今天工作沒有那麼忙,所以可以準時收工,便跟同事到旺角去逛逛。出到旺角,不如先吃東西,可以避開搵食的人潮,所以不用等位便可入座。這個大蝦海鮮手打烏冬,用料十足,有大蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚、……配料很多,而且都很鮮味,湯底亦落足料,餚製時間亦足,所以味道濃郁;烏冬淥得時間啱啱好,彈牙得來又很入味。這個蟶子王用蔥及蒜茸調味後,原隻來燒。用燒的方法原隻來烹調,不但可以保留蟶子本身的鮮甜味,不會流失在盛載的器皿上,還可以將蟶子的香味提升出來。不過價錢較貴,$48一隻,一口便沒了。用自家醬汁來燒的雞泡魚干,很香口,帶少許醬汁的甜味,適合用來作佐酒小吃,愈吃愈想吃,簡直不想停下來,所以不一會便把它K.O.了。…Read More

幫朋友訂的東西到了,所以約交收~順道一起晚飯最近韓國菜吃得太多,那就去吃朋友喜歡的日本菜好了 (๑òᆺó๑)旺角像放題佔多數,但其他也不是完全消聲匿跡,今天去的就是位於黑布街那邊喔餐牌上的食物種類大概就是烏冬、串燒、沙律、鍋物之類因為我們只有二個人的關係,所以先點了一些~決定不夠時才再加單芒果蟹籽沙律 ($58)芒果好甜、蟹籽也很多,青瓜絲實在太清新個人覺得沙律醬可以再多少少就好燒雞泡魚干 ($48)朋友說想吃這個~有點像我們平時吃的零食這種魚干很有嚼勁~愈咬愈惹味,還可以配沙律醬來吃的喔牛油燒甜薯 ($18) 這個是我想吃的!!細細粒而且甜甜地,真的不錯喔自家制叉燒烏冬 ($65)有幾款湯底可以選擇,選了豬骨湯底~夾埋烏冬一起吃很夠味但稍為覺得烏冬比較腍身~叉燒的話很肥美。若果蛋是半熟蛋就好了 >__<!最後還點了一個鍋 - 味噌廣島蠔鍋 ($70)廣島蠔最少有5-6隻,煮過後當然沒有Menu圖上那麼大隻吧,但還是頗鮮甜的菜的那些很入味,那味噌湯底的調味也不會過鹹,所以連湯一起飲也沒問題啊 (‘ω‘ )這鍋的料十足~吃完這個已經很飽很滿足了!!…Read More
