這不覺已開幕近三十年的商場 (還有人記得,這兒的前身是電車廠嗎?),最下面和最上面都食肆林立。這家位於九樓的洋風韓式料理,因價錢比較大眾化,加上接受商場美食現金券,所以常有人龍。我們也是因為想好好「燃燒」現金券,這天加入了排隊的行列。人雖多,然而流轉也快,不消二十分鐘,已經能入座了。邊等位邊閱覽餐牌,那幾乎被揭爛的雜誌式餐牌上,介紹了本期主打的「玫瑰雞」:倒不是因為以玫瑰入饌,而是顏色與玫瑰花瓣相像。那與同一國出產的「玫瑰鍋」,是否有相似之處?為了「最有效益地」用掉手上的現金券,我們點菜都很克制,除了以玫瑰醬烹製的炸雞 (只賣剩沒有骨的一款,比較令人失望),還有韓食店堂選的白切肉;特別是此店指明是「燒醬油黑毛豬」,便更想試了!經營這店的飲食集團,開了很多韓式食肆,甚至店子全韓文的都有,「哈韓」得很。試過他們幾個品牌的炸雞,暫時以這家的比較普通。「無骨落地」的影響也不少!還有一味白切肉,不只「系出名門」,還標榜燒醬油的製法,所以肉色也理所當然的不是「白雪雪」,而是染了啡色。至於口感和味道⋯⋯一客正宗的白切肉,已能滿足鄙人了。小試兩道菜,用掉手上的現金券,補$191,這回淺嚐人氣店之旅結束。當中體驗,就像門外候位的人龍一樣,來得快、散得快。…Read More

BANCHAN & COOK當中「반찬(Banchan)」指韓式小碟拌菜,而事實上有別於一般韓國餐廳,反而將西餐及新派元素融入韓式料理文化,主要提供特色蛋包飯、意粉、甜品等輕食。店內木系裝修簡潔舒適,與大部分傳統韓國餐廳截然不同,反而近似咖啡店一樣走文青風格。玫瑰醬燴雞腿肉蛋包飯 ($138) 醬汁其實是以韓式辣醬、番茄醬及忌廉調配而成,早年於韓國一炮而紅,酸甜微辣唔。輕輕𠝹破奄列蛋皮後蛋漿半熟流心質感嫩滑,飯底亦加入醬油、紅蘿蔔、翠玉瓜等炒製,惟雞腿肉煎得比較乾硬稍欠嫩滑。炸芝士豬扒忌廉年糕 ($105) 比傳統韓式年糕幼小,所以煙韌度相對較低而口感偏軟。醬汁近似卡邦尼意粉並帶醇厚芝士及忌廉奶香。炸豬扒中間裹住軟心芝士,外脆內軟層次分明。燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜 ($162) 大醬味道近似麵豉醬並帶微辣,黑毛豬肉已經以醬油烹煮入味,並火炙表面再添一份燒烤香氣,毋須加上其他調味料已經足夠。厚切豬肉肥瘦均稱油脂豐腴,肉質爽嫩彈牙毫不乾韌,配上生菜肥而不膩。玫瑰醬有骨炸雞 ($118) 醬汁方面與蛋包飯如出一轍,但由於加上玫瑰花瓣令玫瑰醬名副其實帶彈彈馥郁花香,除了炸雞之外更附有薯條及韓式年糕,由於醬汁份量偏多所以炸雞外皮已經變軟亦無可厚非,慶幸雞肉依然保持嫩滑多汁。韓式雜莓牛角包窩夫 ($92) 配以士多啤梨及藍莓賣相精緻,可惜質感比較硬實略失所望,或因加上過多糖漿所以牛油香不如想像中濃厚。盛夏冰爽西瓜檸檬梳打 ($48) 結合西瓜及檸檬兩款清新水果充滿夏日感覺,但用上西瓜糖漿為主味道稱不上相當天然。焦糖脆脆鮮奶咖啡 ($48) 焦糖香氣濃郁,與咖啡調和恰到好處,面層加上焦糖脆脆口感豐富。…Read More

之前試過一次呢間位於時代廣場既Banchan and Cook,感覺都幾驚爲天人,今日又去食返餐先。Banchan and Cook係一間韓式餐廳,菜式融合韓式同西式既菜式。星期日下午12:30到,唔洗等位。餐牌好似一本雜誌咁,今期以聖誕做主題。餐牌有招牌蛋包飯,韓式輕食,韓式年糕及意粉,牛角包窩夫,休閑小食,甜品,炸雞,同各式飲品。免費小食免費小食係青瓜漬,白蘿蔔漬,同紫梛菜漬,爽脆甜酸,好開胃。初雪芝士炸雞 半份 $138 另加一上次試過無骨炸雞,今次我哋揀左半份有骨初雪芝士炸雞試吓先。初雪芝士炸雞個名好浪漫,原來係炸雞上面灑上糖霜做雪,所以食落甜甜哋。炸雞成座山咁,大概有8大件,足有半隻春雞,有齊雞脾,雞全翼同雞胸。炸皮好脆,又甜甜哋,肉質都仲嫩,唔會乾爭爭。炸雞上面有4件煙韌年糕,沾滿甜甜哋嘅味粉。下底就係粗身炸薯條,雖然唔熱,不過沾另上嘅蜜糖煉奶或者蝦肉色嘅煉奶都好好味。呢份炸雞真係甜到漏。仲跟左每人一對膠手套俾你食雞用。韓式卡邦尼意粉 $108 另加一韓式卡邦尼意粉係圓身幼身意粉加左好多菇片同煙肉碎。個忌廉汁好香濃又好夠沾滿每一條意粉,好邪惡。而菇片同煙肉碎又可加添口感。係一份唔錯嘅卡邦尼意粉。燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜 $182 另加一上次試過呢個招牌菜,今次又要encore。燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉一客八件,肥瘦相間,塊皮同脂肪超有彈性,質感超好,上面明顯見到少少燒過嘅痕跡,凍食都冇問題。伴碟有5塊生菜同4塊類似紫蘇葉,俾你包住白切肉,連同伴碟嘅白芝麻粒泡菜,青辣椒粒同蒜片,再配埋灑上白芝麻粒嘅大醬包住白切肉一齊食。食落完全唔覺膩。大醬同蒜片都好辣,辣椒粒就少辣。烤朱古力棉花糖 $98 另加一餐牌寫話烤朱古力棉花糖需時約15一20分鐘,不過其實唔洗等咁耐。烤朱古力棉花糖係用烤盤上枱,棉花糖有九大粒,食一粒棉花糖塞滿把口,口感軟綿綿,上面灑上朱古力碎同朱古力醬,食落都幾甜架。下底有大量消化餅碎,伴碟仲有兩塊消化餅,為份甜品加添口感。溶化朱古力 $42 另加一溶化朱古力可揀熱或者凍。天氣仲凉浸浸,我哋當然揀熱啦。大大杯熱朱古力上面有一pat忌廉同朱古力碎,啲朱古力碎真係搞得溶。朱古力飲落唔會太甜,ok喎。士多啤梨紅桑子梳打 $42 另加一士多啤梨紅桑子梳打顏色好靚,下底係紅色嘅士多啤梨,上面就係浪漫紫色。叫左少冰,店員提一提話顏色層次可能會冇咁靚,不過又唔覺喎。野飲仲有青檸一件同一粒新鮮紅桑子喺上面。味道方面帶非常淡嘅莓味,主要係梳打水味。清嗮所有野超飽!入座後就見到要排長龍等位,好彩今日夠早到。…Read More

今日放假一日,去左試新餐廳,地點係位於時代廣場既Banchan and Cook,係一間韓式餐廳,不過菜式融合韓式同西式既菜式。星期六下午12:30到,唔洗等位。餐牌好似一本雜誌咁,今期係10月份,以Halloween做主題。餐牌有招牌蛋包飯,韓式輕食,韓式年糕及意粉,牛角包窩夫,休閑小食,甜品,炸雞,同各式飲品。今日第一次黎,叫左一個蛋包飯,一份肉,一個小食,一份甜品同兩杯飲品分享。先黎一客免費小食,係青瓜漬,白蘿蔔漬,同紫梛菜漬,爽脆甜酸,好開胃。芝士炸雞半份 $138 另加一韓式餐廳當然有炸雞食,有幾款唔同口味,又可以揀全份或半份,有骨或者無骨。我哋揀左半份無骨芝士炸雞試吓先。半份炸雞都成座山咁,有十舊左右,雖然唔係熱到辣口咁上枱,但係都炸得皮脆肉嫩,全部都係雞髀肉,仲有肉汁。上面有幾條煙韌年糕,下面墊左好多炸薯條,全部面頭都滿佈芝士份,夠哂味。另配一小兜千島醬同煉奶,點埋黎食更加甜。燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜 $182 另加一燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉一客八件,肥瘦相間,塊皮同脂肪超有彈性,質感超好,好邪惡,而味道腌得唔錯,燒醬油少少甜甜哋咁。伴碟有生菜同薄荷葉各4塊,俾你包住白切肉,連同伴碟嘅泡菜,青辣椒粒,同好辣嘅蒜片,再配埋灑上白芝麻粒嘅豆板醬包住一齊食。食落完全唔覺膩。黑色海鮮蛋包飯 $145 另加一黑色海鮮蛋包飯擺盤有心思。主角黑色奄列我真係第一次食,切開雖然冇蛋漿流出黎,不過蛋係算嫩滑嘅,而且味道帶微微鹹墨汁味,唔錯。奄列上面加左酸酸甜甜番茄蓉,同奄列味道好夾。下面嘅飯唔係普通白飯,係炒飯黎架,仲加左紅蘿蔔粒,翠玉瓜粒,牛肉粒,椰菜,粟米等等唔同配料加添味道同咬口,個人幾欣賞。海鮮有連頭虎蝦一大隻同兩隻連殼青口,質素正常。伴有沙律菜同車厘茄,加左適量沙律醬。可惜所有野食上得好快,我哋等到凍左先食,如果唔係應該會更好食。韓式雜莓牛角包窩夫 $92 另加一韓式雜莓牛角包窩夫一客兩件,未食先聞到窩夫同蜜糖香。窩夫係暖架,真係似牛角包嘅酥皮質地,少少外脆內軟,上面淋左蜜糖,再灑上糖霜,不過絕對冇過甜。另伴一大pat香滑輕忌廉,新鮮藍莓,紅桑子同士多啤梨。呢個價錢有呢個質素,唔貴喎。科學怪人之夜(竹炭抹茶) $48 另加一 (左)科學怪人之夜明顯見到三層,由底至上有抹茶同竹炭,最上面灑上南瓜子同松子。味道方面其實好淡,帶好淡嘅抹茶味,半杯都係碎冰,好健康。士多啤梨紅桑子梳打 $42 另加一 (右)士多啤梨紅桑子梳打顏色好靚,下底係紅色嘅士多啤梨,上面就係好浪漫嘅紫色,有青檸一件,仲有一粒新鮮紅桑子喺上面。味道方面帶非常淡嘅莓味,主要係梳打水味,絕對唔驚過甜。總括而言,今餐食物唔錯,好有特色!餐廳裝修幾靚,座位舒適,服務員態度友善,今餐嘅用餐體驗幾好。…Read More
