常好!…Read More

Stepsteplee 星期六中午和家人一行四人,去試試。食物質數正常,價錢亦算合理。但可惜,我們點了一窩“胡椒豬肚雞湯",不夠熱,好明顯是返滾,有點似隔過夜而番滾的。更令我同家人不滿的是,待應在我們用餐時,不停收拾,碟上還有食物,好明顯未食完,都想收拾。不停在附近想盡快收拾的態度,令用餐時極度不安。明白客人盡快完成,返枱,再可令新客有枱。但這種服務態度,實令人反感。付款後,發現門口是沒有食客等枱。真不理解為何要令食客如此反感。最後我們只用了40分鐘完成4餸1湯。太趕的午餐,不會再光顧。
