尖沙咀向來是日本人的集中地之一,在這裡比較容易找到由日本人主理的小店,這種店通常都小小的,坐得有點擠擁,但客人與店員的亙動比較多,氣氛很好,而且很多食客都是日本人。今晚老闆請吃飯,選的正是這種小店。店址位於富豪酒店一樓,布檔寫着鳥燒居,其實店名叫「錦」。通常在這種跟工作有關的飯局,我都不會看餐牌,全部交由老闆發板,所以最後到底吃了什麼,吃了多少錢,還真的糊里糊塗不太清楚。先來一個蕃茄沙律,雖然只有7片,但每片都水水的很清甜,伴了麻醬更加不會覺得腥。旁邊的一堆薯絲,令整個沙律更加香口。老闆點了一枝久保田千壽,這是米鄉新潟縣出產的米酒,酒精濃度15度,熱飲「燗」未有嚐過,但像這樣冰鎮的冷飲卻非常可口,小勺一杯,入喉順滑,帶微微辛辣,女士飲用也很適合。今餐的串燒全由師傅發板和主理,不用我們麻煩,準備前只問了我們有沒有不喜歡的食材,之後便埋頭苦幹的燒。第一道出來的是免治雞肉棒,雞肉非常的香,口感很嫩,配合日本雞蛋的濃濃蛋香,入口便覺幸福。這裡的雞肉特別出色,之後端來的串燒雞肉和燒雞翼都相當美味。特別是雞翼,遠遠已傳來的雞油香,外皮微脆但肉質仍然juicy,開邊之後中間只有一條雞骨,吃起來非常方便。雞腎是鹽燒的,本身已經很夠鮮味,不過師傅吩咐我們用檯上的醬油,好奇問為什麼,師傅但笑不語,只叫我們下一滴。朋友出了點小意外,醬油灑太多了,我跟着師傅指示,下了一滴,感覺整個味道似乎更好吃了,問師傅這些是特製醬油嗎?他又說只是一般醬油,嗯...是商業秘密嗎?再來是我至愛的雞肝,這個是醬燒,師傅叫我們下一點七味粉,我也跟着下了一點,雖然辣椒粉令它變得更香口。不過我還是喜歡原味多一點,這個雞肝似乎熟了一點,在日本吃到的燒得更輕身,咬開內裡呈一點粉紅,那種我最喜歡。這個牛舌的特別之處,在於表面除了黑椒,還灑有醬汁。牛舌薄切,口感很嫩,黑椒只是吊味,師傅下手沒有很重。表面的醬汁水水的,不會覺得很膩,反而增加juciy的感覺。這幾件是師傅送給我們的煙燻吞拿魚腩,已經看着燻了大半個晚上,角切的魚塊硬邦邦的,用來送酒的確一流,不過個人還是喜歡油潤的雞泡魚乾多一點。飲飽食醉後已經十點幾,四月還要打的趕去土瓜灣找朋友趕草稿,雖然自覺很慘,但被我拜託要求幫忙的朋友更慘,原本可以安在家中床上大覺訓的,卻突然被我拉去海記吃糖水兼趕畫圖喇~ : )…Read More

星期日晚訂左位首先, 服務態度真係非常好order完好快有得食食物逐碟上, 完全唔會有凍左o既機會4個人去可以試好多唔同o既野食其中包括... 招牌免治雞肉腸腸咬落去夠juicy, 好入味不虧為招牌菜 絕對可以encore! 燒雞翼聽聞係必叫的.外皮夠脆, 燒得好野味連骨都拆埋, 一個字正! 炸豆腐雖然周圍都有得食但係可以炸到外面夠脆, 入面超滑真係好難得. 炸沙猛魚炸得好靚好好味!又係外面脆, 魚仍然好滑值得一試!由於有人請, 所以唔sure埋單幾錢但係睇黎都幾貴下.不過總括黎講, 係香港少有o既正宗居酒屋.有機會一定會再光顧!…Read More
