星期日晚上於銅鑼灣搵食,行過登龍街見到這間餐廳dinner set係同區黎講唔貴,所以抱住一試無妨的心態走進去:)Dinner set有好多款揀,好多睇落都好吸引好想食,最後我揀左最愛的鰻魚飯,而朋友就揀了海膽三文魚飯。$88就食到鰻魚飯,仲要係晚市,真係好平雖然鰻魚係切薄片,但份量都唔少,食到最後覺得係食唔夠送鰻魚鰻魚好嫩滑又無骨,味道調得剛剛好,食晒成碗都唔會覺得膩海膽三文魚飯的份量都唔講得少,海膽有5、6粒,好新鮮完全無苦味三文魚更多得堆成一個小山,份量多又好美我地另外再叫左客燒牛舌.牛舌幾厚身,可惜較韌和有渣。…Read More

本來去到銅鑼灣,預約左一間餐廳,點知去到佢先話冇booking,搞左一大輪,我地決定轉場。臨時臨急唔知食乜好,結果行左黎登龍街呢邊,其實食拉麵都經過呢間魚鮮生幾次,喺門口裝過餐牌,又唔係話好貴,決定一試。餐廳裝潢幾有日式風味,用上木枱木凳,有一邊靠牆嘅「面壁位」,方便自己一個食飯嘅朋友;另外有數張四人枱,空間感足。牆上貼上一啲日本風海報、天花掛上燈籠。事後先知原來餐廳仲有2樓,大部分預約嘅客人都會被安排坐樓上。因為我地係walk in就坐樓下,當日係平日晚上,樓下完全冇其他客人,就由我同男朋友「包場」。餐牌選擇豐富,有刺身、生蠔、沙律、串燒、燒物、鐵板、炸物、丼物、拉麵、冷麵等,定價中上。但晚市供應定食,以魚生飯為主,包括前菜、湯,價錢比單點容易入口,丼飯定價 $78-$198,視乎魚生款式。例如拖羅、海膽、鵝肝、松葉蟹呢啲就屬於比較貴價嘅材料;但一百蚊樓下嘅款式都有8款,豐儉由人。我地點左兩客丼飯、一份小食。前菜:蟹籽沙律冇乜味,大量沙律醬,青瓜、蟹柳唔多,蟹籽係少。不過係附送嘅前菜,要求唔能夠太高。湯湯夠熱,但味道偏鹹,味精感重,飲完會口渴燒雙重鰻魚丼 $88賣相都唔錯,鰻魚份量頗多,面頭仲砌左舊「鰻魚壽司」~鰻魚稱唔上肥美,比較薄切,但都唔係話好平價嗰種,而且有兩種鰻魚,一次過食到鰻魚同海鰻,呢個價錢合格。鰻魚汁並非喺燒嘅時候塗上,而係最後淋上碗飯,食落就欠缺小少惹味。飯量好多,質地較黏,而且壓得有點實,好在附上幾片紫菜,客人可以卷住配料食,否則太笠嘅飯都容易飽滯。紫菜夠脆,不過趁脆食,因為放耐左點都會變淋。另外一提,酸薑夠辣,幾好食。三文魚腩丼 $88三文魚、三文魚腩丼價錢相差10蚊,揀左後者。同鰻魚飯一樣,三文魚腩丼嘅賣相都唔錯,並非鋪於飯上,而砌成花嘅形狀,都算係小心思。三文魚腩唔係好肥厚,但有成十幾塊,面頭有幾粒三文魚籽仔,都算唔話得。好在夠新鮮;三文魚籽油脂豐富,但唔會好鹹~呢碗飯都相當大碗,而且同鰻魚飯情況一樣,比較黏笠,適合包紫菜當手卷食,就咁扒飯會好鬼飽。炸雞軟骨 $38雞軟骨份量相較其他日本餐廳都算多,即時炸起,可惜油份好多,炸得乾身,味道普通。整體黎講,魚生飯稱唔上好出色,質素平平,好在晚市丼飯價錢都唔係好貴。不過服務不俗,店員態度殷勤 (可能當時樓下只有我地兩個人,哈哈)餐牌:…Read More

朋友們大多在九龍區工作/居住,很少機會能約在銅鑼灣見面。我知道登龍街開了很多新食店(很久沒去所以對我來說還是很新),既然難約朋友來,倒不如自己來體驗~ 今天不想吃拉麵,看到“魚鮮生”的名字有玩味,也是主打日本刺身就進去了。它有不同丼選擇,讓我有點選擇困難... 在翻菜單時發現了“燒雙重鰻魚丼“,我就眼前一亮了。雙重鰻魚,我想有星鰻吧!套餐附送面豉湯和小碟沙律,湯內有海鮮,味道清甜,感覺清新。太餓忘了拍照呢! 沙律有蟹子,爽爽甜甜的很開胃。上菜的時候我太高興了,88元竟然有這麽多片鰻魚! 蓋在飯面就像座鰻魚山一樣,看到都食慾大增。還有大粒爆汁三文魚籽附送。飯是暖的醋飯(因為鰻魚是暖的關係,不能配冷飯吧),還附上多片紫菜讓我可夾著吃。拿一片紫菜,塗上一層飯,放一片鰻魚,捲起來就放進口中。紫菜很脆,配微軟的飯和嫩滑鰻魚,口感豐富。鰻魚的油脂比例很好,鮮美,美味! 醬汁是微甜的,跟鰻魚合襯。我把飯吃完還有多片鰻魚,證明魚的份量非常多。丼內的星鰻是用一條長星鰻包著醋飯,就如吃壽司的樣子。我一口吃下,味道也是很鮮甜,口腔就充滿豐腴的油脂,卻一點也不油膩。這店就如其名,新鮮和味道鮮美的魚。那麽多的魚,不到100元一客的價格,又美味!! 我一定要再來吃刺身丼,看到鄰座的刺身又厚又大片,好吸引呀!!!…Read More
