已經唔知幾耐無食過師傅新鮮手製既點心了。而家既茶樓為左節省成本,通貨都直接買點心番黎,傳統手作點心真係買少見少。今日黎到屋邨既舊式茶樓食番真正點心,非常回味~一個個排列整齊既啡色茶壺,好古色古香~呢度仲係採用點心車咖!好懷念呀~想食邊籠可以自己揀~手快有,手慢就無咖啦~哈哈我當日去到已經下午1點了,鵪鶉蛋燒賣同蘿蔔糕等已售罄 >_< 所以越早黎點心款式越齊呢~ 要注意茶樓經典-蝦餃 $25餃皮滑嘟嘟,褶口清晰,晶瑩剔透。一看便知道是老江湖 XD餡係打成蝦膠,非原隻鮮蝦,但我更愛呢種製法。爽口彈牙,蝦肉夠鮮!燒賣 $19燒賣好少肥豬肉,呢樣係我最愛既地方。點心車上所有點心都熱辣辣,好味到停唔到口~香茜餃 $19香茜餃主要材料都係莞茜,豬肉同蝦。同樣都係用料新鮮,餡料足,隻餃脹卜卜。唯一小問題係個餃皮較薄,好易爛。點心車每次推出既食物都唔同,好有驚喜,點心姐姐一黎到我就會好興奮去望呢一輪既點心車全部都係飽野~ 我叫左銀針粉試試銀針粉 $20銀針粉比較普通,有叉燒、蝦米、冬菇等,清清地,配埋豆瓣醬食。豆瓣醬唔會過咸,微辣,有剁椒既香味。神級排骨飯 $26呢個飯好!好!食!呀!原盅蒸飯將排骨既精華同肉汁滲曬入每粒飯中,粒粒分明,軟熟,火侯啱啱好。食落真係好有飯香飯粒粒分明,軟熟,又有肉汁茶芥 $6普洱醇厚,飲落唔乾涸,無柴味~ $6/位茶錢算係超值呢~呢度好似食壽司店咁,係食完後跟大籠小籠數量黎收錢的~簡單直接前往方法由好多食店呢條食街開始,沿住海壩街直行入去,一路唔洗轉彎行多段路會見到小巴站,跟住上蓋一直向前行大約5分鐘後,右手邊就係海連啦好想快啲再番去飲啖茶~食個包~…Read More

呢日去咗開業幾十年嘅海連茶樓飲早茶。牆上菜牌嘅價錢都係用幾近絕跡嘅花碼字表示,仲有提供唔少懷舊點心。由於係舊式茶樓,少不免要同其他人搭檯,茶客以街坊同晌附近做嘢嘅人為主,當日見有唔少人晌度互相寒暄,別有一番風味。我哋坐低咗就開咗壺普洱,都幾香濃。早上茶市仍保留手推車叫賣點心嘅傳統,雖然唔係細個嗰陣有保暖設備嗰種,不過都算係佢哋嘅一大特色。從姐姐手上接過一籠熱辣辣嘅燒賣,佢哋嘅size比某啲新式酒樓嘅出品大,餡入面嘅豬肉無太多肥肉,同埋加咗啲冬菇,咀嚼起來比較實在,仲有少少肉汁。乾蒸牛肉,即係牛肉版嘅燒賣,仲加入咗馬蹄粒,令佢幾爽脆,味道同平時食嘅山竹牛肉相似。魚翅餃,可謂坊間少見嘅懷舊點心之一。質感彈牙,肉餡入面有甘筍同韭黃等等蔬果粒,口感豐富,但就完全想像唔到佢同魚翅有乜關聯。鹹魚肉餅缽仔飯,肉餅非常非常非常多汁,底層嘅飯粒粒分明,仲吸滿肉汁精華,配上鹹魚同帶甜味嘅豉油就更惹味。麻蓉包,呢個都係坊間少見嘅點心,外表呈橢圓形,比我之前食過嘅略大,不過餡料嘅比例就偏少,麻蓉質感較稀身,好彩包身唔癡牙。馬拉糕,好耐無食呢種無餡嘅傳統馬拉糕,入面嘅氣孔較多,甜度輕微,鬆軟唔嚡,接近底部嘅位置就偏乾身。…Read More
